We highly recommend Cole Stolp with Inline Services. Cole was recommended to us by a friend after a misdiagnosis of our furnace problem by another company. Cole was all the things you want from anyone working in your home, respectful of your home, your time, communicated the problem with the furnace and options to repair or replace. Cole talked about the “3-legged Stool” Equipment+ ductwork+ insulation, equals good performance, not just swapping out the old furnace. He checked everything of the 3-legged stool, before leaving. I have worked in several forms of property management for many years and have needed HVAC repairman for repairs or installs many times. Now I have a reliable honest person to call.

Inline services did an amazing job installing a 9k BTU and a 3 ton mini split system at our office. Cole was meticulous with his work and the install was clean. They were outstanding! We called due to a burnt out air handler and Cole was quick to come out and diagnose the issue and provide a solution that was not what we were hoping for, but he went about it in such a great way. Turned out our air handler and heat pump were both 20 years old and we both need to be replaced. Cole did everything he could to reduce the unexpected cost for us, but made sure to install the highest quality units and kept our home clean the entire time. He even found a way to run new lines without disturbing drywall or adding more costly repairs and painting. 100% happy with the work and the beautiful result. Might have to have the guys over to stand around and admire it. ;)

Cole with Inline Services did a great job replacing our Heat Pump and Air Handler in our home. He is personable, energetic, easy to talk with and he took time to explain everything to us from start to finish.
Cole has all the latest high tech tools to evaluate your HVAC system and shows you the results in real time. He tested our ductwork for proper air distribution and leakage and used a thermal imaging device to verify that our insulation was adequate.

The Quest High Efficiency Heat Pump, air purifier, and thermostat he recommended is quite amazing and it’s really quiet to boot!
