Do you enjoy gouging the elderly? A thousand dollars an hour is ridiculous for any job. He was here for 5 hours and the cost was almost $5000.00 there was 10 feet of 3” pvc 3 fittings and a clean out and a rubber connector. I hope you can live with your self and you will have to answer to the Heavenly Father for this!!!

Brent and Isaiah were excellent today in installing a riser and cap for my septic tank. Now, there will be easy access to the tank for next time. Thanks guys!!

Wow! My first time using Beacon and super impressed. Brent + Isaiah did a terrific job at our rental property. Four days of HARD work digging out drain pipes that had been compromised by tree roots. The result was a gross, gross back up of drain and house sewage water into the house. They diagnosed issue quickly and went straight to work. New pipes laid and connected. Brent was a great communicator about arrival times and even took care of broken p-trap for me. I’d hire Beacon and request this team again, for sure. Thank you, Brent & Isaiah!!

Michael Sauget with Beacon responded to a pipe burst with my plumbing. He was at my house within 30 mins. He fixed the bursted pipe and I told him about my other pipe bursts. As he was leaving he checked my water pressure and it was at 105 psi. He changed out the pressure regulator, and also brought my water heater up to code by mounting the pressure tank on the wall instead of it pointing straight up in the air being held only by the water pipe itself. I was slightly shocked at how much the service fee was, but darn it, it was worth every penny getting things professionally handled. Most of my issues are stemming from a horrible property management company but Beacon definitely answered the call. Worth every penny for the service and to be able to sleep knowing I have no worries.

One star for showing up the night my furnace went out. They didn't follow up with me the next day. I followed up with them a few days later. They tried to scam me and tell me that the entire circuit board needed to be replaced. It would be $1200 just for the part! I had Allred show up, and just a couple of parts in the furnace needed to be cleaned. No parts needed to be replaced.

If you can wait a day or so, please don't go with Beacon for your mechanical needs.

We had a pretty frustrating and unsatisfactory experience with this company. We had a leak in our basement that ended up costing over $20k to fix, including work from subcontractors that Beacon oversaw such as cement work and a drying company. After they finished the project the leak started again within about two months, so we called them to diagnose what was wrong. The technician spent about an hour assessing the leak, then informed me that he wasn’t sure what the problem was but he was fully confident it wasn’t a result of the work he had done. Then he promptly packed up and left — I would have expected more advice or an offer for further evaluation from the company or even a partial refund since the problem we paid them to fix wasn’t fixed, particularly since they had worked on the issue for weeks and we had spent so much money with them. I was left with the impression that the technician just wanted to leave and didn’t want to deal with the problem anymore.

Brent and Stan are the best fellers in the game! They fixed everything to my satisfaction and were very professional. I’ll be calling them next time!!

Brent and Isaiah came quickly and replaced the broken valve. Explained the steps of turning on the water the next day after curing. Would definitely recommend them.

Brent & Isiaiah did an awesome job setting up our bathroom and laundry with new PEX pipe. The old galvanized was a hot mess and these two guys crawled around on cold days under an old house, rerouting everything. Very appreciative of their hard work.
