Jeff and his team at K&A Heating are phenomenal! We contracted Jeff to work with a church member for some repairs, and the process was seamless. He's got a heart for the community and a talent for working with HVAC systems. Give him a shot, you won't be disappointed.

We were in a bind with a furnace issue right before a new tenant was scheduled to move in. Other technicians quoted us twice the cost and told us the parts wouldn’t arrive for over a week. Jeff stepped in, immediately found the needed part locally, and had it installed before the weekend, allowing the tenants to continue their move-in without disruption.

He was efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. The repair was completed quickly and correctly, and his pricing was more than fair. Jeff absolutely delivered.

In 2022 Sprague Mechanical installed a new electric heater in my home. Each year Gordon came out and inspected the unit to insure it was functioning properly. In 2025 he called to let us know that PUD3 was offering a heat pump, for the cost of sales tax only, for those who qualified. After completing an application, PUD3 determined that we did indeed qualify and that Sprague Mechanical would be installing a new heat pump in my home. The installation was completed in a timely fashion and the system seems to be functioning properly. I recommend you contact Sprague Mechanical if you have any heating or air conditioning needs.
