Their pricing was reasonable given the high quality of the product and final service.

The on-site installation manager was polite and knowledgeable of their product/service. They were keen they provided the highest service and delivered exactly (and more) than what was quoted for.

Dedicated workers spent long hours to ensure my gutters were up and ready for the summer storms. They worked tiredsly in the heat and did a tremendous job on my two story home. Definitely suggest them if you need gutter work done.

Excellent craftsmanship. The crew really goes above and beyond to make the installation look great and function correctly. I was surprised by the extra effort they put in to level and slope everything. Even though they weren’t the cheapest option, I really feel like I got the best value. And I know if there’s ever an issue, they’ll stand behind their work.

Apologies for not remembering the technician that came out to my house on September 17 located in Auburn Washington. Original request was to come out and give me a quote, but the technician ended up repairing my gutter by mounting it back into its original position without charging me. I appreciate his wellness no hassle to take care of the problem in real time

I loved Elegant Duster. Very customer service oriented, responsive and they did an excellent job. I had them clean my house for getting ready to sell and it sparkles. Also there was a slight misunderstanding about what was to be done - my fault for not fully reading the list of things on the contract - but they still made it up to me at no cost.
