Tim's Complete Landscape Management helped prepare our property for sale. They provided valuable input and clearly understood my objectives. The employees were efficient and courteous. There was great communication throughout the project, and their prices were very competitive.

We have been using Tim's Complete Landscaping since moving to Maple Valley area several years ago. The crews have always been respectful and timely. For projects that have extended over multiple days, they always clean up after a days work. I would recommend TMCL for any landscape project large and small. I also appreciate that Tim ensures the work is exactly what was agreed upon and will put in the extra effort to make it perfect.

Our business hired Tim's Complete to prune numerous out of control maple trees. They did an amazing job!! Fast, efficient and HARD WORKING! They left the job cleaned up and looking absolutely great! We are impressed and really happy with the results and highly recommend them!

Kyle came with clear questions for me and then did everything asked and beyond. His team had great attention to the details - cleaned-up and removed the yard waste, did yard maintenance that included hand weeding all of the flower beds, edging, pruning and mowing. Kyle and his team did this while being very polite and professional, showing great patience when I was unsure what I wanted and helped me figure it out together.

Account managers take great notes of 'all those little things' and make sure the crew is communicated with well! The crews are always friendly and do a great job. They have a great communication / billing system that can be 100% email / web driven, don't have to pickup the phone every time you want to communicate!

We invited Tim's Complete Landscape to for a cleanup project removing tons of unwanted weedy vegetation and leveling out a large strip of land in our driveway. A representative was quick to get out and give a us a free estimate with multiple line items that came in at the right price. When it came to the work a 3 person crew was out working over the course of two days with non stop rain. I have never seen a more dedicated hard working crew that got the job done with no excuses or lapses in their quality of work. We will be using Tim's Complete Landscape in the future for all of our landscaping needs.

Requested a reconstruction of an old brick walkway and installation of a garden in an area where grass would not grow. Trusted the team to do the work while I was out of town. Upon my return, I was absolutely blown away by the great job they did!! I can't even begin to tell you how great this team is. They discuss what you want, work to fully understand it, and then are open to suggestions for improvements. We have had three companies maintain our yard and gardens, and Tim's is hands-down the best! It is my pleasure to recommend them.

We hired TCLM to do our landscape Maintenance. I also worked with Adam Dean and Team to define/develop a 30ft by 30 ft raised garden area for us. The team, led by Mario Harris, was exceptional. They were friendly, polite and very capable. They always wanted to know if they were meeting our needs. The quality of work was excellent. We would give them our highest recommendation.

Tim's Complete Landscape has taken care of my lawn for a few years now. They have always been great and easy to work with. They have a high level of service for their customers, especially after storms. I had a tree come down in my driveway and they were there the same day, cut the tree and hauled away. I wish I could take them with me to my new house (out of state!).

If anyone needs some landscaping work done, no matter how involved, I would heartily recommend Tim's. I just had phase 1 of my front yard completed and the team of Mario and Dom did an excellent job. They went the extra mile in almost ever instance to make sure I had what I expected. These guys were awesome.
My first contact, Dave was also excellent and he kept me posted every step of the way. I have to say that after several disappointing experiences with other Landscaping companies, this was a very refreshing experience.

Tim's Complete has been helping me with an annual end of summer yard clean up for three years now. They do a great job, have very fair prices, and great customer service. Last year they also did a landscaping project for us that included replacing a small, ugly dead lawn with gravel. It looks great and I'd highly recommend them for any landscaping project.

We had heard the Tim's Complete Landscaping was a very good, reliable company, so we delayed having work on our yard until they were available. I have to say the information about their performance and reliability all turned out to be true.
The crew led by Mario worked every minute they were at the project, they very carefully respected areas that needed protection, and they were very careful to clean up after themselves after completion of their work. The project was beautifully completed. It might have cost a little more than we were expecting, but I would not hesitate to have them do another project for us. I would heartily recommend them on any landscape project.

Tim's Complete has done an awesome job with overhauling the landscaping in our home. They worked meticulously to replace the existing plants, reshape the lawn edges, bring in new mulch, and install new stone paths. They also coordinated with the nursery to get the flowers, plants, and trees we wanted and worked with the irrigation team to get the plants and lawn the appropriate water. Every person we worked with has been an absolute professional, and despite this being a project with many moving parts spanning a couple weeks, the team left the workspace clean and free of debris after completing work every day which we greatly appreciated. We are very pleased with the work they've done and highly recommend them.

Tim's Landscaping was absolutely a great choice for the scope of work I was seeking out in preparation for selling my first house. The 2 man crew that was sent to do the job were very respectful and were comfortable answering my questions and addressing any concerns I had. They were very respectful to me and in turn I made sure to take care of them as it was very hot and the work being done was definitely hard work. Carlos and Daniel are stand up guys and are really good at what they do. Highly recommend this company and i will be a future customer for sure! Great work you guys and gals!

I have used Tim's for over 10 years now. He has maintained my home, my rental home, my father's home, and 2 office buildings. I am very pleased with their work, his prices and his character. They are responsive to requests and concerns. I would say they get an A+ for their customer service efforts. They have supervisors that frequently walk and inspect the properties to make sure everything is being handled as expected - and they touch base with me on a regular basis for any special needs or changes. We needed a complete overall of our property both front and backyard and these guys did great work! Their whole team is excellent in communication and providing a realistic bid and e-mail updates on scheduling dates. There was one bush that was put in that was smaller than I wanted/expected and they listened to my concerns, and swapped it out to meet my expectations without any issue! I will absolutely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking, seamless communication, great quality work, done quickly and on budget!!
