I had an appointment to have my washing machine repaired. The kid (which he was) walked in, looked at it, did not touch it. Told me I needed a new one, that it would cost more to repair then fix. Then took my $70 and left. He was here a total of 5 minutes. He specifically said, if it isn't spinning, you need a new motor. That could have been told to me over the phone. An honest business would not have sent someone, to my house, to tell me what I could have been told over the phone, just to collect $70. I told them when I made the appointment what the issue was.

Dave did a great job. He worked with our dishwasher and was able to fix it in 5-10mins. Will highly recommend them.

Max and Alex were incredibly efficient and professional. I called them about an OE error on my LG front load washer, and despite it being a holiday, they arrived within an hour. They quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the broken part. In just 90 minutes, my washer was back up and running smoothly. Throughout the repair, they shared helpful tips on how to care for the appliance, which I really appreciated. From start to finish, their service was excellent. I 100% recommend them!

Dave did an excellent job fixing our dryer. He was able to come quick and was very clear with the repairs that needed to be made. Also very clear with estimates. We would definitely use Dave again!!

Tom did our washer repair. The whole process was easy. I called on Saturday and they scheduled for service within 2 hours and he provided updates on his arrival. He was professional, personable and explained all steps to me as well as cost prior to doing the repair. He had the part in his car and did the installation promptly. He cleaned the area when he finished. Great job!

Dave was wonderful! He was professional and friendly and found the root of the problem with our stovetop hood. He found replacement parts quickly (we had tried with others before and they could not find the parts) and set out expectations and met them for when he would return. He also provided guidance on our cooktop making a small inexpensive change that saved us from needing a new one. We highly recommend Dave!

The technician was friendly and did a great job diagnosing the issue with my Whirlpool washer. He was able to get the part and install it within a couple of days. I will definitely call this place again if I need help with another appliance!

Contacted Appliance Repair Team, hadn't used their services before. The scheduler was professional and she was able to get an appointment same day. David did great at reviewing the issue and was very thorough in trying to diagnose our washer issue. After taking it apart and running it 3 times, it appeared it was due to the way we were loading it, and no part needed. He was very honest, no extra charges, arrived when he said he would. Another company I called was far more expensive and wasn't professional - keep up the good work Repair Team! Would use them again.

I called and they sent someone out later that day, and they were here within the time frame that was given over the phone. Dima was excellent, communicative, and taught me a bit about my washer. He fixed my machine in less than an hour and explained everything he was doing. He was also very kind about my messy house and heaps of laundry ha! Much appreciated. We’ll be returning customers.

I was able to have my washer fixed for my tenant in three days with the help from Dave - first day same day inspection, second day wait for the repair parts, third day installation new parts, and now it works great! Dave was good at explaining the reason (in my case, a sock was blocking the drain pump), communicating arrival times, and arrived on time. I appreciate the quick fix.

Charged us $80 for a replacement of oven cord and block that had burned. Total $370 and the same issue returned in 6 months. Apparently their warranty is only 3 months for the work. Avoid this company. It’s a scam.

When they say, it's a same day repair service, they're absolutely right. Customer service rep is very polite. A couple hours later, they sent out Dave to fix our freezer issue. He is very honest and knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was and recommended a solution. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service at a reasonable price.

My fridge was broken in a brand new home. They got me a next-day appointment with no extra fees and fixed it in an hour. They already had the part on hand. Super professional, polite and skilled. Fantastic service. I will only work with them going forward.

We had an issue with our 3 1/2 year old washing machine. Maxim from Appliance Repair Team was able to come to our home the next day. He explained what he was doing as he diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, the issue was a failed bearing which was not economically repairable or under warranty. However, with Maxim's diagnosis and report, we were able to negotiate a significant discount on the replacement with the manufacturer. Since there was no repair option, we were only charged for the diagnostic visit. Maxim and Appliance Repair Team were fast, fair, and provided a significantly improved outcome.

Dave came over within 2 hours of my call. He provided an estimate on the spot, then ordered the part. It arrived in less than 72 hours! Then he did the repair of broken glass on the oven door efficiently and cleaned everything. I had thought the whole door might need to be replaced. I cannot recommend Appliance Repair highly enough. If any appliance needs help I would happily call on them again.

I decided on Eastside Appliance Repair because of the positive comments about Dennis service work. I was not disappointed. Dennis was courteous calling to let us know he would be 15 minutes beyond appointment window. He was professional explaining what the problem was, the fix and the cost.

Dennis exceeded my expectations. He was able to accommodate us next day and then offered to come in first thing in the morning. Within 30 minutes my dryer was working again I will definitely use eastside appliance repair again.
