I dont usually write reviews, but Cole went above and beyond to help me out with my A/C unit. I was worried that because it was summer time that I wouldn't be able to find someone for the next few months or so. Cole was super friendly, and fixed the issue, my A/C unit is working much, much better than before. I cant recommend them enough!

Fast, Effective and Affordable!
Cole at Inline Services solved our problem in no time at all. Our upstairs rooms never cooled properly, no matter what the thermostat was set to. Downstairs would be freezing and up stairs would still be hot an stuffy.
Cole came and evaluated the situation on the day that we called. He immediately knew how to fix the problem. He put in a new thermostat system, then returned a few days later to add another outlet in our bonus room. When Cole finished the installation, he left the area spotlessly clean.
About a week later, Cole phoned to see how the system was working. He really cares about his work and his customers. Thanks Cole!

Cole did an amazing job! We had 2 HVAC systems that several other companies had worked on without success. Cole was able to get them working until we can get them replaced! A couple months later we scheduled to have him replace both units. Cole was able to balance the temperature throughout the house, it made a huge difference! What I appreciate the most about Cole is his honesty and integrity. He’s interested in doing what’s best for the customer, not selling you something you don’t need, this sets him apart from the competition hands down! Inline HVAC installed a home system air purifier that will keep the air in my house cleaner than just a regular filter. I have respiratory health issues so it will really help me stay healthy.

Cole did a great job of installing the unit and performed additional inspection service that identified a couple of safety hazards that he was able to fix on the spot.

Cole came over to our house after our Thermostat powered off. We had a call to Area Heating, but that was gonna take a couple of weeks for someone to come look at our furnace/ac unit. Cole identified not just one issue, but 2 more that probably would have cost us more money down the road. He was very polite, professional, and explained everything to me. I will be calling him again if there are any future issues with our system.

I was at the tail end of a difficult water damage restoration project caused by a 6-week hot water line leak inside a wall behind the water heater and HVAC system in the garage at the hottest part of June this year. The HVAC system had to be removed and stored in a corner of the garage while the restoration work was completed. Once the plumbing was repaired, the wall dryed out, insulated, dry-walled, textured and painted, the relocation of the HVAC system was about the only thing left before the job to be completed and have our air conditioning back for the hot weather. Well, the HVAC company that had removed the equipment and piled it up in the corner of the garage couldn't fit me in for like 3 more weeks! Thank goodness that the water damage restoration project manager had Inline Services as his ace in the hole because I'm extremely happy with the work done by Cole Stolp and his crew. So Cole was called in at the last minute, but showed up early and worked very hard putting everything back in place, showing me what he had done and why, and explaining how everything worked. He was super knowledgeable, used the latest array of hi-tech tools and equipment, and left me feeling very satisfied at the end result. Within a few hours the house was a comfortable 70 degrees and we were a very happy family. I was such a satisfied customer that I have an appointment coming up with Cole to do a tune-up of my system. I had the opportunity to meet Inline services owner Cole very briefly in person, and it seemed like in moments he had already gone out of his way to help me troubleshoot my Ducted system that had just recently stopped working, walking me through what kinds of things to look at as well as different things to try before ever spending the money to get someone out to my home.

As a new home owner he easily could have withheld the information and walked me through some line of reasoning as to why I would need to upgrade to an entirely new system, and honestly I wouldn't have known any better...but that doesn't seem to be who Cole is, the only things he sold me on was exceptional customer service, which gave me enough information to solve my systems issue without ever scheduling someone to come by, or spending money on unnecessary repairs.

I would recommend anyone looking to either upgrade or have their existing system looked at give Inline a call , they have the experience to know what they're talking about and the integrity to steer you from making the choices you don't have too.

It may sound excessive but I solicited 10 quotes to replace my 25yr old HVAC system.
There were no immediate problems with it, just age and like imitate failure of the compressor.

I knew that quality installation with quality matching components are key to longevity (along with regular filter changes). In just under 3 days I had a new system. Cole Stolp at INLINE Services is hands-down the best contractor we’ve ever worked with. He’s a one-man operation with a positive can-do attitude and does all the work himself, and it really shows in the quality and care he puts into everything he does.

Cole is extremely responsive, always shows up early, and doesn’t rush a job just to move on to the next one. He knows HVAC inside and out and is very honest about the pros and cons of both older systems and newer ones. When he installs something, he finishes it properly — no shortcuts, no loose ends.

He replaced our 20-year-old furnace that was starting to fail and went above and beyond by adding new insulation to all of the ventilation piping, both above ground and below. He also took the time to walk us through how to properly maintain the new system so we can get the most life out of it.

What really stood out was how proactive and thoughtful he was. While working on the HVAC install, he noticed an opening in our crawl space that had previously been damaged by raccoons and went ahead and sealed it up for us at no extra charge to labor or materials. It wasn’t even part of the job — he just saw it and agreed to handle it out of enthusiasm and generosity.

Cole was also great about recommending other professionals for things outside his scope. Through people he personally recommended, we were able to fix a light switch issue with an electrician and get a new water tank installed. The second task was part of a larger job involving demolition and home restoration because our previous water tank had been improperly installed and resulted in a leak in just a few years, which resulted in a massive black mold infestation. The plumber Cole recommended took the proper precautions to ensure the new tank was equipped with the necessary peripherals so that such a leak wouldn't happen again. Everyone Cole referred did solid work, and we felt confident trusting his recommendations.

Cole is energetic, hardworking, and clearly takes pride in his reputation. He checked in with us regularly, worked around our schedule, and made us feel taken care of and like a priority — especially since we were dealing with the stress of being without hot water for some time. He gave us discount pricing, as he understood our difficult situation where we had no home insurance at the time and had to pay out of pocket, and even threw in a couple of extras at no charge, including a brand-new handheld vacuum (because we mentioned liking the one he was using) as well as a gas detector as an extra safety measure for any newly installed HVAC system (which also shows his impeccable attention to detail).

By the end of everything, we felt completely confident in the new equipment and that it was all done right and built to last. Cole took the time to explain how everything worked and made sure we were comfortable before wrapping up.
