My drain pump went out in our 7 year old LG Signature Front Loading Washer. It got lot of use in those 7 years so not completely surprised. It was a easy diagnosis that Dennis made. Within a few hours, they grabbed the rinse pump from their own supply or picked one up. They put in a Maytag OEM part which I'm sure is just as good as a LG part. My washer was back in business by early afternoon.
I liked that I was able to make appointment online and they gave me a 30 minute heads up when they would arrive. The window of time you book is 2 hours. I did not have time shop this around but assume $470 (with tax) was in the ballpark for a fix like this. The part itself is < $50. The fix took about an hour and a heavy washer was moved to make this happen. All and all , very happy with the experience and would use Eastside Appliance Repair again

I am thoroughly pleased with the service I received from Eastside Appliance Repair. My microwave door would not close and stay closed. Denis was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within 45 minutes. My microwave works like new! I will definitely be using Eastside Appliance Repair for future appliance needs.

Our oven had been on the fritz for a few months, taking longer and longer to heat up. I was able to book an appointment online, and Dennis came out the following week. He diagnosed the issue, had the parts on-hand, and repaired our oven in under an hour. Our oven now heats up incredibly quickly.

It took 3 trips for 2 different problems with my washer but they came out each time to resolve with no additional trip charges and not long wait times. The washer is fixed yeah and I’ve finally found an appliance repair company that I trust and would definitely use again.

The technician arrived within the timeframe quoted. He was very friendly and promptly identified the problem with our microwave as he had seen it multiple times before. He had the replacement parts and performed the repair quickly. I will use them again.

Dennis does an amazing job - I would highly recommend for anyone on the Eastside. He was able to come out for a diagnosis on a broken washer (something you obviously want to get fixed ASAP) the next day after I called him. He found the problem almost immediately and got the part ordered the next day after being here. The part arrived 2 days later. All in all - this job could have been done in a week (I say could because I had my own scheduling issue that caused this to be completed in a week and a half).

His prices were fair and clearly communicated. He takes card (via Square). He is polite and takes his shoes off / wears shoe covers when he was here. He confirmed that the washer worked after repair and returned everything back to its place. He even vacuumed the area!

This was the first person we called for the washer issue and he earned a first call for any issue moving forward.

They responded quickly and were available on short notice to fix our refrigerator, which had stopped working. They diagnosed the issue, found the part needed and came back and repaired it all in the same day. Dennis was very nice, explained the issue and fixed it. Would definitely use them again!

I would absolutely call Dennis again.He is polite and knowledgeable. He shows up on time and is very efficient. His prices are very reasonable. He reattached my dishwasher and used much better brackets than the ones that came with it. He also fixed my microwave. He had to make 2 trips as the first component didn’t work and he had to order another part. He didn’t charge me anymore even though he had to order another component and make a second trip. He is an absolute jewel and I’m so glad he was recommended to me.

Our washer suddenly stopped working and we were able to get an appointment through the website's online form for the next day (even though it was a Saturday). The website gives you 2-hour window options and I got a text on the day of the repair with the exact arrival time.

The technician, Dennis, was extremely knowledgeable and professional, he diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Dennis was also polite, on time and wore shoe covers. I honestly can't think of how the experience could have been any better.
