We hired the team at Tim's Complete Landscape Management to perform a major brush clean-up and rock drainage replacement project last summer. The crew who performed the project was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. We have been so impressed with TCLM we hired them as our regular full service Lawncare and Maintenance company. The Leadership team of David and Brent are first class and always quick to respond to all inquiries or jump on any issues that arise. The maintenance crews have been on time and reliable and keep our property in great shape! We often receive compliments about how great and beautiful our yard looks. I highly recommend reaching out and supporting this small local business. You won't be disappointed in their service!

I was impressed by a neighbor's yard and landscaping and noticed Tim's did their work. I called for an estimate for some specifics I saw in their yard. Due to Tim's work demands we waited several weeks but it was WORTH IT! Matthew and his crew were very courteous and hard working. The landscaping done is beyond what I had hoped for and I am so proud of our home's appearance now. I would venture to say it increases the value of our home. Thanks Tim, we'll call you early next spring!

I have used Tim's Complete Landscaping on several projects in my front and back yards. They have the best crews that completed all my projects to my complete satisfaction. I paid exactly what their bid estimate was on each project. They were always here when they scheduled the project and completed the work on the scheduled time. I highly recommend Tim's for any project you need completed on your home property. They are the best!

*Update* - Editing to say that since this review, Tim, David and their team have done a lot to rectify the situation. They came out and refreshed our beds with new mulch, took away all of the dead plants, and replanted them with fresh plants in a much more pleasing design. Tim and David were both very receptive to feedback and I am confident that our original experience was an exception to the way this company normally does business. It seems that most of our issues were due to an employee transition and they seem to have fixed the situation.***

We experienced extremely poor communication from this company. We had a project manager come out and told him everything that we wanted done, knowing that we were going to have to cut down due to budget. He took multiple videos of everything we asked for. We asked him to write a proposal that included everything we talked about. After multiple emails and phone conversations, we agreed to do only the front yard and not the back. We paid our deposit and then did not hear from the company for three weeks. After emailing to say that we were going to want our money back, they finally called to say we were on the schedule for August 5. On August 5, a new project manager called to say that our old one had quit and taken all the videos with him. When the team showed up on August 6, we realized that they were going in totally blind and there was a huge discrepancy between what we had discussed with our old project manager and what was explicitly listed on the
proposal. Also, based on the proposal, our old project manager had grossly over estimated how many plants we required. The new project manager took on the project site unseen, but assured us he would take care of us. He clearly did not do his due diligence.

Because of the poor communication, it felt extremely shady and like we had been baited and switched along with totally overcharged for the work done. We couldn’t fit 3 hydrangea bushes and the company refused to take them back or refund us the money, leaving us to try to sell them on Facebook marketplace. They also ordered hydrangea bushes that required afternoon shade and planted them in a full sun bed. We tried desperately to take care of everything planted, but three weeks later, most of the plants they assured us would work have died.

All I can say is, if you’re going to use this company, make sure you have a paper trail of everything you discuss with the project manager and ask for a physical mock up of the plans before you sign or pay. It definitely felt like once they had our money, all they cared about was covering themselves rather than caring for the customer.

Tim's Complete Landscaping is great. David Peterson came out when he said he would, and we talked about what I wanted done. He took pictures and sent me a proposal, which we accepted. Mario and his crew arrived on time, and we went over what was going to be done. His crew were courteous and professional. They exceeded my expectations. We are very happy with the results!

Wonderful job leveling and putting in sod and then also cleaning out the flower beds and putting new edging and rocks. We were challenged throughout the project with bad weather but they always kept us updated and communicated fabulously with us.

I had these folks do a makeover of my lawn during spring 2019. Thatch, aerate, weed, fertilize and re-seed. I attach photos of the result taken February 2020. IMPRESSIVE!!
Thanks to David and his crew, my lawn has never looked better.

I was beyond impressed with the landscaping Mario and his crew did! They completely changed the side of my house and took it from an eye sore to a zen paradise! They exceeded all expectations!

I had a disappointing experience with Tim’s Landscaping. Jacob, who came out to assess the project, was very polite and helpful. He even took a video and assured me I’d have a quote by Friday. We discussed all the details I wanted addressed—including moving about 8 rocks back into place to create a clean, orderly line. Jacob said it was no problem.

When I received the initial quote, that item wasn’t listed. I assumed it was such a minor fix that it would be included. I called to confirm, and Jacob called back to apologize, saying he needed to revise the quote and that there would be a “small increase” to account for about an hour of extra work.

To my surprise, the revised quote added over $900. When I expressed my shock, the response I received was simply, “Sorry for the sticker shock.” For what was presented as a small adjustment, this was excessive and poorly handled.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend Tim’s Landscaping. Clear communication and fair pricing are essential in a service-based business—and this interaction fell short on both counts.

I am beyond disappointed with the lack of response and accountability from Tim’s Landscaping. I had sod installed in January—yes, in winter—after being assured by them that it would be fine. Along with the sod, I also had a tree installed. From day one, I have done everything possible to keep the sod alive: regular watering, sprinklers, seeding and light trimming.

Despite my efforts, by March and April the sod started rapidly deteriorating. I reached out multiple times and was told they would come out in the spring to address the issue—but they never showed up. No follow-up calls, no visits, nothing.

I spent nearly $4,000 for a very small area, and this has turned out to be the worst investment I’ve ever made. The sod is now completely ruined, and I have to start all over again.

Update: This is my son’s account. I had install in Jan 8th by Tim’s complete landscaping. I have called multiple times with front desk saying someone will call back but no one has.

I had a swath of dead black berries that was between a wire fence and the beginning of the undeveloped part of the property. They somehow got in there (a narrow space) and got them out without ripping themselves to shreds and WOW! the difference is amazing. It took them all day and I was working from home but there wasn't any interruptions, on Zoom the power equipment couldn't be heard and the men were so respectful and good at what they do.

I am very happy with the work that Tim's crew did.
We had all kinds of scheduling issues due to the snow, but Tim worked with me the whole time to help me meet my deadlines.
Tim was very professional, his quote was lower than the other 3 I got, and his guys performed the work on the days we had scheduled.
Very happy and will be calling him again for future projects.

What a outstanding company. I could not be happier. My backyard was a mess until I asked Tim's Landscaping to come over and give me a bid. I found them by watching my neighbors yard get work done. And I wanted some of that I told myself. My wife and I have our dream back yard. Before it was a grassy bald spot, that nothing would grow. Under the deck was always a mess and a eye soar. These guys went way beyond anything we ever expected. The raised beds gave us new garden space. Very exciting for my wife and I. The hot tub surround was just a grassy knowl with dirt always sliding down on the hot tub patio. These guys do not take short cuts and stand bye there word. We are not used to that. Wish they worked on homes for remodeling. Woulda saved us a lot of headaches. I have lots more pics but google cut me off. Hats off to these guys. What a pleasure. I never met a more hard working crew. Very orderly and always start at 8am. Each member of there crew I got to personalize very well and they have very hard workers. Hats off to Mario the lead that took control and was here every hour of every day. Dave was the super that I would call if I had questions. Dave is very upfront and trustworthy. Well run company. A million Thank you's…...

We engaged Tim's to come and perform a major spring cleanup of our yard. We've had two children over the past 2 years, so things had gotten a little out of hand. Tim's came out and did a walk around the property with us within a few days of reaching out. They spent a few minutes going over what we wanted and then took videos and pictures to finalize the quote. The quote we received wasn't cheap, but it was competitive with other quotes we received.

Our property was fit into the schedule within 2 weeks and Tim's came out with a crew of of 3 or 4. They spent the whole day at our property and came back to finish off the next day. My wife and I were impressed with the crews attention to detail. We spent a good amount of time watching them work and we could tell they cared about providing a quality service. They weren't just going through the motions.

We also asked Tim's to cover most of our yard in mulch. Our property is about a quarter of an acre on a severe slope with difficult access to the backyard. Instead of hauling mulch to the back, Tim's worked with a third party contractor to come and blow mulch throughout the yard. I was happy and impressed with Tim's willingness to engage third parties when they're better equipped for a job.

After seeing the results, we are signing up for Tim's regular maintenance. We're very happy and we hope the maintenance program will take some of the load off my wife and I as we care for a newborn and a toddler.

I must say the guys and gals from TCLM are very helpful and wonderful at their job. From my first inquiry on the phone to the final touches, they have delivered! I wanted to create a more open and welcoming back yard for my family, I envisioned what I wanted and they made it reality.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get any landscaping done. They will not disappoint. Thanks again to Jennifer, David, Mario, Kyle and the rest of the team.

Unfortunately, Tims landscaping company do a very poor job and leave a mess behind when completing a job. They trimmed Ivy that trellis over my Water Feature with a weed-eater, Leaving a bunch of debris in my pond. Now my pond has to be serviced by a professional because of all the debris. I’ve asked them several times not to allow their people in my yard yet. They continue to make a mess each week. I do not recommend their services at all. They are absolutely terrible. And you cannot reach a manager or Tim himself because they refused to return phone calls or be held accountable for their mistakes and the damage they leave behind.
They have been asked several times throughout the years to stay off my Water Feature Rocky, and leave the Ivy alone however, they continue to ignore homeowners requests. I simply do not recommend them unless you can afford to repair the damage they leave behind.

Tim’s Complete Landscaping did a fairly large patio project for us. We did have some unforeseen challenges along the way which caused the project to get extended. However, the measure of a company, imo, is how they respond. They maintained professional communication and were flexible enough to adapt and finish with a quality end product. We are very happy with the results. David and Nic were a pleasure to work with and will definitely keep Tim’s in mind for future projects.

I have used Tim's Landscaping twice since I purchased my home.
The guys cleaned up my yard and removed the broken fountain that I inherited from the home's previous owner, and did a stellar job.
I asked them to leave the fountain's base to use as a planter.
Thank you so much Juan Carlos and Paulino.

Tims Complete Landscaping is always a pleasure to work with—professional, courteous, and committed to doing things the right way. Their pride in their work is obvious, and it’s easy to see why they have such a strong reputation in the community. Highly recommended.

I contacted Tim's Complete Landscape Management after several no shows and uncomfortable meetings with a number of landscape companies. I wanted to completely redo my backyard and make it as low to no maintenance as possible (senior citizen here), while still having some area for a little garden. Dave showed up on time and with ideas and materials that met my needs and my budget. He was easy to communicate with, and he and his crew always showed up on time and were friendly and hardworking. The access to my backyard was difficult and the crew managed that well. The cleanup afterwards was awesome. My neighbors were impressed! I am adding a couple before, during, and after pictures. I highly recommend Tim’s Complete Landscape Management.

Including some pictures before and after:

I have been so impressed with Tims Landscaping as they redid our backyard. The common theme with them seemed to be "get it right" and "do it right." I cannot speak high enough about our experience with Tims Landscaping. The quality, and ease to work with is absolutely exceptional. The search for a backyard remodel stops at Tims Landscaping.

From our first encounter with their estimator to get a bid. My wife and I were surprised with the amount of knowledge and ideas that were brought to the table. They were able to describe all processes and help us envision what could be in our yard.

Next steps working with David to dial the final quote was exceptional. David was able to really help us understand costs of each part of the project. We loved the 3D design he was able to put together. It really brought our vision to life. As somebody who had been throwing around ideas for the last two years, seeing it drawn up was fantastic.

As we started and throughout the entire project we could not have been happier with Mario our assigned project manger and his crew. Mario really cares, and fully embodies the "get it right" and "do it right" mentality. Very easy to communicate with, and very detailed when it comes to imagining something as simple as how close we want to place steps together. Mario knows his stuff, and is an essential resource.

As for the crew, they showed up on time, did a great job daily, and were extremely polite. I was very impressed by Jose's tractor controls. A big part of our project was to pull rocks out of the slope in our yard and then re stack them neatly. As you can see by the pictures, its incredible work. I was also very impressed by Alejandro's (and Jose's) ability to build a block wall. They had it dug out, gravel leveled and the bottom retainer wall done in 2 days. Alejandro was also very impressive to watch as Jose operated the tractor stacking rocks, he was able to make them all fit tightly together.
