Al came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. We decided to get a new cooktop instead of repairing, but we needed his expertise to make a good decision.

Technician was on time, polite and explained everything fully. If I could suggest an improvement, it might be good to provide a written invoice with details of the work done.

I called these guys this morning for a garbage disposal repair. they apologized as it wasn’t something they work on, but they gave me a seriously easy and helpful tip on how to fix my garbage disposal that ended up working out. Saved me at least $70 for another company to come and do just what I was able to do myself. If you have any other appliance problems I can tell these guys would do extremely honest work. Thank you!

Super Appliance Repair had to order a replacement oven heating element, which took a few days longer than expected; they could have done a better job of letting us know about rescheduling once the part came in.
