I had the pleasure of utilizing Rivers Roofing Service for my home. We needed a new roof before we listed our home for sale and after reading other reviews about Rivera's I decided to give them a chance to bid on the job.
Their bid was the best and after we accepted it Eli explained the process and all possible costs that could potentially arise above and beyond the scope of the job. Unfortunately, we had some rot and had to replace many roof panels and even a section of wall all the way down to the rim joists at the foundation.
Riveras had a crew out same day to do the work so that we did not have to extend our finish date.
Of course there was an extra cost of doing all this work, but it was very affordable.
From start to finish the communication was spot on. If I wasn't around Eli would take pictures of what he had found and send them to me. He would call or text with recommendations and let me decide how to proceed.
You can tell that they take pride in their work, and it shows in their workmanship.

Awsome, high-quality, professional roofing company. Delivered what was told at the estimate at a fair price. Showed up as promised and finished on time even with the extra work I asked to be done on their first day. Full tear off. 3 layers, including the original 1943 cedar shake, re-sheet and lay down new (23 square) in 4 days. They cleaned up every day, even ran a magnet on they driveway.
Highly recommend.

We had a bathroom vent leak, and it was very stressful trying to find a roofing company that is honest, reasonable, and truly cares about people in an emergency. Eli and his father came out today and did an absolutely incredible job! They took the time to explain every step of the process and never once tried to overcharge or upsell us. We mentioned that we plan to sell the house in a couple of years and wanted all issues addressed now, and they were incredibly honest and proactive.

This is a team that prioritizes quality work over shortcuts. Instead of simply caulking the exposed nails with silicone like other roofing companies have suggested, they did things the right way and replaced the shingles entirely. They also replaced all the existing roof fan covers and made sure they were installed correctly. On top of that, they added rubber covers to all the sewer vent pipes and cleaned off all the moss, leaving the roof in excellent shape.

Their workmanship, integrity, and attention to detail truly stood out. We’re so grateful for the quality of their work and highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing repairs!

Going through something with a lot of work is always stressful. I unfortunately hired the wrong person at first. I was so stressed out. When I confronted them regarding their poor workmanship, they said they would fix it. But they decided to abandon the job all together. I was very stressed, and I contacted Danny with MD-1 Concrete. He came out the same day and assured me that he would correct the work and even work within my budget. I've seen his work before and I felt so thankful.
He started the next day, and I could see immediately how professional he was with every aspect of the job. He was constantly checking with me to see if I wanted certain things done one way or another. His attention to detail was incredible as well. I hired him to correct these 2 planters in the backyard as well as putting in a sidewalk along the side of my house. He had told me that there was an air conditioning drain pipe coming out the side of my home and he ran a new pipe under the the new cement so that the water would not be constantly draining on the sidewalk. He also ran an additional inlet pipe from my sprinkler valves under the cement to the other side, just in case in the future I should have some sort of problem. I had also asked him after he finished with the small planter about tapping in a new sprinkler head into the planter. He said absolutely and only charged me for the additional supplies needed. Like $25. In additional he mentioned to me that he would place the sprinkler head on the house side facing outward so the water would not get the home wet. So kind and respectful throughout the entire project. Always cleaning up at the end of everyday. I am without a doubt using them for future projects as my budget allows. I am a senior and I have hired several contractors throughout my life, but I have never seen such a group of people that seem to give the care and quality of work that this group did. It’s like they were making it for their own home. I highly recommend them!!!

One last comment, with almost every aspect of life today there is so much dishonesty and deception. MD-1 Concrete is one company that you can trust with everything they say. They are a breath of fresh air!

Daniel & the others were highly professional and very eager to be sure I was happy with a great job done! Excellent communication throughout the work and creating my walkway, building a gate, and laying stepping stones.

Daniel and Edy we're some of the hardest working contractors I've worked with. They completed a concrete cutting project in our basement in a single day, including hauling out the blocks and leaving the site super clean. Looking forward to the next project with them.

Edi and Daniel were a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive and always showed up when they said they would. Their work was really nice, fast and efficient. They truly they went above and beyond. I also had them do some extra projects while here and they were very eager and helpful with those as well. I referred them to another family member who's in need of landscaping projects. I'm looking forward to having them out again next Spring/Summer as I have an idea for another project.
