Jordan,Melvin, and Gavin were fantastic. They were able to work around my our entire office team while updating our lighting. With all the movement and hustle bustle of this place, that's really saying something. I highly recommend Custom electrical services, but I really, truly appreciate how we now have 3 new friends that are welcome back anytime. I couldn't say enough about them, but I thought I'd give it shot. Highly recommended by everyone on our office.

I contacted 4 electrical companies to give me a quote for installing a generator transfer switch and an outdoor plug in for the generator. Custom Electrical Services not only was the cheapest but they came out to my house on time for both the quote and installation. Their staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will use them again for any future electrical needs.

Zach & Travis at Custom Electrical did amazing work on my DADU unit. They completely rewired the 1949 unit and overcame a lot of challenges on along the way. They were excellent communicators and really know their stuff!

Custom Electrical Services are great! From my initial conversation with Kristen to the actual repair was was so nice. They were out at our property the next day to assess our issue and were very professional and took care of it that day! I highly recommend them for your electrical needs!

These guys did terrific work, and I highly recommend them. Jeff, the Journeyman electrician, had an apprentice and I was impressed with his instructions, care, and the explanations he gave his apprentice and gave me both during the bid and during the actual work. He carefully considered every question and suggestion and I am 100% satisfied with their work. They even fixed several issues while bidding that they did not charge me for - and explained why the problems were simple and not needing major work. They are worth every penny, and I am thrilled to see such excellent professionals out there working and making the world a better place at the same time.

Came out to some electrical work on my house. Did a great job. Great attitude really appreciate him and his hard work would advise you to use this electrical company. Great prices great value and they honor their work. They did some work on my house. Two years ago had a problem with the switch. They came out fixed the problem at no charge even though it wasn’t under warranty anymore great company.

I contacted Josh about installing an Ecoflow home backup battery system and associated Smarthome panel. Their team handled receipt of all of the hardware from the manufacturer, all aspects of the installation and integration, permitting, and hauled away all of the packing materials and debris from the job. Excellent work quality, good communications and professional electricians. Would definitely recommend using them for any electrical projects.

We needed some electrical work done to add 2 separate new circuits added to our home. One for a new sauna and 2 outlets/ 1 circuits for a gazebo. We had 3 bids from 3 different companies. Custom Electric was hands down the best price...the other 2 companies, one was double and the other was a thousand dollars more than the 2nd company. We had Don Roberts give the bid and do the work. We couldn't had been happier with the work that Don did for us. Thank you Don, we have already recommended you to some of our friends. We hired Custom Electrical Services to move a few outlets, install recessed lighting and to move a junction box. I was able to get on their schedule quickly for a quote and once we decided to use their services they had availability for install in the next week. The electrician was very courteous, cleaned up after himself and was able to answer all of the questions I had about the service. I would not hesitate to hire them again for future projects.

Custom Electrical Services not only offered a competitive price, but they also had the most responsive and professional customer service. It's always a special experience when you're able to find a first class company that excels in their business dealings. Custom Electrical Services cares about and goes the extra mile to insure their customers' satisfaction. Both Brandon and Travis were most kind and listened to the details of my electrical malfunction. Brandon returned a second day to finalize my repairs and insure they would suitably solve the issues I was having. I will most definitely reach out to them again for future needs.

My wife is getting an EV car and we wanted to install an outlet for the car charger. It is 240v with at least 50 amps. One business I called came out, gave a bid to which I agreed but then never scheduled because they said they did not have the part. I then contacted other electricians but they all wanted to see the site and many wanted a fee just to see the site. When I called Custom Electrical Services it was clear from the beginning they knew more than the others to which I had talked. First, they were the only ones to notify me that there needed to be a permit, but they would take care of it. Second, they have extensive experience with installing car chargers. Third, they were able to give me a price by me just sending a picture of the Electrical Panel. Fourth, with my kind of car charger, they recommended wiring directly to the charger which means I could have a 60 Amp circuit which then gives 48 AMPS for actual charging. It was also less expensive to wire directly to the charger than to install a plug. They came in the time frame they set up. They did not require an upfront payment, but billed me by email. They provided paperwork so that I did not have to pay sales tax as there is a sales tax exemption in the State of Washington for this type of work. The electricians were extremely knowledgeable and made sure prior to leaving that I had the charger connected to my wifi and my phone. I could not be more pleased.

I am glad I called these guys. Needed a transfer switch installed so we can use a generator to power the house in an outage. Daniel came out and did an absolutely fantastic job, I couldn't be happier. Daniel and assistant were punctual, professional, and did things right. It's worth using a licensed contractor for jobs like these. We tested out the new generator and it powers everything with PLENTY left. Very happy, will use them again if needed, 5 stars easy

These CSE is super easy and friendly to work with. The were sent out to set up my Ford Pro-Charger for my new truck and they made it so easy. Scheduling, setting up tax emption, and day of installation were all a breeze. Jeff was a super tech, very informative, and great to talk with. I will for sure think of them for future electric projects.
