Fantastic service and a good price. I could not be happier with the service.
I had to wait one week for my appointment. It was no emergency so that was ok with me. They did ask if we had another toilet so I got the feeling they would have scheduled sooner if necessary.
I was given a ball park estimate of $325 to replace the wax seal on my toilet. This was $150 less than another plumber had quoted me (after paying the other plumber $50) for the estimate. The man who can out was very nice, wore a mask, and got right to work. He was done in an hour and billed me $215. Then he even showed me on his phone what part to buy so I could fix my leaking garden hose faucet
These guys will be my go-to plumbers from now on. I am almost regretting writing this review since I don't want them to get too overbooked but they deserve the credit.

Excellent service! The plumber was professional, punctual, and resolved the issue quickly. Reasonable pricing and great attention to detail. These are good, honest people. Highly recommend!

Quick turn-around to get out to the house to fix my burst waterline. Cost of repair was way, way, way lower than I expected. Glad that I decided to go with the local small business rather than one of the "big" guys. Got better, faster and less expensive service. Will definitely be using them for additional work and have already told 2 other Auburn residents about them and it has barely been a day since they did the work.

Great service!!! Called yesterday because our hot water heater was leaking. It was old so I just wanted to replace it. I sent pictures and measurements, they called and gave me a quote. They were able to come by the same day and do the install. Said they would be there in the afternoon, called and asked if they could stop by earlier! No drama, prompt, reasonable prices for their level of expertise and professionalism. The gentlemen that showed up to do the work were quick, friendly, and personable. Cleaned up after the job. 100% would use again! Great local business!

Consulted Harold's Plumbing to do a non emergency Hot Water Heater replacement and had a top-notch experience. Our place is a little further away outside of Enumclaw so wanted to be sure we had the right heater and parts before the crew showed up. Dean was amazing - he went back and forth with me multiple times to ensure we had right heater including gallon size/dimensions/specs and all the parts by looking at pictures, calling the manufacturer's rep. The installation was fast and easy and we were back in hot water business in a few hours. The price was reasonable and fair. Highly recommend!!!!

Yesterday morning we woke up to a pretty severe water leak in our water heater. I googled 'local plumbers in Auburn' and Harold's was one of the first results. I called and Dean answered - very pleasant, very helpful. He asked me some questions about our situation and then asked me to email him some pictures. He gave me a quote(very reasonable, I expected much more) and ordered the new water heater and said they would fit us into their schedule. A couple of hours later, Tom and Dave showed up. The level of teamwork I saw between them was very impressive. They worked cleanly and efficiently. They installed the new water heater and took away my old one. I've had to call plumbers before but obviously none left an impression on me since I didn't save their contact info. I am definitely saving this one and will highly recommend Harold Plumbing to friends and family. Thanks guys!!

Tessa was so incredibly nice and thorough when we called looking for service. She kept me in the loop and was very communicative. Dave assisted us with our plumbing issue and was very efficient, knowledgeable and got the job done. We appreciate the prompt and amazing service from the company and will be using them for all of our plumbing needs.

These guys are probably the friendliest and most professional plumbers in the area. They saved me a lot of money and got the job done quicker than what they even promised. Their prices are super reasonable. I will definitely recommend them to any of my friends, family, or co-workers from now on.

I was in town visiting my in-laws and noticed their garbage disposal unit wasn’t working. After calling around after Christmas, which is as you would expect hit or miss. I luckily stumbled upon Harold’s plumbing. The reception (Tessa; super nice), to dispatch, to the onsite work was easy, clear, and smooth. I was quoted the exact hourly rate and approximately how much it would cost to replace the garbage disposal unit and do some minor work to replace a faucet with a new one. They were also able to get a plumber onsite next business day. All told it took about 2 hours as was quoted. Most other plumbers won’t even give you a quote over the phone. Dave arrived on time, and was extremely polite and professional. He made sure to check in with my sister in law to assure she was happy. And their rates are fair and competitive. I HIGHLY recommend them if you have any plumbing needs.

Great, honest company. Seamless to work with. Tessa very Dave came to my house, confirmed a time, followed up before he came. I asked them to come inspect my hybrid water tank. I thought it was failing and had a leak and I sent videos/pictures ahead of time. Dave was thorough in identifying that my water heater was actually in great shape, but that I had an issue with too much condensation. He checked the lines to make sure they were clear and ruled out major problems with water heater. He recommended that I contact the manufacturer as my model was still under warranty. Although no work came out of the visit for Dave, he was honest, gave of his time freely, and very friendly. I could tell he was very knowledgable and highly skilled in his trade as well. I'll definitely be going to Harold's plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

I am telling you do yourself a favor do not call this company ever unless you want to be scammed out of money! They charged me to repair a break in my main line a month ago! I walked out the other day water was coming out of the same area they fixed the first time! Not to mention the first time they came out they left and said I had a leak somewhere else on the property and that is why my water meter was moving! Then I called Friday and even though I had water all over my driveway they said they wouldn't come out until Monday! Then on Monday they claim they gave me a discount! After on Friday they told me to have the leak company come back when they came back they marked the exact same area ...so there were two leaks on the exact same pipe that was exposed the first time! This company screwed me out of over $3,000! Then said they wouldn't pay the leak bill even though the leak company had no reason to come out!!! They have absolutely no integrity about themselves and will take no accountability if they over look a leak on your pipe!!!!! Don't call this company I don't care how desperate you are!!!! Trust me there are so many other plumbers that actually have integrity about themselves and conduct business on a professional level! I truly hope this will save someone else from getting scammed and ripped off in spending money that doesn't need to be spent!!!!! I deal with several plumbing companies on a daily basis and this is the worst experience I have ever had!!! They will lie to you over and over and scam you out of money and not think twice!!!

The response from the owner is an absolute joke! I called them and explained I had was coming out of the exact same area they made the original repair! Instead of coming out to investigate they told me to call the leak company which was completely a waste of money and I got screwed! If they had done the repairs right the first time none of this would of happened! I find it funny how they only found one leak the first time but yet the meter was still moving....there should of been absolutely no charge for the second trip! They had to come back because they didn't do the job right the first time! You had me drop $500 for the leak company that was not needed at all! Not to mention you left us all weekend with water all over our driveway and didn't care at all!!!!! Some how some way the owner says he saved us money and this is his idea of integrity. This company is a joke it's a no wonder they are still even in business! Hopefully no other home owners will get screwed out of money like they did to us! An error on there end but at the cost of the home owners money! Great business practice! It's unreal how the owner takes no fault for not fixing both repairs to start with!!! Please homeowners beware don't call this company unless you want to get taken advantage of! They will tell you to call a leak company and spend money you don't need too!!!! In addition they will charge you money to come back and fix their mistakes! Not to mention their tech that I was attempting to ask about the standing water in the hole started giving me major attitude for no reason at all other than they knew they were in the wrong and didn't do the job right the first time!!!!!!

I heard great things about this company from a friend, it started off great with communication and a punctual arrival for my scheduled appointment for a quote. Really liked the team that came out to check out my house. Ended up waiting for a couple weeks and had to reach out to ask about the quote I was due. They said they’d send it over soon and apologized. Weeks later no correspondence and I’m left on read via text messaging. Apparently one of my neighbors had the same complaint years ago. I had another Company come out today and give me a same day quote. I plan on getting two more, but it’s unfortunate that I give up time in my day to this company just to be blown off and ghosted. This was for a full re-pipe job as well, not a small project.

We had a leaky outdoor water faucet. My wife called Harold's Plumbing and got an appointment for the next day. We have done business with this company before, so we know they are reliable. Tom showed up promptly on time and went right to work. Tom is very pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. It didn't take him long to figure out the problem and replace our faucet. Very excellent workmanship and we felt the cost was reasonable. Anyone needing any type of plumbing work should call Harold's. Highly recommended!

We contacted Harold's Plumbing after a rave review from a friend, boasting really nice plumbers and decent prices. After jobs done by 2 different plumbers, and then Harold's Plumbing, we would agree.
From the get-go, Tess was very responsive and kept us in the loop. It only took a few days before the two brothers came and added a laundry sink near our washer/dryer. It was done well and efficiently. Their prices are the best around...and we love supporting smaller businesses. They sort of make you feel like you have a plumber in the family! We recommend them unreservedly.

The best service ever! We remodeled our kitchen last summer and they installed our dishwasher and garbage disposa. Fixa few leak around the house at the same time Is very thorough and professional! Tom is great 👍

I hired Harold's to replace the valve on my house main water supply. They (Tom?) showed up on time and did a great job. The job was complicated by the fact that the city's valve doesn't turn off completely, but they figured out a solution and got it done. I didn't get competing quotes since they were highly recommended by a friend. I don't think that the price would be considered low, but with how hard it is to find competent companies that won't gauge you, it was worth it knowing that the job would be one well on the first try.

I had my supply lines and valves changed for 2 toilets. Dave also made sure parts in our tank were good. Peace of mind. I couldn't be happier. Thank you!
