My repairman, Tom was great! He showed me what filters I need to clean and how. What to not only for my washer which is what he came to repair but my dryer, disposal & dishwasher. He also educated me on the worst appliance to purchase as far as quality to the best. Samsung is the worst. LG is the best for lower end. Bosch & Speed Queen best but twice as much.
I would use this company everything I need appliance repairs done. If I could give 6 STARS I would. Thank you!

We used this company for a fridge.
They did a pretty good job. They would give me updates on arrival times. The part took a while to get here but as soon as it did they repaired next day. Gave me a few deals too which is always pretty good 👌

I am very happy with the Appliance repair team and especially John, the technician who went above and beyond to get my stove oven working again. Unlike the official Dacor repair company(A-fix service inc), which did an extremely terrible and unprofessional job, John took the time to properly diagnose the issue and even managed to track down a discontinued part—something I never expected, especially for a relatively new appliance.
If you need a reliable, knowledgeable technician, I highly recommend John and Appliance repair team. However, I do not recommend purchasing Dacor appliances—having essential parts discontinued on a newer unit is unacceptable.

On time, efficient, and friendly. Dryers high pitch screeching noise gone and washer needed a good internal cleaning. Very happy with the outcome. Thank you Dave for the great service!!

I had a positive experience with this repair service. My refrigerator started making a loud noise because the fan in the freezer had broken. Tom came out and fixed the problem efficiently. He was professional, replacing the broken part in under 30 minutes. While he worked, he also gave me some helpful tips on refrigerator maintenance. Thanks to his effective work, I didn't lose any of my frozen food and learned something new about preventing future issues. I would recommend their services to anyone needing appliance repair in future!

Dave checked my dishwasher when it wasn’t starting up. Turns out there was a blockage in the drain pump. He removed the blockage and it works beautifully now. No need for a new drain pump which would have cost hundreds more. Thanks, Dave! I highly recommend them.

Fast service for my squealing dryer. Showed up on time and diagnosed it fast. The part arrived a day earlier than expected and the install went great. I will reach out to them again for other appliance needs!

Sent an inquiry last week, had someone immediately reach out to schedule. Dave came to our house later that afternoon and did a full inspection of the dryer. Had to order the part and finished the job today. Very quick service and glad they have a 90 warranty if for any reason there is any issues with the repair. Will recommend to others for sure and use them in the future for quick service!

Great company returns phone calls right away, I was able to get a repair man the same day and the part in just just a couple days. All right before Christmas. Very friendly, helpful, and affordable.Definitely will be using them again in the future.

Even though I did not go through with the washer repair as needed, the team at A.R.T. were extremely prompt in responding to my request for service, ease of scheduling process, and a thoroughly professional diagnosis visit. The tech (Roman?) was polite, methodical, and very patient in explaining what the issue was with our washer and what it would take to repair it.

Dave came to fix my dryer that was making a loud noise and burnt smell when in use. I was so worried I’d have to buy a new machine but he was able to quickly assess the issue and repair it right away. This was the second time I’ve used Appliance Repair and had great experiences both times.

We had an issue with our refrigerator that completely stopped working, and Max came out to take a look. From the start, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty control board. Instead of pushing for an expensive full replacement, he offered to try repairing the board himself. Max carefully removed it, soldered on individual components, and managed to get everything working again.

Thanks to his skill, our fridge is back up and running, and he saved us a significant amount of money. It’s rare to find someone with both the technical expertise and the genuine care to go the extra mile for their customers. We highly recommend Max to anyone who needs appliance repair. He was fantastic to work with.

ART responded immediately to my request for a quote and had Nick come out the next day to diagnose the problem with my washing machine. He needed to order the part and was back the next day to finish the repair. The price was competitive, Nick was polite and speedy with the work, and he was able to work around my own work schedule. Highly recommended! And special shout out to Nick, who explained the issue clearly and was exactly on time to both appointments, with no pointless waiting around.

Nick was so nice to work with from start to finish on the repair of my father-in-laws washing machine. He texted me with videos of the working new part. Was always polite, friendly, communicative until the end. We are pleased with the total experience.

Update: the issue I called about for service has not been fixed. I still have high flames on one burner. I have not doubt that the maintenance service was completed well, but my initial issue of high flames on one burner is not resolved so changing to three stars

Dave was excellent! He quickly diagnosed the problem with my washer and fixed the damaged part efficiently. I really appreciated how thoroughly he explained what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. It's such a relief to have my washer working again. Highly recommend Dave and the team!

Fast turnaround and service. Professional and easy to work with. Nick came to my home to address a problem with my dryer, and it was only 3 days after my contact with the company. He diagnosed and resolved the issue in less than 2 hours of work. He wore shoe covers in our home to respect our floors while being able to do his work - and go back to his truck to get supplies. Overall pleased with the experience. Thank you.
