I got a same day visit and quote. They were very fast. Anything we asked for, they made us happy. They did floors, tub, cabinets, installation of lights, vanity, and vents. It’s was an all-around good experience.

After recently completing a significant remodel involving two bathrooms and a laundry room, I can say without hesitation that Romanovich Construction exceeded our expectations and deserves a strong recommendation. From start to finish, the entire experience was marked by professionalism and a genuine commitment to quality. The team, led by Bogdan, was exceptionally meticulous in execution and reliable at every stage, from initial demolition through the final finishing touches.

During the planning phase, Bogdan and his crew demonstrated patience and were very collaborative in coming up with the design. They welcomed our ideas and provided thoughtful feedback that improved our overall plan. They also went above and beyond to assist with research for several non-standard requests, offering good feedback and suggesting more effective alternatives when needed. This level of engagement gave us great confidence in their expertise and helped shaping the outcome.

Once construction began, the demolition phase was handled swiftly and efficiently, with attention to dust control and cleanliness in the home. The subsequent work — framing, plumbing, electrical, and finishes — went seamlessly. The tiling and wall work, in particular, was flawless, executed with precision and care. The installation of new cabinets and fixtures was performed quickly and without any complications, reflecting the team’s organization and experience.

During the project, we made a few design changes along the way. Bogdan and his team adapted quickly, integrating the updates without delay or disruption to the timeline. Any challenges that arose were external — caused by third-party vendors — and not the fault of Romanovich Construction. Impressively, Bogdan took ownership in resolving every issue, coordinating with outside providers and keeping the work on track.

In the end, the transformation of our bathrooms from a dated, 1990s decor was stunning, and the complex parallel work in three different spaces was as smooth as it could reasonably be. We couldn’t be happier with the results, and we deeply appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication shown by Bogdan and his team throughout the project. Their work has elevated our home and made a lasting impression. We plan to hire Bogdan’s team again for a couple more projects.

HIRE ROMANOVICH REMODELING!

The previous owners tiled their shower straight onto drywall which years later we found had caused rot in the floor and wall. Bogdan fixed the subfloor and built us a custom shower with two niches for bottles and a lower one as a foot step for shaving.

Bogdan was always on time, communicated clearly with us, and was very flexible with our ideas. This is the first time we ever used a contractor and heard horror stories of other contractors lack of communication, habitually late, and everything else going wrong. Romanovich Remodeling is the exception to these experiences.

There were a lot of detailed pieces that he aced. The no-show tile drain couldn't keep up with the rain shower head on full blast. Bogdan was there the next day and trimmed it perfectly. We love our new rain shower and our increased water bill is proof of that.

His drywall guy, Alex, finished up all the walls to be ready to paint in a couple hours. I recommend him as well.

Prompt communication, were able to fit our small flooring job into their schedule in under 3 weeks, quality of the work is fantastic, pretty much all you could hope for from a contractor. Will use again.

Terrific experience with Bogdan & team - best communication I’ve had with a construction crew across scopes, troubleshooting, and keeping us updated (we were out of town for a good portion of work). Timeline was longer than originally discussed but we’re very, very happy with the bathroom tile installation, especially considering we had asked for some special orientations / design. I hired this company to install flooring in two bedroom for me. This was not a big job, but Bogden made me feel as if I were as important as $1 million job. They arrived on time, treated my space with respect, they carefully covered up the area where they would be sawing outside, and then did a really nice job of cleaning up afterwards.The price was reasonable. I will be hiring them again in the future.

I've been trying to find something wrong with Romanovich and their work, and it's LITERALLY impossible. At every step, they were self managed, clean, and conducted quality work for a reasonable price. The work took longer than anticipated due to scope creep and a freaking ice storm where they STILL SHOWED UP to perform work!!!

The team paused work at all the right times to ask for my input and communicated clearly and concisely about any changes or if they couldn't perform part of the design. I felt like I was getting concierge service throughout the project lifestyle.

The team was in my house for about 4 weeks and not once was I concerned about their conduct or that anything would be damaged/missing.

I was referred by a friend of mine and I definitely HIGHLY recommend this company for any job you need done that they perform.

I reached out online to check out services for a small job I needed done. We are remodeling our master bath and for time sake wanted professionals to come in and tile the bathroom, move some plumbing , design a niche, and install shower doors. Bogdan and his team blew our minds at the quality and professionalism they provided us. My husband and I pride ourselves in quality work and we expected nothing less with someone in our home. Hired Romanovich Construction for a variety of tasks. Lots of 'honey do' stuff. Custom kitchen cabinetry, new flooring, the entire 1500~ square foot home painted in multiple colors, converted an existing bedroom closet into shelving and more.

Overall, we are pleased with the work this company did. The workers are polite and responsive to feedback. Bogdan was great at communicating and the bid was on point.

Bogdan and his team just completed a major remodel of our small guest bathroom. It turned out beautifully and we are so pleased with the difference the update has made. Did our kitchen tile with a difficult design over the stove and they did amazing!! Worked with some weird shaped tile and weird cuts and it looks so good. They were super fast too, worked late to get it done. Highly recommend!! Will use them for our bathrooms here soon as well.
