Dmitri was the technician who diagnosed my washing machine. The code indicated it needed a new control panel. He tried replacing it two times with no success. He was professional and really tried to help me. Eventually I had to buy a new machine but Dmitri was honest about the possibility of repairing my current machine. All in all, a good experience. Oh, I was not charged for the part that did not work.

Great service. For the standard service call fee of $95 Stas was able to diagnose my refrigerator why it seemed louder than normal. He explained about the technical aspects and what to look for. We decided not to go with the fan replacement since the refrigerator is functional overall, but Stas did recommend some good brands when the time comes to replace it. Thanks Stas!

Very professional, quick service and my tenant is happy with a functioning dish washer. I was told they found another leak that was unrelated to the dishwasher, I had someone come look at it and they didn’t see the leak so? As long as things are working I’m happy.
