Reviews of local pros in Battle Ground, Washington

Jake & Jovan did a great job - cleaned our ducts & the dryer vent, complete with photos of the before/after of the dryer vent & showing us the filter used to collect the dirt & debris from our ducts. They were both very pleasant, worked efficiently & quietly, & cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely hire them again!

Better Air Northwest did an excellent job cleaning my vents including dryer. Andre’s V and Jovan B were very detailed oriented and informative. They kept me informed through the entire process. I will have them back next year for the dryer vent since my vent through the roof. Thanks for the quality service.

Lucas and Jake were great. Very professional, prompt, thorough, and respectful of my anxious pets. Greatly appreciate the service. Price for HVAC cleaning and dryer duct was reasonable. The customer service and scheduling process was easy too. Will definitely seek you all again for the next service.

Better Air Northwest was recommended to us for duct cleaning by our HVAC servicing company. Better Air was responsive, polite and flexible with our service booking. Service Techs Jeremy and Vlad showed up on time and were extremely professional and pleasant. The techs explained the service process thoroughly and even showed pictures of the ductwork being cleaned. Very pleased with this service and the fair price. Thanks!

Wow! We were shopping around to see about places who focus on duct cleaning. Many businesses recommended Better Air Northwest. We decided to go with them since they are a family run business. Jason and Payton did a great job cleaning out duct vents. They arrived early and were done within two hours. Our system is quieter and runs more efficiently!

Here’s what my husband had to say working with them day of:

Jason and Payton were very kind and patient. They gave me step by step details of what they were doing, why, and what they were looking for. They also found several fiberglass insulation pieces wedged within a duct that were the cause of a vent blockage which prompted our call to Better Air Northwest. Now this room has proper air, plus our heat pump is noticeably quieter than before. Presumably because these and a lot of other dirt and buildup which they showed me afterwards were removed. Very pleased, will have them come out again next time!

They cleaned our completely clogged dryer vent within 24 hours of being contacted. Their office staff was helpful, responding quickly. Lucas and Jake were friendly, knowledgeable, kind and non-judgemental. They cleaned the vent and were gone within an hour. Highly recommend.

AMAZING SERVICE!! showed up on time! Jordan and Scott were very friendly and both explained the cleaning process and were happy to explain the process of what they were doing when I asked. Very knowledgeable and gave me some tips too!! Will be hiring again for future vent cleanings! 🤘 🔥

Better Air Northwest was awesome! Jake G and Jason W showed up on time, were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job! We will definitely refer them to our friends.

Jeremy and Payton came today to clean my dryer vent. They were early and I was late. They kindly waited until I got back to complete the job and even told me to take my time. Very professional and clean from start to finish. Great guys with good advice. Would definitely use again.

Lucas and Brenden came out to perform duct cleaning as well as dryer vent clean out. I noticed right away the knowledge, professionalism, and customer care provided. Lucas explained in detail during the walk-thru what was to be done, the equipment to be used and how it works.

We have pets and they were open to accommodating them during the cleaning. The completion of the work was timely and included a bonus of vacuuming all areas they worked in. Pricing was very reasonable.

Being a local family-owned business showed in the consideration and care of their customer service team communications, teamwork, and pride in their work, vehicles and uniforms.

Our family highly recommends them.

We've always had great luck using Better Air Northwest for our air duct cleaning. Jake G and Austin did an excellent job with our cleaning today. They were thorough and really nice to interact with. It's crazy to see the filter after they're done with the cleaning to see everything that came out of the ducts after a year.

Shout out to Andre and Cody! They were fantastic — friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. They worked efficiently and left everything spotless. In the end, provided is a recommended timeframe for the next cleaning. Highly recommend them and Better Air Northwest!

I had an excellent experience with Better Air Northwest today. Allan and Nathan were professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough with our dryer vent cleaning. They called me prior, arrived right on time, explained everything clearly, and showed me step-by-step their process. Allan also gave me some valuable pointers.

They went above and beyond to make sure everything was spotless and running safely before they left. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the pride they take in their work. They are great representatives for this small business.

If you need your dryer vents or ducts cleaned, I highly recommend Allan and Nathan with Better Air Northwest. Fast, efficient, and honest service from start to finish! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Austin and Jake G were awesome! We’ve had duct cleaning before, but these two were by far the most thorough in their cleaning. Very friendly, stayed late on a Friday to get the job done. Thanks guys!

I hired this company to clean air ducts, and I was very impressed with their work. Everything was done professionally, thoroughly, and on time.

As an HVAC contractor who installs duct systems, I pay close attention to quality, and these guys did an excellent job. The system is noticeably cleaner, airflow improved, and they left everything neat and clean.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional duct cleaning services.

Lucas and Juan did an awesome job installing a bathroom fan and new ducting through our attic and roof. They were super fast and thorough, and documented the work with clear photos. Everything is working great and the setup is such a huge improvement for our small bathroom. The whole Better Air NW team was great to work with start to finish and we’d definitely use them for our next project.

I hired Better Northwest Air to do duct cleaning in my 23 year old house. After experiencing allergy symptoms, such as scratchy throat, irritated eyes, we decided to clean our ducts as we weren’t sure if they had ever been done. We were very pleased with the service. They cleaned our ducts and they were very dirty as we suspected. They arrrived on time and did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards. Andres and Cody were wonderful and we highly recommend this company.

We had the best experience with Better Air NW! Our family had Jake G and Jason W working on our vents and they provided pictures, timely updates and were very thorough. We would highly recommend their team!

Jeremy and Juan came to do a routine cleaning/maintenance for my dryer vent. They were very nice and professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. They found the vent on the outside of my house; they cleared some dirt away from it, and let me know that even though it looks like it’s falling apart, it’s still functional and doesn’t need replacing right now. When I had called to schedule this service, the person I talked to was very nice and professional as well, and they could get me scheduled pretty quickly.

We just had Better Air NW clean out our dryer vent. They were friendly, courteous, fifteen minutes early to the appointment, and professional.

Josh, the technician, used boot covers when entering the house, to clean out the vent from inside first. He then cleaned out a lot of dryer lint from the exterior end. Afterwards, he graciously fixed my setup to try and connect a flap exit for our nineties, foundation exit, vent setup. My idea was not working at all.

I am very impressed with this company all around and found thier pricing to be fair.
