General Contractor reviews in Auburn, Washington

I highly recommend this company for your any remodeling projects. Just like the name, their quality was true quality. Because it was our first home remodeling, we had to change our plan many times, but they completed everything as we requested without any issue. It was my best experience out of all of my experience with general contractors

Fernando and his crew were great! They made a stressful situation less stressful, they worked with us on how we wanted everything done in our home. They did great quality work in a reasonable time frame.

Fernando and his crew re-modeled my kitchen and bathroom the service and customer service was exactly what I expected. Everything came out spectacular and they did a great job. I highly recommend true quality construction if you are looking for good quality remodeling!

We started watching WAY to much HGTV during Covid 2020 and ended up deciding that we wanted to open up our kitchen and living room, along with updating our 1987 bathroom. After a few bids came in (or didn’t due to poor communication), we finally had Fernando come over and take a look at the house. So glad we did! We got a detailed bid within a week and he broke down the project between bathroom and kitchen.

After many email exchanges, we decided on a scope for the project and things went pretty fast! A few hiccups that weren’t his fault (needed to upgrade our electrical box to add necessary circuits for city code compliance and we had a 3 week delay due to damage cabinets which was my fault going with a “internet deal”, rather than a local supplier. Additionally, Fernando and his crew “adapted” other issues with the cabinets saving us additional time for production and shipping.

Communication is key and Fernado is excellent compared to other contractors we have dealt with in the past. We felt like he had a good handle of the overall project throughout the process and are very pleased with the final results!

I will attach more pics after we start bringing in furniture and unboxing from our “bedroom apartment” during the construction phase.

I highly recommend True Quality Construction for your remodeling needs!!

Fernando and his crew really hooked me up. They walked me through the process from A-Z and over delivered with their service. Were also some of the most affordable contractors in town with quality work. Will definitely recommend and refer to friends and family. Thanks again true quality construction

This was our second time working with Fernando and his team for a major remodel. This time we hired them to do a complete attic remodel and turn it into a living space. They did an outstanding job and the result exceeded our expectations. They were also flexible and reasonable through the process as we changed our minds a few times as the project evolved. They showed up on time everyday, were professional, and did really good work at reasonable price. If something did not meet our expectations, they went back and adjusted it or fixed it. We will definitely do business with them again. Thanks to their entire team.

Fernando and his crew remodeled our bathroom in our last house. The shower tile and remodel of bathroom was terrific. Good attention to details and very eager to bend over backwards to make sure our wishes were met. Very comfortable and easy to work with him and the crew. Have hired them again to do some remodeling in our new home.

Alberto, Fernando and their crew were fantastic to work with. We had two bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs) that suffered from a water leak inside the wall. The scope of work included demolition, plumbing, tile installation, electrical, sheetrock, painting, finish work, as well as flooring. From the initial review to quote the job to the sign off and completion, we never had any problems. Even dealing with sickness and really really bad weather, they were courteous, efficient, and did excellent work. It had to pass their own close inspection and approval before they would declare it complete. They kept the jobsite (our house) as clean as they could during the entire project. By the time they were done, they seemed more like family than a construction firm. We will definitely have them back to do more projects in the future.

After hours of researching my local businesses, I chose TQC. The whole team has been amazing to work with. They completed a lot of work, in a small amount of time. I recommend choosing TQC.

I highly recommend Total Quality Construction. Fernando and his crew completed a restoration of my finished basement that was damaged due to flooding. They are professional, attentive to detail, courteous, cleanup after themselves every day, are respectful of both the household and customer, and excellent in communications throughout the entire process. I will call them first on my next construction project for sure. Thanks Fernando!

Working with Fernando was one of the BEST working relationships I've experienced with a contractor/laborer EVER and I can’t stress that enough. While I haven’t had much experience with major remodel or home improvement those I have had have not always been ideal. His attention to detail was much appreciated and his communication is by far one of the most valuable things he offers, he led our bathroom upgrade project with honesty, integrity and I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I cannot say enough great things about Fernando and his crew. They were always on time, so friendly, and cleaned up after themselves everytime they left. They were so respectful of us by wearing masks (as our remodel was during a pandemic). Fernando was so easy to work with, patient with all my MANY ideas, and so dependable. His attention to detail was possibly my favorite part of working with him. He could have made life easier on himself a couple of times by leaving something I didn't notice....but he fixed it because of his pride in his work and paying attention to the small things that will make the finished project perfect. We cannot believe we live in such a nice house ..thank you!!!

I had this incredible team upgrade/remodel my kitchen. It turned out even better than I thought. The entire team was professional, paid close attention to detail, and were always in communication with me. I highly recommend this company for any of your home improvement needs.

Fernando, Alfredo and their crew truly make your dreams come true. They have remodeled many rooms in my home, including my bathroom and my garage. They have great communication, from beginning to end. Through out the whole process they let us know exactly what they were doing and that really made all of us happy. They have great work ethic and are really the kindest people you will meet. Definitely would recommend to my friends and family!

Fernando and his crew were great to work with! Fernando was very professional and courteous. He completed two projects for us; a bathroom and laundryroom remodel and the other, flood damage repair. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend his business!

They park their company truck crooked and block other people from being able to get in their car. One star rating for not being able to park straight. How can you be trusted to build things straight if you can’t park straight?

We used True Quality Construction to add a loft and bedroom to our current home. We were blown away by TCC’s professionalism and their speed in getting the project done. They were very quick to respond to any communication and did an amazing job with fixing any issues that came up along the way. We would highly recommend this company to anyone and we look forward to using them again in the future.

I don't know what more can you ask for.

Our house were damaged by a fallen tree during a windstorm in winter. We reached out to 10-15 contractors. True Quality not just the first one responded back to us, they are the only one that is responsiveness. Nowadays during COVID and high demand in construction work, when contractors know the project is related to insurance company, many are either being lack of responsive or doesn't even care because they know insurance company is hard to deal with.

Fernando and their team hear our frustration. They, especially Fernando, are extremely patient and provide professional suggestion. They help us in putting a valid quote that can send to insurance company (typically insurance company requires very tedious quotes, and most contractors are reluctant to write a quote like this or charged high price for just writing an estimate). Not only that, Fernando prioritized our job because of the urgency and to ease our pain (thank you!) Fernando really care about customer's satisfaction and he puts quality of the work in front of everything.

And of course, the work is professional and detail oriented. During the project, we find some tedious things that related to the major tree damage, but Fernando helped us sorted that out. We got our home back, finally.

I don't typically write a long review. But I think Fernando and his company is the type of contractor company that you want to shout out and let other knows so they don't miss it. Easy to work with, professionalism, high quality, and many of the shining keywords not just empty slogans but reflected during our experience with with True Quality this time, in a solid way. They deserved their high reputation. We will definitely keep in touch for our next project.

We recently moved to North Tacoma from Seattle. We had downsized our living space and our new home needed some upgrades. We tried a few different companies, as the projects were many, but the company that stood out was True Quality Construction. Their work was the highest quality, they were very professional, showed up on time, and cleaned up after their work. Unlike other companies, they returned emails and phone calls. We highly recommend True Quality Construction!

Our office likes to support local businesses and found True Quality Construction. Contacted the team, they were extremely busy but made a special trip to survey what we needed inquired about.
Had great quote pricing and the schedule to install was ideal with weather forecasts. Install team was professional and active problem solvers.
Will do more business with True Quality Construction.

Fernando and his crew are great! He came and fixed our bathroom after another company messed up. They work hard and get the job done right. We had a leak a month after the remodel and Fernando was at our house the next day to troubleshoot and fix the issue. I highly recommend this company for any home jobs that you need completed.
