Quick service. Vlad texted before arrive with eta and was on time. Very nice and professional. Fixed our issue quickly and only charged the service fee. Then gave us good advice on how to adjust our refrigerator in the future. We definitely will use this service in the future for all our appliances.

We had a squealing dryer and we found Appliance Fixers via a web search and saw that they had good reviews - so we tried them out. Scheduling was quick and easy and the technician was out the very next morning. First, the technician arrived early in the time window given. He got right to work and quickly diagnosed the problem, and he also identified 2 more (low cost) components which had wear and needed to be replaced on a preventive basis to avoid a 2nd service call later. He fully cleaned the inside of the dryer, replaced the parts, fully tested, and completed the work in good time leaving everything clean and in full working order. Everyone was very courteous and helpful through the whole process. We can highly recommend Appliance Fixers and we add our 5 star (we would give them 10 if we could) review to everyone elses. We have their magnet card and information is our contact manager for the next appliance that needs "Appliance Fixers"!

I lost my wedding ring in my washing machine. I first attempted using the Kenmore/Sears phone number on my washing machine. They cancelled one day, ran late and didn’t show up the next day, then had the audacity to say they came and I wasn’t home. Third time they just called and said they probably couldn’t retrieve it and it wasn’t worth their time coming to look. I then called Gently Appliance repair. He was able to come later that same afternoon and after about an hour he retrieved my ring! He was sympathetic, thoughtful and professional. Price was more than fair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Had an issue with a Maytag dryer blower not venting out the hot air. Contacted Gently Appliance Repair and they got me a sameday appointment which was awesome. Their response was fast within 30 minutes. Dimitri arrived on time, took apart the dryer and found the problem. Impressed by the quick response as other repair shops either did not respond or was out several days or weeks to service my dryer. Dimitri was courteous and respectful.
