I been using marry maid for almost two years now and the cleaning are the best. They arrive on schedule time and give their best. I would reco.mend them all my friend .

They did an descent job, didn't pay as much attention to detail as I like but I try not to judge people on my judgements. Were very spendy though and I think if I had shopped around I could have gotten a better, for as good of service.

Very satisfied with service. Staff is professional, reliable and competent. They work quickly and do a superior cleaning job. Use only the supplies they bring with them and are environmentally friendly. The price is fair. I could not ask for more.

We were very satisfied with the work of the cleaners, they listened to me and were very helpful. I am going with a weekly cleaning service and a modified cleaning every other week. I love that I can customize my needs. They are thorough.

The administrative aspect had wrong info and i had to call and text numerous times to get it straight all while being threatened with a $50 cancellation fee because your admin folks could not get the agreed date correct.. the work was not a “deep clean” as there were details not done that i still have to do. I rated the work satisfactory to avoid having to deal with your incompetent admin people. I will not use or recommend your company again.

I was really impressed by one of team members who took what was a cluttered parlor and using a keen eye for design transformed it--not just by cleaning, but by moving some things around here and there and making it just gorgeous. She has an eye for interior design that I hope she pursues.
I also appreciated how incredibly kind and non-judgmental the team members were when they saw the state of the place, which was admittedly wretched and in so being made me feel defeated and depressed. Yet I never saw one of the girls without a smile on their face and when they were finished it was like a whole new space had opened up in my home and in my heart.
It's hard enough these days to find someone both hard working and good at their job; but to find those qualities along with amazing, positive attitudes is almost a miracle.
I don't know which cleaning products they used, but everything is so clean it shines, and smells like the last days of winter when you can inhale the crisp sunshine heralding the beginning of spring.
I feel like I owe a debt of gratitude that I can never repay to the amazing, friendly, and efficient women who transformed me by lifting my spirits with their graciousness as well as my home with their herculean efforts to make the place look brand new.

We actually hired Merry Maids as a House/Apartment Warming gift for our daughter & son-in-law. We had their apartment cleaned & sanitized before they moved all of their household goods in. The scheduler & cleaners were very kind, thoughtful, & professional.
We are all extremely pleased with their service.

This Merry Maids branch has been cleaning my house every other week for over 12 years and I so appreciate the reliability, friendliness and hard work of the cleaning crews. Once in awhile something isn’t done quite right and the office staff is always very responsive and makes it right.

We’ve been using Merry Maids for almost 25 years. They’ve done a great job in cleaning our home. In the (25) years, I have only had 1 or 2 negative incidents and they were quick to resolve it.

Generally, the work is as expected. There are some items that leave me confused.

Example: One time, I moved some boxes from my carpeted bedroom. The carpet was vacuumed well but the trim along the carpet was left dirty. This was visible. When I pointed it out during my next appointment, I was told another vacuum had to be used to clean that. It was cleaned on that visit. There have been similar examples of obvious issues not being noticed or ignored.

The service overall is very good, And I am grateful for their positive presence and help.
However not all of the providers are thorough. Sometimes my house is spotless sometimes there are small errors like trash cans not emptied. Once in a while there's a big goof and had I not been there would have Become a large problem upon returning home after they had left. One example is a wood floor being left sopping wet after cleaning. On that occasion I happened to be home while they were working.

The communication by Merry Maids is outstanding. The office kept me informed about the appointment and I was able to follow the route to see exactly when the ladies would arrive. The ladies were friendly and efficient and my floors and bathroom sparkled.

The Auburn Merry Maids office was phenomenal. Mark went above and beyond to help resolve an old gift card issue. The team they sent to my house were nothing but professional, efficient, and responsive. The office called before the service (as promised) and after the service to confirm my needs were met. My entire experience with Auburn was wonderful. Thanks so very much. I'm a huge fan.

I've been using this company for weekly cleanings for almost one year. I've been called a meticulous cleaner myself, and my mother owned her own cleaning service when I was young so I do know a lot about cleaning. I have a child with special needs (Aspergers') and we keep our house, diet, laundry, etc. pretty much "chemical" free. I am satisfied with the products the maids use in my home, but do provide one cleaning product and tool each week, which they always use.

The reason I don't give five stars it due to inconsistency in the quality of cleaning. Each week one room is "special attention" and it seems like that's not adhered to. For example, this week my foyer and study were SA. My foyer ceiling fan was left un-dusted and the windows next to the door were not cleaned. The table there still had dog hair and wood chips underneath. However... my master bathroom shower was cleaner than it had been in a month and they dusted the rest of my furniture with extreme care.

Calling the office staff is always pleasant and they are great when I cancel cleanings--don't even ask why and just keep rolling. I am a loyal customer and will continue to work with this company. They need feedback to make improvements and overall they are a hard-working bunch.

Your two person staff were on time, quick, courtesy and professional. Have used Merry Maids for over a year and very pleased. Have done special move out cleaning a couple of times and have been pleased with their attention to cleaning details.

The Merry Maids have been doing a great job for me for more than three years. Besides cleaning my home well each time they come, they are always pleasant and friendly. They are the best.

Communication and everything was great with Racheal and I even checked out saying “very satisfied”. However upon detail inspection I didn’t see the level of cleaning service that I expected for $300. My new house was already cleaned by other professionals when we bought it but we wanted additional cleaning coz the switches and the outlets looked very dirty which I specifically asked to get those cleaned.
They said they cleaned the switches but it was the same to me, also missed other outlets like thermostats and other outlets located right next to the switches (checked and all dusty from the top). However the living area and kitchen and windows were clean and I appreciated that.
Also they had there plastic shoes on when they came out from the house after they cleaned and get into the house for inspection instead of taking off there shoes at the door.
I felt like I could have saved my $300 and kept the way it was if I knew that the cleaning service was just wiping of staff with a towel which I could have done it myself.

I gave 3* coz I felt they might have done a good job if I left them a checklist. I assumed standard cleaning covers removing dusts from light fixtures and other outlets which is not the case. I recommend leaving a note and list every little thing if u don’t list it they won’t clean it.
