Great service! Craig was very helpful even though i had lots of questions he kept on task. It was a great learning experience and FloHawks comes prepared when they show up using tablets to document and photograph everything. If you are selling a house i recommend FloHawks!

FloHawks Plumbing was fantastic, very professional. We had a backup in our system, they responded quickly. Ryan came out, provided not only great service to get us running, but good advice for future improvements to our system. We will be using them for all our future needs, great job Ryan, 5 stars.

Tim Mason did an outstandingly fine job. He is very capable, and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in his field!
Tim is very personable, has a wonderful demeanor and relates well with everyone! Hi work is first rate! Flow Hawk is most fortunate to have him on their team!
Flow Hawk is a fine company, very professional, and certainly can be counted on for excellent service.
Thank You Tim Mason!

Daniel came out for my septic, and I really appreciated FloHawks' communications on his ETA.
Unfortunately, my driveway is too narrow for the truck he brought, so he wasn't able to pump. He gave it a couple of good tries, but decided the risk of property damage and extra cost to me was too great, so he helped schedule a smaller truck for the next day.
Daniel was also very helpful in getting information on my septic, as it turned out to be a different type of tank than I was told by others.
Overall, he was very polite and personable, and he reflects well on the company. -
5 stars on septic Negative 5 on plumbing! First plumber came to install for a shower tub combo. Put the assembly outside the wall said I told him to do so. It took months and over 20 hours of phone calls to get compensation. They came to install a tub and surround and attach the tub drain. They didn't seat the surround correctly, we had to tear it out. Lost 1k on that. Then we got about 90% done and turns out they didn't attach the ptrap. Bathroom flooded and we had to tear everything out including the subfloor. We lost another 11k on that. Their people are really sweet but sweet won't make up for the 12k we lost because of the shoddy work.
For septic they were great! Todd was great. Super sweet and knowledgeable. He taught me what issues to look for with our system. Excellent customer service -
After scheduling, and checking in twice (over a 6 hour period) they cancelled and tried to reschedule for 3 days later! Not OK!
Needed to find a last minute septic pumping at 8:30pm. NOT OK!! Wish they would've stayed in contact with me (instead of me having to check in with them).
A+ Services was way better!! They kept their word and now have my loyalty. Glad for them since I will be needing lots of repairs and upgrades. I would recommend calling them and not wasting your time with Flowhawk. -
The total experience was awesome! First we waited two days for another plumber to call us 2 hrs after they were supposed to be at our house saying they couldn't make it. FloHawks responded quickly and came out same day! We were beyond excited! Jesse Marco was amazing! He had to be creative in the repair because the piping was old and not up to standards. He did a GREAT job, worked hard & efficiently and was friendly and professional. A BIG thank you to Jesse & the FloHawk team!!!

Not reputable, seems like a SCAM.
“Plumber” came out to look at an issue we were having, it was clear that he had no idea what was going on. He wandered around for 30 minutes with no answers (or questions, he wasn’t really looking to diagnose the issue, just wandering and wasting time, I have him on camera walking slowwwwwly back and forth from one side of our property to the other, back and forth). He then says “oh, I forgot to go over pricing— since it’s been 30 minutes now we’re at $300, and if you want me for an extra 30 then it’ll go up to $427”. $300 to wander around aimlessly?! Without any consent of that payment for services from our end?
I called the company and told them there was an issue with this invoicing and that I didn’t feel comfortable paying this person on the spot (which both he and the phone dispatcher were pushing for). I was told a supervisor would get back to me that day. I never received a call and the next day I got an invoice sent to my email for a $300 bill with my signature FORGED on it TWICE— once as a consent to proceed w/ work at prices supposedly laid out for me, and one indicating that I deemed the “work” to be satisfactory. Not only were we not presented with any document to sign, we would never agree to that price (especially given that we, a person who works in business and her husband who is a lawyer, knew more about plumbing than this guy…) nor would we ever deem his “work” satisfactory.
I called the office again and was told I would receive a phone call back from a supervisor that next day, yet again they never called.
I take criminal forgery very seriously and will be pursuing this.
I am truly not a fan of strongly worded reviews— this experience and this company is literally that bad, unethical, not to mention literally fraudulent and criminal.
UPDATE: Carl, manager, reached out and apologized for the experience. He was very helpful and redacted the bill plus spent some time trouble shooting the actual issue with me. His phone call and customer service was appreciated. -
I recently had a septic issue and called flohawks. They sent Frank out, same day (which was such a relief!). Not only did he arrive when they said he would - he was the BEST technician I’ve had work on my septic in the 11 years I’ve lived here. I’ve had a series of issues with my system and have had at least 10 septic people here doing work, inspecting, etc and not one of them told me that there’s a filter inside the tank that I’m supposed to clean monthly. Monthly! I had no idea, so I hadn’t done it. And my toilets had stopped working. Frank explained the system brillantly, he made sure I understood fully and he was so cheerful about the whole thing. He cleaned and pumped the tank, made sure all systems were a go inside the house and really went above and beyond to make sure the problem was solved and that I knew how to prevent it moving forward. I cannot say enough great things about Frank - he’s incredible and I appreciate him and his amazing customer service beyond words!

$200 per hour charged at 15 minute intervals seems awful steep to me. The person they sent knew his stuff, no complaints at all. But $50 every 15 minutes? Really? Sigh....

Garrett did a great job pumping our septic! My wife was the one at home while i was at work and we communicated over the phone He came out did an in home visual inspection to make sure the septic wasn't backed up and all that Jazz. He then did a visual and physical level inspection of my septic tank as well as the pump chamber. He noticed that the level in the chamber was high, seen the high level float disconnected from the pole. He measured the sludge level in the septic tank and told us we had about another year give or take. Told us we could pump it or wait till next year. He repaired the float for the high level alarm and attempted to fix the ground wire that had corroded (with my permission of course) the wire started to crumble. He stopped and informed us he couldn't get it and what needed be done he could rewire it with new wiring for a decent price. I am a commercial plumber by trade so i thanked him and let him know that I'd repair the wiring since it wasnt complex. Since Garrett did SUCH a great job with being very friendly, honest up front and did a little extra that he wasn't required to do. I decided to have them pump the tanks. They were about $130 more then the others I called locally and they also seemed friendly but Garrett's customer service is was made me get it done. The $130 more i spent with Flohawk was spent well since Garrett found problems that would of gone unnoticed and would of ended up costing much more then $130 Thank you for the great service Garrett!

Jeff and Michael with K&A hearing were awesome. Jeff was super knowledgeable and personable. Jeff came and diagnosed the problem and presented us with no pressure options. I had a leak ruin my furnace and needed to get a new one. I called a few places and Jeff was the only one who could get it done in the time frame I needed. He took care of it in a few hours and my house was warm again! He was honest and pretty reasonably priced compared to the other places. I highly recommend!

Was due for maintenance/service for my mini split system. Jeff (owner) came out and performed a thorough cleaning of the interior register. He arrived as scheduled, was honest in his assessment and performed the service in no time. I was both amazed and completely disgusted by the runoff that came from inside the unit!! He also assessed the condition of the exterior end of the system and reported all looked to be in good shape. This guy was fast, efficient and down the road to the next customer. I will definitely keep this contact for my next service or repair! Thanks, Jeff!
