From initial inquiry to final bill as less than five hours, but the five stars is for their expertise and education during the fix I needed. I live out in the middle of nowhere, so I don't write reviews like this often because services like this need to make quite a trek. But if you're in need of HVAC assistance, stop scrolling and give Sprague a call.

The scheduling, work, cleanup, all were professional. I will rely on Sprague for future HVAC needs. We'll done!

The team from Sprague did a great job servicing our generator, heat pump and furnace. We got an appointment quickly, they explained what they were doing. We will have them back every year!!!

We have used Sprague twice now. Once for a Heat Pump repair and the 2nd time was duct repair. They are an honest great company that goes above and beyond the call of duty. They communicate quickly, show up on time and explain what they need to do. We highly recommend this local company.

Took Tre about 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon to get here after our phone call requesting help. Since my HVAC is broke and needs new parts, he got the system working for us until Monday when he can get the new parts and get them installed. No idea of price yet since calling but should find out today what it will all cost me. Besides the repair, I am having a annual service performed as well.

Was very impressed with the thoroughness that Tre demonstrated today in inspecting my heat pump system. He came up with a plan of action to resolve the issues I’ve been having and I’m looking forward to having the work done

They were very fast coming, set an appointment to do the work and did it quickly and professionally. They replaced all soft ducts with hard, insulated the ducts, replaced the filter and cleaned the inside ducts. I thought it was a little expensive, but it was a big job so it was probably fair. I would definitely recommend them.
