Reviews of local pros in Belfair, Washington

This are experts in the tree and landscape business. Very professional. This is second time I have used them and would recommend them.

I was very happy with hiring Jorge to take down a troublesome tree. I was impressed by his expertise.

Very, very happy with the tree removal and ongoing maintenance. They show up on time, finish on time, and get it done. We used them for a huge job and now they are doing our routine maintenance.

Jorge took on a very complex job on a steep slope, they hand cleaned out ivy and black berry and put in block walls. The site looks amazing and they knew what they were doing the entire time. I will use Jorge again anytime I need work.

Schrubs, bushes and tree cutting.

Jorge and his crews were awesome. So responsive and accommodating in terms of my needs to get rid of schrubs, bushes and tree cutting that I needed to secure access way and space for my AC installment. They did an excellent job, so easy to work with.

Jorge and his team was great! Thank you so much. I called them for a quote and came out the next day. They gave us a good quote and could start the next day. They took down two big trees in my backyard. They clean up afterwards and was very fast. Thank you. I look forward to using them next time I need some landscaping done.

I hired Jorge landscaping and tree service to remove the grass in my front yard. When Jorge came to look at the job, I told him that I would not be replacing the grass and that I would be planting low maintenance plants. I wanted topsoil rototilled into the old soil and then covered with compost so I would be ready to plant in the fall.
When his crew started the work, I was surprised to see they were removing the sod by hand and not a sod cutter. Jorge later said he was concerned about utility line paint markings that were needed for a fence I was going to have built. His reason didn’t make sense. From what I read about using a sod cutter, the depth of cut is minimal. As a contractor he should know the depth of utilities. I also didn’t see that the workers had any sod cutter with them.
After the sod was removed and the workers were adding the topsoil, I could see pieces of sod still remaining. I asked one of the workers if they would grow back and he said yes. I then had a phone conversation with Jorge, and he assured me all the sod had been removed and would not grow back. He told me he could apply an herbicide. I told him I was concerned about any chemicals that would harm the new plants I would be planting. I asked him what he would be using, and he sent me a photo of Roundup weed killer. I told him I wasn’t concerned about weeds, only grass growing back. He assured me again that the grass would not grow back. I also told him that the topsoil was not being rototilled into the old soil as requested and that the amount of topsoil and mulch being added was very thin. His response was that they were adding a total of 4” combined topsoil and mulch. Most areas were less than that and some were barely covered.

After about 2 weeks some of the grass was growing back. I contacted Jorge and he asked me to send him photos, which I did. I also sent him a photo of where the addition of topsoil and mulch were barely 2 “ thick. It’s been about 2 weeks and I haven’t heard back and I don’t expect to. There is a reason he wants to be paid by cash or check. I have emails and text messages to verify the issues listed in my review.

I hesitate to give a glowing review because I don’t want everybody using him! I know I’m being selfish! He really is the best! No question. His guys are courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Jorge and team got to my house the minute he said and worked quickly to clear many large branches that were encroaching on my property. Very happy with the work and the price. My backyard has never seen so much sun, thanks Jorge!

These guys did a fantastic job for a fair price. They cleaned up all of the debris and worked quickly.
This was our first time using their service but it won't be the last.

I recommend Jorge Landscaping for all your landscaping needs. He trimmed our plum trees and our huge tree in the backyard and also our bushes alongside the house. He put pavers so we actually have a sidewalk from our driveway to the front door. Very professional!! We will hire him again for sure 🙂

Jorge and his crew were AMAZING. They were on time. Worked hard and safely and cleaned everything. They were very professional and worked quickly. Defiantly will be recommending them. Would hire them again.. Thanks so much!!

I hired Jorge to do some landscaping. Then he said he could fix my sprinkler system. They were courteous, professional, and everything is excellent.

Jorge and his team did an absolutely wonderful job on my lawn. They reseeded it, put a sprinkler system in and pruned plants. I love the way it looks and the neighbors are happy too. I highly recommend!

Jorge understood what I wanted just showed him picture and he delivered! The result was amazing and I love his work.

I’ll gladly work with Jorge and his crew on my next project. Jorge provided a fair estimate for a spring cleaning for landscaping and roof/gutter cleaning. The quality of work was great and was done on time and matched the estimate.

Jorge and his team worked on 2 projects for us, one completed in 2022 and the second finished a few days ago. The jobs included: building a retaining wall, pavers installation, new sod, assembling a shed and overall landsdaping work.

Just had Jorge and his crew over to help remove ivy from an overgrown section of my back yard. It took them 3 days, it even rained and hailed one of the days but the team did a fantastic job, even pulling up the ivy roots, reseeded it with seed I bought and everything. Very thorough. 10/10 will hire them again for landscaping work.

So happy we chose Jorge and his team. We had been considering leveling out our front yard, putting in a retaining wall, as well as pruning some trees that needed attention, and an upgrade on the landscaping. Jorge and his team did an absolutely amazing job, we couldn’t be happier! We are going to have him do our next project!

Jorge and his staff were very professional. They completed the work in a timely manner. Jorge was very good with his communications. I would not hesitate to use their service again.

All the workers at Jorge Landscsping did a great job!! They were all really hard workers & very friendly. We had our steps to the beach redone and added a railing, ivy removed from our drainfield, and lots of gravel spread around the cabin. It looks really good. So impressed with Jorge showing up when he says he will and on time!! Price was really reasonable too! Highly recommend!!!
