John arrived on time and explained the fee structure. He then listened to us as we detailed where the problem was located and what action we had attempted to preform.
John retrieved his tools and was courteous regarding our floor and surrounding fixtures.
He sent the snake down the drain and preceded to test the drain. The water seamed to drain OK but John was not happy with the rate of drain.
The snake was sent down a second time. A water test performed and John was happy with results.
All other drains in the house were checked and found to be in order.
John is very professional in his work. He was very helpful to offer insight on how to prevent a recurrence of the problem.
I would highly recommend FloHawks and John to any one who might be in need of plumbing services.

Called FloHawks in the morning with a full tank. Steve arrived just a few hours later, and went to work. Had to pump my tank and pull up my dead pump grinder. Luckily the impeller just had some debris lodged in it. All back together and working perfectly in a short amount of time. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable Extra care was taken to keep from damaging my lawn and surrounding landscape. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing prompt professional sewer or septic service!!

May provided fantastic customer service! He was also professional and friendly. He came to pump our septic tank but while here, May went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot and fix a sump pump. Rates were reasonable for both jobs. Roto Rooter gave me a quote of $350 just to diagnose the sump pump/pit issue...May diagnosed AND fixed it for waaaay less.

Brian was our tech. He was wonderful. He took the time to answer all of our questions and gave us great tips to maintain our system. When we are in need for future services, we will request Brian! Thanks again!

Brian Sorensen did a great job evaluating our situation and spending time helping me better understand how to maintain our septic system. After he pumped our tank and cleaned the filter he took time to wrap up the garden hose he had used, which I greatly appreciated. I’d happily have him back to help us out in the future.

They arrived in the scheduled window and called me when they were on the way so I didn't have to sit at home waiting the entire 4 hour window. I was also texted and e-mailed me a photo of the technician that would be coming out. The technician Brian was friendly and thorough with his explanations of what he saw in our tank once it was emptied. We need further repairs, so I will rerate after this experience if my opinion changes.

We required an emergency visit on a Saturday night due to a clog. I called at 6:00 PM and spoke with Cassie. Dillon Powell was at our place by 8:00 pm and worked on our problem till 10:30 at night and was awesome. Tim Mason was equally amazing during a follow up appointment. FloHawks has been the go to company for all our septic needs since 2006. I am a lifelong customer and highly recommend their services.

Mr. Will was very professional. He took the time to explain what he was going to, do. After realizing that the job required more detail, Will took the time to exactly explain what would be in my best interest instead of trying to milk more time for money..

Very happy with FloHawks service. I called for a pumping and inspection on a house sale and they where able to send a technician out same day. They where very communicative and called to inform us where they where and when they’d arrive. Steve was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Wonderful experience! Brian called and let us know when he was on the way and did a great job. Even though he had to go and dump the truck in between, because he was told the incorrect quantity that he had to pump out of our tanks, he didn't complain.

John was fantastic. He was put in a tough situation and was the second time out. His professionalism and character is unmatched. We have follow on work to do and will request John specifically - because we trust his work!

John knew what he was doing. He was forthcoming with his knowledge and was a good teacher for me. He was friendly and helpful. We probably won't know for a day or two if the problem will return, but John is very reassuring that it won't. If there is any future problem, we will get back to you ASAP. We would like to set up a contract with you for yearly inspections and data keeping.

They came out to empty the grease trap at one of our businesses. They were friendly, but the first time the driver showed up he said he couldn’t find parking, so he rescheduled. The second time he came he set everything up, then wanted payment up front from our barista. That had never been communicated and of course our employee didn’t have money to give him, so he packed everything back up and left. I called and told the person on the phone what happened and she was very apologetic and took my card to have on file, then they sent him back out the next day. For a 20 gallon tank it was more than $400 for something we could empty ourselves. There was no upfront estimate so the bill came as a shock. We may use them again in the future, but they need to tell new customers about their policies, and they guy didn’t need to leave when there was no upfront payment for our first service - they could have just called me and gotten the card. For all those reasons I’m just rating them a 3.

Friendly, quick, knowledgeable. Unclogged my toilet before I knew they working on it. Appreciated the free drain check. This is my 2nd experience with FloHawks and was again very pleased with Jesse and the customer service reps. The reps kept me informed of Jesse's location and ETA. Were very helpful in getting the ETA moved up due a hospital visit I needed to make.

Despite the previous homeowner soldering just about every connection (!), Jesse was able to get in and repair the leak behind our wall. Very professional and friendly, and the price was terrific for the amount of work he had to put into it. Definitely will be going with again for future work!

I dug the tank out to reduce cost, I missed one of the clean outs. $135 charge seems a bit steep for the amount of work done. I was fully advise of the cost, but was kinda stuck as I could pay to the dig out or pay for the truck stand by which was more if I continued to dig.

Daniel was quick, professional and informative. Did a great job. I would ask for him by name if I had it to do again. Eduicated me on a few septic facts.

This included a county inspection report.

Nate was a super nice guy, he came out on time and was fast and efficient finding my tank lids for a basic pump job. The whole process took a few hours and Nate had answers to all my questions. Services were fairly priced and they did a great job through and though!

Craig was great. Very professional and courteous. He inspected our septic tank, and even though he could not certify it, he explained what would happen next in the process and that a service person would be calling me after King County let's them know what they recommend doing to be able to get our tank certified.

Just wanted to send an extra special thank you to Matt and his assistant. Matt took the time to explain the problem and fixed it. They also went above and beyond by showing up for my appointment even though they couldn’t reach me(phone issues on my part). I received excellent customer service from beginning to end. Thank you flohawks. Extra sincere thank you to the gentlemen that fixed my septic.
