From the first meeting with project manager Stefan, to the dumpster delivery by Trevor, to the roofing crew led by Marco and Enrique, to the handyman Jordan - my experience with all the employees was top-notch. Owner Bill was prompt, courteous and responsive to my questions. This company operates with integrity and provided thorough, reliable, high-quality service at a fair price. My roof (as well as associated repairs) was installed with excellent materials and superb workmanship. The follow-up, communication and creative financing they provided is truly appreciated.

HOMEMASTERS -- Excellent service!

Jordan & Joel were out to repair a leak in our roof after the big freeze 28 Dec 2022. They did a great job. Jordan very quickly found the problem - an uncapped drain vent no longer in use. Jordan & Joel repaired the problem quickly & professionally. I really appreciate the skill of Home Masters crews!

Jordan, Lauren, Rob & Jacob from Homemasters repaired the roof and replaced 4 skylights of my log home. Log Homes aren't easy to work with, but these guys made the work look easy. They finished the job in 3 days instead of 5, were on time every day & worked late without complaint. This crew was skilled, professional, courteous & they actually cleaned up the area each evening. I've been through quite a few contractors, repair people & handymen, and these guys and Homemasters are top-notch. I definitely recommend this company and will be calling them for my next project, large or small. The company does big jobs & also handyman assistance is available at an hourly rate. But if you want them, call in advance - they're in demand!
Update: I will never use Homemasters again after the poor quality gutter screen install at my home. Shingles were lifted and broken. The screens were of poorest quality. The owner came out, looked at the product and the job, promised to reimburse the cost, remove the screens and agreed the screens were poor quality and poorly installed. I never heard from the company again. My landscaper removed the screens and took them away. Get more than one estimate for any job you expect to hire Homemasters for.

Bill Whitlow and his team are world class. I have been working with Home Masters for almost 10 years. Together we provide top notch rooftop services. The Homemasters crew was incredibly persistent in getting our metal roof cleaned aporopriately! It involved more work than initially expected but the team, Jordan and Nathan, did it!! I was impressed!

Perhaps it was the slower time of the year, but they were consistently ahead of schedule, starting work on my house several days before scheduled. As you can see in the pictures, we had a pretty bad mold problem in a wall that required replacement of exterior and interior components due to water infiltration. Bill was great with the estimate and diagnosis, and Rob and Jacob were very efficient and quick in getting everything taken apart and rebuilt. Some decent weather helped as well, but the end result is really like nothing ever happened. I'm happy to have the mold problem taken care of and I'll be happy to call Bill and his team back should I need anything else in the future!

Jordan and Nathan were very hard working and friendly. We had an additional bedroom window installed. They went out of their way to make the window look like it had always been there. Crystal was our sales person and contact. She is such a great person that she made our decision to go with Homemasters easy. Thanks guys!

Jordan, Nathan, Emilio and Alex all worked on tile roof repair, anti-ponding, and critter roof damage. They were very professional and did great work. Price was reasonable, we should be all buttoned up for rainy season. (Still wonder why builder put tile roof on in PNW…?)

Jordan and Nathan did an excellent job cleaning my roof, cleaning the gutters, and applying a moss treatment, all while battling the rain. I appreciated the time they took to clean up the roof debris around the exterior. They were punctual, communicated well, and left my home looking great!

The project manager did a thorough evaluation of the job. They scheduled the job soon enough to avoid raining season. Jordan arrived on time and helped us to locate the solar tubes at the best location. Installation was fast then everything was cleaned up. We are very happy about the final results.

We developed what looked like a leak in one of our rooms and we called home masters for repairs. Jordan came out within hours to try to determine the problem and made ann evaluation of how to fix it. He provided a temporary fix and came back the next day with his sidekick, Nathan and the two of them worked efficiently and courteously to repair the problem, treat the roof for ignored maintenance and provided information about what was needed and why. This was an incredibly good interaction for my wife and me and we would hope that Jordan and Nathan are recognized for their courteous, friendly efficient support to clients. We will definitely continue to use home-masters again and request this pair for the work.

I think we hit the jackpot with HomeMasters. After noticing a leak in a ceiling and searching on Angie’s list for help, we got a call from Bill. He was so responsive and sent Jordan out very soon to check on it. Jordan found the problem very quickly which really impressed us. Jordan is a very intelligent and personable man and we have enjoyed working with him. He completed the repairs and a roof and gutter cleaning a day later with his assistant Nathan. You won’t find any nicer guys than these two. Communication with this company is excellent. Looking forward to Jay completing the drywall repair soon. Thank you all for helping us.

Jordan did an outstanding job. Not just from a customer service aspect, but from a pride in craftsmanship. He was friendly, showed me areas that were not on my list to keep in mind for rot and weight issues. He also got me to try a healthy form of energy supplement (all natural). With sending me step by step photos and even painting the area so I didn’t have to, my expectations were beyond satisfied. Thank you so much and I will be using him again.

I called these guys up and they came out the same day for a water leak issue, I was up on my roof 6 times trying to find the leak and I could not find anything.
