Constraction reviews in Battle Ground, Washington

Grant Roofing performed roof and gutter cleaning for me. The technicians were very nice and did an excellent job! I had some troubles receiving the quote and invoice, but the office staff were fantastic in helping me get the information I needed to complete the quote approval and get the invoice paid. Picture show before and after.

We love the quality and professionalism that Grant has!
They showed up when they said they were going to and got right to work.
We will always go to Grant for our house washing needs!

Super easy to work with. Had a leak through a vent and they were able to remedy the problem with a new vent. Recommend for all roofing needs.

I couldn't be happier with Grant Roofing and their team.
This was our personal home and not a clients, but they are definitely going on our preferred list!
I have 3 GIANT pine trees, you would think they're naked by how many pine needles where on my roof and in my gutters. They took care of us, I cannot remember the gentleman who actually did the job but from Heidi in the office, to Taylor himself I'm glad I went with these guys. They even came back out and did an extra clean up to make sure my yard looked exactly like it did when they arrived.
Thank you again!
Tip for my future self would be: Landscaper comes after the roof and gutter cleaning..

Grant Roofing is a wonderful company to work with. They provide excellent service and expertise and are very reliable.

Even on a warm day - hot roof - they were fast and efficient.. I was questioning the need to replace the vent's and thought it was just a gamic to get more $$ until they showed me one up close and personal - he could stick his finger in one area and the other side was as brittle and I doubted it could go another year and not leak into the house. We have so much rain here I did not want to take the chance. 3 Other cleaner people had told me all was well - another one mentioned this replacement but it felt like a come on and I saw nothing in the photo that I could understand. So I went with Grant Roofing. They explained and made sure I knew what they were talking about.. then the choice was mine to make. There was no pressure to do it now except from me.. I am grateful that they explained and showed the need to me.. otherwise I would not have done it this year.. and it would have been too late.

The Grant roofing crew came to our residence as promised. They called before coming, was on time and prompt and finished the job well. We asked at the last minute to add on another vent and they did without hesitation. They were professional and we highly recommend them.

Outstanding work, even when we were not home! Nice work on our very steep roof which my wife no longer wants me on. (Happy to oblige her!)

I called Grant Roofing for a leak in my roof and a quote on pressure washing my home, walkways and driveway...in late November. Taylor came out and was able to quickly (and inexpensively - WHEW!) repair a hole in my roof. He followed up within a day or two and sent me a quote for the pressure washing of my driveway and walkways for both front and back. They use a soft washing system using hot water (equipment they have) to wash the house and kill the moss spores.

I don't have a BEFORE image because everything was green and, frankly, embarrassing. We had meant to get to the pressure washing over the summer. I approved the quote and was scheduled 3 weeks out, December 20th. This meant I would have to choose between holiday decorations or the cleaning. I chose to decorate minimally and wait. Even with snow in the forecast for next week, it was worth it. My house looks amazing, the walkways, driveway and gutters are pristine, and I was able to spend a few hours decorating after they left. It worked out just fine.

The price was competitive and the service was excellent from everyone: Taylor, the owner; Megan in the office; and Gustavo, the courteous service provider who did such a good job on the cleaning. I'm very pleased. It truly looks amazing. I will definitely use Grant Roofing & Pressure Washing's services again and would recommend them (and have!) to others.

Reached out to have some cleaning done on my roof, but found out that I had a few broken vents that needed to be replaced. Once I decided to have the work done they scheduled to come out the following day. The workers were quick and quiet. Received an invoice with pictures of before and after product within an hour after they were done. Would recommend.

Grant Roofing consistently delivers great results whether it is cleaning, repair or service. They have earned 5 stars and an A+ rating from us.

They responding quickly when I called for an estimate for moss removal and prevention as well as gutter cleaning. Sent the estimate the same day they came out, I agreed to the estimate and they scheduled. They make it very simple and easy to do business with them. The crew came out today and did a good job. They also give you before and after pictures. Have already recommended them to my next door neighbor. Thank you!

I've been referring Grant Roofing to my real estate clients for over 10 years for everything from roof replacement and repairs, moss removal to gutter cleaning, and they’ve consistently done a great job. Recently, we had them replace our own roof, and the experience was just as excellent. The crew was courteous, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. I highly recommend Grant Roofing to anyone looking for quality roofing services!

They always do a great job and fit us in with short notice emergencies. They even offered to help wash our car after accidentally getting some overspray on it. I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants a true expert team to evaluate and maintain their roof.

Got us on the schedule quick for an overdue gutter cleaning and moss removal/roof inspection. They take great care in removing the moss without causing any damage. Looks great!

I hired Grant Roofing to power wash my driveway and walkways. I received a quote two days after my initial contact and the job was completed the next week. Wow, my driveway and sidewalks look amazing. I would definitely recommend this company

Grant Roofing was fantastic. They came out to give me a quote on moss removal and listened to my request that we wanted powder moss treatment instead of soft wash. They completed the work efficiently and cleaned up the entire area after the work was done. Highly recommend.

Excellent local company, used them yearly for moss prevention on roof, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing house/driveway/walkways. Had a cracked roof vent and they were out to repair the next day and recommend a solution to prevent any future issues.

Always fast to respond and courteous, great friendly vibe from crews doing the work and the office team.

Second job we hired Grant Roofing and Pressure Washing to do. Both times, all aspects were excellent (roof repair and moss removal). All aspects of the job were clearly communicated by Taylor. Pricing was very competitive. Grant is easy to work with, and he communicates well before, during, and after the job. Very upfront and the quality of their work shines. We will hire them again to service our roofing system.

I chose Grant Roofing & Pressure Washing from a recommendation from a former employee. I have taken several bids from different vendors. It was my decision beings that I have tile roof was to use employ their service using the "Hot Landa " pressure system. Jose, came out to do the cleaning. He replaced all necessary tiles that were broken or cracked. He power washed both roof and side of the house. Cleaned gutters and sidewalk. Our residence looked brand new when the job as completed. I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof cleaning and especially for those who have tile roofs. I will use Grant Roofing for yearly maintenance for the future.

Had roof leak around skylight. Grant responded quickly. Chris came to assess the situation. Within three hours Mike arrived and the repair was completed. Service was great - no more leak!

Grant roofing was amazing! We had the estimate and two days later they were working. We had the roof cleaned and our gutters. From the pictures you can see the difference. I am very happy with the results.
