Quick & easy! Our heating element went bad in our old fridge and a technician was at our house within 24hrs to diagnose. Though the repair was a more expensive than I would have imagined for such an easy fix, it was probably worth the money to get it back up and running

Wow. Tenant reported issues with dryer. I asked AI for a dryer repair service, was given a few options. I asked for the best reviewed one, was told this place. A quick phone call later and a service pro was dispatched the next day. The problem was fixed. I assumed I would need a new dryer, but alas, this one survives to dry another day (and hopefully a few years). Amazing!!!

Wow, just WOW! I called this company because I needed help trouble shooting an issue with a propane stove/heater in my rental unit. I don't live in or near enough to them for them to service my area. Al's prompt response reminded me there are people who are willing to help even when there is nothing in it for them. He made sure he knew what we were dealing with and then walked me through the entire process to get my issue resolved. I called this company to see if I could make an appointment to fix my washer dryer combo. They said someone would come Today between 12 and 3 o’clock. It took less than an hour for them to arrive. They fixed the machine, tested it out and it works perfect. The repair man was very pleasant to deal with and very respectful.

Called Brown Appliance Repair in Bellevue when our fridge started warming up. Mike came out and didn’t waste time figuring it out. It’s been holding temp perfectly since.

Our Fridge stopped cooling overnight. He was able to fix same day. Back to normal temps.

Finally got my stove fixed! Trevor came by and sorted out the uneven flame by correcting the gas flow. He even checked the entire unit just to be safe. It’s such a relief to have steady heat in the kitchen again.

Our dishwasher was leaving spots on dishes. They did a deep service and now it's perfect. Much more professional than the last guys we hired.

Nick was great! Very patient and solved my problem immediately!!! I could not use the dishwasher because of a red sign even though I tried over and over. I had read the User Guide over and over. Nick got rid of it in 3 sec!!! I will ask for Nick the next time I have a problem. He was very helpful.

Called Appliance Repair because the refrigerator made a loud noise and quit cooling.

They responded very quickly the same day I called and were able to diagnose the problem. Parts were ordered on mid day Friday and installed on the following Monday morning by Dave.

Appliance Repair was very good at communicating with me as well as with my tenants regarding expected arrival times and when to expect parts etc. Very happy with their service and with Dave.

Dave came out same day and totally fixed our broken dishwasher by taking it apart to find a little piece of bone stuck deep in the pump. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and clean. Totally recommend!
