I had a roof leak right after a wind storm and had RestorX come out to help with mitigation. Barb offered to come out the same day to prevent any more damage to the house. She was very diligent in putting a tarp on our cedar roof. Even the roofing company that came out later was impressed with her work. Alex, our project manager, also came out and was very transparent with the whole process. He was very responsive which is always appreciated with an emergency like this. Aaron and Kevinson came to work on the deconstruction, drying, and disinfecting the mold. They worked super quick and were very considerate when we were in zoom meetings. Everything went very smooth and a lot quicker than anticipated with RestorX. I would definitely recommend their services. Thank you to Barb, Alex, Aaron, and Kevinson! You guys did a fantastic job! They deserve a raise!

Julia, our site mitigation lead, was awesome! She was focused on the job but was also very engaging and patiently answered all of our questions. At the end of the day, gave us a recap of what was accomplished and what to expect next.

The female packing teams were very thorough and were very mindful of our possessions.

This entire team- from managers to demolition to packers-were professionals. They were all engaged and hard workers.

Allie and Julia responded for the flooding situation at our home. Contact was made immediately and the crew was out in no time. These things are very stressful but both team members took time to detail what was going to happen and how long it may take. I had a ton of questions and every one was answered by two very professional and competent workers who knew the situation and provided answers that were reassuring. Within minutes of them being on scene, our stress level was put at ease knowing the problem was turned over to someone that immediately mitigated the issues and showed they had everything under control. LMS Landscapes and Fence Service did a wonderful job replacing 2 gates and approximately 100 ft of fencing. We purchased a home in august, and the fencing was not that great. When a wind storm took down about 50 ft of it, we decided to just redo the entire side, and replace the 2 front gates. The team showed up early and was ready to work. They replaced the fence posts, concrete, and fencing over 2 days, and hauled away and cleaned up the area. Kudos to them for doing this in January, with temps never above 39 degrees! They worked hard, fast, and got the job done well. Recommend them, without reservation.

More praise for Luis and his crew! They did an absolutely fantastic job installing a block wall, paver path, fence with double-gate, planting soil, and geotextile/landscaping rock. Their pricing is extremely reasonable and the bid I received from Luis was the most detailed out of multiple contractors that I consulted. Luis was a pleasure to work with, was extremely accommodating, punctual & responsive, and worked with me to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. I will absolutely be hiring him for future projects, and I recommend using LMS for your project!

Luis and his team replaced 415' of an old, rotten fence with a new, fully framed cedar fence. The old fence was dismantled and disposed of properly. The new fence is straight, clean, and looks beautiful! I would highly recommend LMS Landscapes and Fence Services if you are looking for a fence contractor. You won't be sorry!

Luis and his team are absolutely incredible. They recently completed our retaining wall and fence. This retaining wall leveled our entire lot and raised our fence about 4’ allowing us to have privacy and fully enjoy our backyard.

The finished product absolutely exceeded our expectations! It turned out so perfect.

The team was very courteous and professional. Luis communicated with us daily, telling us his intentions and receiving our feedback to complete the best plan for the job. At the end of each work day the crew would clean up after themselves, leaving no mess behind.

Out of all the contractors I’ve met with, Luis was the most professional, thorough, responsive, and honest of them all. Not once did he try to add more than needed to my plan, nor try to sway me to deviate from our vision for our backyard. His estimates are on point and so easy to understand and even came with an image layout mapping out the project.

LMS installed a new pathway, steps w/ retaining wall and a patio extension in our backyard leading to our mother-in-law suite. They did an amazing job considering our backyard is sloped. They also replaced our aging fence and gate.

We have used LMS on 2 projects and could not be happier - the end products were better than our expectations - we had front fence, driveway and retaining wall done - fair price on budget and schedule. Luis did a great job of managing the projects and making sure the they were done to expectations and worked on any changes. The crews were on schedule and really took care of the site during the work. We have some additional project that we will be working with LMS on and have recommended the company to others.

Luis and his crew are amazing craftsmen. They built our beautiful 300ft fence spanning our varied and complex rockeries and property lines masterfully and quickly. They work incredibly hard and show great dedication and pride in their work. The final result is so elegant, clean and seamless, it transforms the wild and messy parts of our yard into peaceful nooks. Luis and team were willing to do whatever hedge trimming and overcoming of other challenges was needed to get the best and most aesthetic and logical result. And they were very conscientious and careful when working near the neighbor’s lots. This is a great crew for your fence and landscape needs. A fantastic value for your money.

316 insulation did a good job with attic cleaning and top off. Wesley and Victor did great job during this project.

Would have been good to have equipment not needing 2 phases of power, which was a pain to identify.

We had 316 do a fair amount of work for us in 2023, and they did an incredible job. Very thorough! About a year later they helped us again when we discovered a different contractor had dismantled and damaged some of our insulation. I really appreciate them working to help me understand the situation and offer recommendations for keeping everything in a best of shape as possible.

I cannot say enough about 316! They have helped me in a bind, same day service and quotes, Janae and Travis are amazing to work with, I am so pleased with the service I always get when I call them! Can’t recommend them enough. Professional, timely, with competitive pricing.

We had the back building spray insulated by 316 Insulation. They were very reasonably priced. But, better than that, they were very professional and on time. Cant say enough about their staff and scheduling dept. Exceptional people at all levels. My next project will be going to them and I intend on recommending them to everyone. 5 Stars!

Very happy with the work 316 insulation did. They updated the job a couple times based on our requests, and Andrew and Wesley did good work on the install. We would recommend anyone use them.
