Fridge wasn't cooling and had an error code. I reached out to Staunch Appliance Pro because they are near me and even though only a few reviews, they raved about Kamran and how amazing the service was. I received an immediate response from Kamran and requested a diagnostic appt. and he said he could be there next day. I asked if he could come out on Saturday instead which was not a problem. Kamran and his assistant came out, ran a diagnostic test and discovered within minutes, that the damper motor was broken. I figured that he would need to order the part and schedule the service for another date but he knew the problem would be one of two things and had already ordered the OEM parts, and had them in the truck! I was impressed that he diagnosed, installed the part and fixed the issue on the same day! But, the problem wasn't solved yet. A few hours later, the error code was back. When I called Kamran and let him know, he said it was more than likely because of too many plastic bags of food in the freezer (which he had mentioned the first time he was here) and said to empty it out and defrost the freezer due to the fact that the cold air needs to flow through the damper to the fridge. We emptied the freezer and Kamran and his assistant came out right away on a Saturday night at 8pm! I was impressed again! He took the back panel off the freezer and discovered that it was iced over and defrosted it. Once again, problem solved. We fortunately have a freezer in the garage so we put half of the food in that one. Our fridge and freezer have been working fine since.
I can't thank Kamran enough for the prompt response, quality of work and friendly service! He didn't even charge a fee to come back out the second time.

I cannot recommend Staunch Appliance enough! They went above and beyond to fix our stove (one of the burners had stopped working suddenly). Kamran and Ali had to visit multiple times to ensure everything was absolutely perfect, and each time they were incredibly punctual, friendly, and professional.

The service, professionalism and expertise were top-notch! They came out at night, from a long ways away, to replace a failing motor in my fridge, that was making a horrible shrieking noise .

Cameron and Ali were on time and even early to repair the ice maker on our Kitchenaid refrigerator. They worked quickly and did a great job installing a new ice maker. It started producing ice within the next 2 hours. Excellent work and very pleasant to talk to. Thanks.

Karman and Ali were top notch! I called in the morning (on a Sunday and on Father’s Day, no less) and Karman and Ali were on time and charged us a very reasonable amount! I highly recommend them!! They were excellent!

Kamran was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get to the root of my issue with a repair cost and timeline for the part within minutes of arriving. He was super transparent on repair cost vs value of our appliance in order to make sure we didn’t sink more money into a cheap oven that came with our house when we purchased. He was also kind enough to take a look at my washer, he informed me it didn’t need a part, I just needed to do smaller laundry loads to stop the loud sound lol. I appreciated his honesty and can’t reccomend him enough!

These guys are phenomenal! My refrigerator had ice building up in
the panel causing a clogged drain & fridge wasn't cooling anymore. I needed help quick. After my desperate call to Staunch Appliance Pro they came within 3 hours or so and were able to diagnose and fix the issues without costing me a crazy amount of money. They are highly knowledgeable, kind & HONEST!! They definitely have a forever new customer. Truly, they are wonderful!!

My 3yr old Kitchen Aid duel fuel oven went out. Staunch came out and replaced the circuit board that was burnt out. Then realized the display board was also burnt out. He ordered a new one and offered to come out on Sat evening to install. I choose to do Sunday morning. They are the most punctual workers ever. Showed up when they said they would. They fixed my oven and now I can cook Thanksgiving meal. Thank you very much. Recommend them highly. Will be sharing their contact info and reuse as needed.

Kamran and Ali both were very professional and very prompt to show on time. They fixed the transmission for my Whirlpool washer. They tested and calibrated the system after wards to make sure all components are working fine. I would recommend them highly.

I thought my dryer was broken, but thankfully I called in this service before rushing out to buy a new one. They were incredibly quick to respond and honest about what was actually wrong. It turned out the dryer didn’t need any major repairs—just a deep clean. The lint trap and pet hair had created a massive clog, and all it needed was to be taken apart and cleaned out. They found a giant hairball that was blocking the sensors and preventing the dryer from working properly. I really appreciated the transparency and efficiency—no upselling, just straightforward service. Highly recommend!

Kamran and Ali were amazing! They came in and changed a igniter on my LG stove. They were very professional I would strongly recommend their service!

Kamran and Ali was fantastic! Kamran was responsive from the start and is communicative.

My Whirlpool gas stove (7 years old) was starting to emit soot, even gas smell and at some point a combustion like effect.

Kamran came out and looked at the problem and explained to my husband that there are parts that are in need of replacement. He charged us $90 to come out and diagnosis the issue and stated if we were to move forward with the job he recommends, he would apply that $90 towards the job.

After some discussion, we decided to move forward. Kamran was responsive and ensure that he purchase only OEM parts and will let me know when the parts arrival to then coordinate a day for the service.

I only had to wait a little over a week, he reached out to see what my availability was and we end up doing it the same day.

They went above and beyond! Both Kamran and Ali was careful in handling the parts and when I had a moment, I squeezed in some cleaning because I never take the cover off or the face of panel, so I took that opportunity. Not only were they not irritated with me they actually helped cleaned the surface and under the panel and even behind the stove.

Greatly appreciate their professionalism and more importantly the fair pricing. I’ve had my oven serviced by another company and the service there wasn’t nearly as good as Staunch! And their labor cost is fair, $150-$180 depending on the complexity.

Would use them again and again (hopefully I don’t have to..) but will definitely share them with anyone we know who needs an appliance guru!

Very fast service. Replaced oven glass door that had broken due to heat. Also, recommended we not use the self cleaning feature. It is too hot for the glass.
