The service technicians were punctual, professional and clear about exactly what work was going to be performed and depending what they found in my dryer, how much it would cost. I am really happy I found them and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Very prompt response to initial inquiry in the PM on a Sunday and scheduled for service the next morning. Arrived as scheduled. and Estimate & repair took < one hour. Excellent and prompt service and cost was reasonable compared to having to purchase a new gas oven.

Called in the morning and had the repair done by late afternoon the same day. Vlad was prompt and efficient. We were happy with the service.

Appliance Fixers sent an expert on a Sunday with only two hours' notice! I was delighted. Even though the technician could not repair my stove and I have to replace it, I know he did his absolute best. Professional, polite, courteous, knowledgeable.

The Appliance Fixers team was extremely supportive in helping me with a dishwasher issue. They were able to provide an evaluation within 24 hours and ordered the applicable parts for a fix which arrived within 2 days. The initial fix was unsuccessful in resolving the issue, so they took the time to troubleshoot further, test additional replacement parts, and thoroughly inspect the unit. Unfortunately the repair was unsuccessful, but they went above and beyond to try to find a solution. For all of their efforts I was only charged a site visit fee.

10/10 will be contacting them for future appliance repair needs (hopefully a long time from now).

Good and bad news , bad news .. we have to buy a new washer , the good news is that I hold my wife this same thing a week ago 😂. Great service and very professional .

I called for an appointment and was able to get one the next day. Ben arrived well within the time frame promised and diagnosed and repaired our gas oven within an hour. He was friendly, professional, and explained what the problem was. I will absolutely call Appliance Fixers when we need another appliance repaired.

Prompt, courteous, professional service. Evan was spot on with the diagnosis and my KitchenAid dishwasher has been brought to service in no time. Highly recommended!

Very efficient and professional! Scheduling was easy with options that worked for our schedule but they were able to come right out due to a quick opening.

Great experience. Evan arrived the day after I called for a washer and dryer service. Upon arrival, it was discovered that I did not need one of the services that I had requested, so he removed that charge and took extra care of my washer and dryer units! Prompt timing as promised, and he wore shoe covers which was much appreciated. Will use again.

Highly recommend Appliance Fixers. They responded immediately and was at my house within 12 hours of when I called in! Evan my tech was knowledgeable and respectful. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it within an hour. The recommended company from Samsung hasn’t even responded to my request and it has been 24 hours, so if you need your appliance fixed - call Appliance Fixers.

Had a great experience with Appliance Fixers. They were able to come out same day for service on a weekend. Evan, the technician, was fantastic. Clean, professional, explained everything and worked quickly. He fixed our refrigerator and then put in extra time and effort to research and find a broken part on our range and comeback and fix it a week later. Will call them (and request Evan) next time something comes up.

Evan was so thorough, resourceful, capable and informative. After his visits he left all materials cleaned up and his work space was left neatly. When one part didn't work (super old dryer) he ordered and then received one of only two remaining necessary parts from the warehouse. We are so lucky as it would have meant buying a new dryer without that part. Yay, Evan. He discussed the dryer repair issues with us and we understood his planned process. With skill he replaced that part, cleaning the lint as he went along. He ran the dryer before he left. Our old machine came to life and we are very satisfied. Vlad was amazing! Accurately diagnosed the issue with my dishwasher and when the part came in earlier than expected he came back and finished the repair. He was easy to work with and made recommendations in order improve the life of my repair. Highly recommend.
