Colby did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. Not just technically, but all around. He had a great vibe, was respectful of the house and furniture. If I was still in business I’d hire the kid myself. Stanley Steemer is lucky to have him representing their brand.

We had our hardwood floors cleaned that had been ignored for many years. Jose arrived on time, was efficient, had great communication and made our floors look absolutely amazing!! We really appreciated his attention to detail and outstanding customer service!

Cameron was our technician today and he was wonderful! Very professional and easy going. Our carpets look and smell brand new again! It took about an hour start to finish. I would absolutely recommend and hire them again

Ask for Alexander (Alex) I have never been so impressed with someone coming to do a service for a house. Alex was on time, professional, courteous, and communicated so well throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend you call him now. I wish I had before and after pictures. We had so many pet stains. We have two kids under the age of 5 and they are messy! Mike carpets look better than the day that they were installed. In the photo that is just my footprints going up and down the stairs. This landing was the worst thing in our house and now you would never know.Thank you Alex for everything.

I was so impressed by Jonathan from Stanley Steamer with the incredible job he did cleaning the carpets in my new home. The previous owner hadn’t done a move out clean of house or professionally cleaned carpets. But Jonathan came in and sparkled the place right up and I no longer feel like I’m living in someone else’s dirt. Thank you Jonathan for an awesome job. Thank you Stanley Steamer for the great price for doing my entire home.

Garrett was thorough and incredibly attentive while cleaning our furniture. He treated our belongings with genuine care and clearly takes pride in his work. I would hire Stanley Steemer again just to have Garrett as our cleaning technician. Customer service like his is rare, and Stanley Steemer should consider themselves very lucky to have him.

Seems like a bait and switch. You are quoted one price online, schedule a month out, clear your furniture to another room and prep for the carpet cleaning, on arrival they tell you will be double because living room is considered two rooms due to shape. They offer to reschedule or cancel if you don’t like the price after you have gone through all the work for the prep… company unwilling to work with you to find a solution. We showed them our invoice and payment from 9 months prior where it was considered one room but they said no that the tech was wrong back then to count it as one room.
Plus the tech had a crap attitude on arrival and should not be working with people, upon answering the door we knew she was not having a good day.
We used them 9 months ago and had a wonderful experience and their tech was so kind and hard working. Sad this was how our repeat time went. They seemed to do a good job, that’s what the 2 stars are for I just advise to get a more accurate quote before they show up and you go through the effort to prep for the service.
Will be seeking out a different company for our next carpet cleaning.

We want to extend our gratitude to the very kind gentleman who were called out to our home to help clean up and then a 2nd trip out to inspect damage for our Insurance company. Cameron came out initially, and he could not have been more caring, kind and respectful toward us, our home and situation. Anthony was very personable & did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet. We have dogs & if you’re a dog owner, you know how dirty things can get. We had some stains that we thought would never come out & Anthony was able to remove every stain so now our carpet is as good as new! Would highly recommend Anthony with Stanley Steamer.

Had a cotton dhurrie area rug cleaned. The rug was dingy and stained and I’d been too embarrassed to have it out so rolled it up and tucked it away until I decided to try to see if it could be saved with a good steam cleaning. I’m delighted to report that the steam cleaning was effective and the rug was saved! I’m really glad I tried the last-ditch effort despite several stains and overall grubbiness. My rug looks beautiful again!
I also had my main bathroom floor cleaned. It is tiled, and the grout between the tiles ranges from an off-white color to nearly black because of all of the dirt collecting over the years. Unfortunately I see no difference in the grout color after cleaning. I’d really hoped some dirt would lift and the dark areas would lighten, but alas no luck. Bummed that I wasted my money there instead of getting a second rug cleaned. Will try a grout pen from Amazon next.

After my original review called Stanley Steemer stepped up to the plate and returned and re-cleaned my carpet Colby did an excellent job was very professional and very knowledgeable about his job when he left. I felt very satisfied with how the carpet turned out. It was much cleaner and dryer than the first service technician left.

Cameron was great! He was friendly and personable! He cleaned my mattress and recliner sofa for me. He explained how everything was going to work and went above and beyond to get the job done. 10 out 10 would definitely recommend him as a technician!

Taylor did such a great job cleaning my carpets! She was on time, super friendly, and really easy to work with. You can tell she cares about doing a good job, she took her time and made sure everything looked perfect. The carpets dried fast and look (and smell) amazing. I’d definitely call her again and highly recommend her!

Excellent service! Very easy to schedule the appointment and received a email confirmation. Chose a 6hr arrival window and then received a text with the estimated arrival time the day-of. Cameron was great, super cool & explained everything before getting to work. He worked quickly and efficiently, then asked if we had any questions before he left.
Our carpet looks and smells great!
I highly recommend this service.
