We hired True Quality to fix our self-built pergola that sort of covered our spa. But rain and Sequoia needles made it awful to be in the spa. Dave and Fernando came out to do the job bid and had the quote back to me in a day... They are quick to get it going with no ridiculous waiting for an estimate. They scheduled to start just two days after we confirmed the quote. I know that won't happen with every job. But an opening in the schedule came up and Dave was on it! Fernando and his team put polycarbonate panels in as a roof and even reset the pergola to have a slight pitch so that the water runs off to the grass below. The way they integrated the roof into the existing pergola frame is super clean looking and it saved us a ton of cost in extra cedar and hardware (and labor) since they didn't have to add on a pitched roof frame to the existing pergola. Fernando is an excellent engineer as that was his idea! Less than two days total work time and it was done. We will absolutely be hiring them again soon to do a major backyard deck project. I highly recommend these guys as they are very friendly, reliable, and have exceptionally skilled men with stellar integrity on their team.

From the very initial estimate I was impressed by the professionalism/communication from the company. Once we got started I was very happy with how things progressed and the quality of the work that was being done. The cost of the project seemed very reasonable and fair compared to other estimates.

Then when I experienced pregnancy complications during the project and ended up having to be hospitalized and give birth a month and a half early the team came through for us. They showed concern and understanding to our situation and worked extra hard to get the project finished quickly so we could bring our premature newborn daughter home to a complete project. We will be forever grateful for that!

If I had future projects or was recommending a contractor, True Quality Construction would be without a doubt who I would recommend for quality work, professionalism and a genuinely kind team of people.

We hired Fernando and team to remodel our primary bathroom and they exceeded our expectations! Their quality of work and attention to detail was phenomenal! They pretty much gutted the bathroom, and installed new tile floor, tile shower and shower pan, rerouted plumbing and vents, moved electrical for a new pocket door, installed recessed medicine cabinet/mirror, installed new sink vanity and fixtures, paint, baseboard, and trim. Everything is perfect and we are loving the larger shower.

We will definitely be contacting them again for future projects.

While we didn't want to have this experience, the True Quality team was AMAZING to work with! Everyone on their team was professional, helpful, and the work was amazing. Our bathroom looks so good, even beyond the initial project needs. They were easy to talk ideas with, were quick to get us scheduled, and made my family feel very comfortable. Thank you! TQC did us a solid! After a water leak damaged floors, walls, and even a kitchen cabinet we hired Fernando and team to do the restoration work and they came through in spades. The whole team from initial bid to final touch ups were incredible. They had to demo out wood and tile floors, repair drywall, reset cabinets, put down new LVP floors, work with countertop folks for new quartz. Being a remodel brought a few surprise challenges but they managed it all. While I'm so glad to have my house back, I almost miss having this pleasant group around every day. Thanks for an awesome experience.

We had our guest bathroom remodeled/updated. Fernando and his team at True Quality did an excellent job. The bathroom turned out great. We are very happy with the finished result.

James was a pleasure to work with. He completed the job on short notice and happily accommodated several changes. We plan to hire him to do several more projects.

James was quick to respond to my inquiry about removing fluorescent lights to open up the ceiling and install new lighting in my kitchen. He kept me informed of a minor delay in getting the light fixtures he thought would work best for my project. He was careful to keep the floor covered and the work area draped off from the rest of my kitchen to contain the dust from cutting holes and sanding areas he had patched in the ceiling. To complete the project he did a great job painting the area without drips or streaks. He took the time to clean up the work area before leaving. I'm extremely happy with the way the project turned out, and would not hesitate to have him do other work for me.

James & Genessa are the best! They are super knowledgeable ,helpful and very professional to work with. Their quality of work speaks for them. I would recommend this company to do all of your remodeling needs.

Wow, What a great experience having the opportunity to work with James. He was extremely responsive and efficient but more importantly, James took the time to listen to what we wanted to accomplish in our home. I absolutely love my remodel and the design made by Genessa and the follow through by James. Remodeling is such a stressful process and they did everything to keep me close to the original schedule and took the stress off my plate! I would recommend them to anyone going through a remodel.

James is the most competent, communicative, dedicated contractor I've ever had the pleasure of working with! He always listened to my needs and requests and then reiterated them back to me in writing, was incredibly responsive in all communications, respectful of current COVID-19 protocols, and took the time to ensure I was always happy with the work performed. He outdid himself with our pre-move in project, and we were thrilled with the results; working under a super tight deadline and within our very specific aesthetic requirements, he and his team really knocked it out of the park. I had total faith and trust in him and given he is so respectful and kind, it was completely painless to give him unfettered access to my home while I was 45 minutes away and unable to oversee progress.
