I would recommend Black Diamond Exterior Solutions. Bogdan was amazing! Even though I called very late in the season, they were able to fit us in.I got a prompt and complete estimate electronically with a completion timeline to clean the roof and gutters. He and the crew arrived when he said he would and finished the work within the timeframe estimated and their clean up was great! They left the house and gardens very tidy after the work was done. Everything was perfectly executed. Will call him every year!

BLK Diamond Exterior Solutions did an AMAZING job on my tile roof! It needed moss removal and a good general cleaning and they were very responsive to my inquiry and got the job done in a timely manner. They are hard workers and do a truly wonderful job. I was very happy that I hired blk diamond exterior solutions because Bogdan and his buddy arrived on time as promised. Bogdan explained how they will do the job and were very careful with our plants around the house while doing the job. They even helped us moved our potted plants and put them back for us. The crew was prompt and responsive. Not very many places specialize in cleaning metal roof until I came upon this service. They gave reassurance and back up their words. I have some heavy algae that blacken one side of my metal roof. The crew was able to help get rid of some but the rest will dissipate in a week if not they would come back to finish rinsing off the rest.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. They just left and holy cow did they not only do an amazing job but who they sent out were the 2 sweetest guys ever! Next time they’re going to be my first call! My mom is elderly and I have a 8 month old so we’ve had ZERO time to get up there and clean off all the crud for her. They were so sweet with her and just overall amazing guys. I will 100% be booking them again for her!
