Constraction reviews in Bellevue, Washington

12 Brothers installed a gazebo on our patio. The two workers were on time, very courteous and extremely professional. They worked hard, quickly and efficiently as a team! I would hire them again for sure!!

I highly recommend 12 Brothers Construction. This was not my first remodel, but it was definitely the best. They always showed up and they were always on time. The quality of our home remodel is excellent. We had a little problem and they were at our home the same day to take care of it. They made great suggestions and were a pleasure to work with.

Absolutely the best contractor! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Alex & Ross for several years, and whether it was a personal job, or a referral to friends and family, they always put the customer first.

They had expert level expertise throughout the entire process, and communicated very well. No stone left unturned, they always made sure that the job was done right, and truly listened to our feedback.

High quality work all around, highly recommend!

I recently hired 12 Brothers Construction for a major renovation project, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to detail. They took the time to understand my vision and provided valuable suggestions to make the project even better than I had imagined. The quality of their work speaks for itself—every aspect of the construction was completed with precision and care. They stayed on schedule, maintained excellent communication throughout the process, and ensured the site was clean and organized at the end of each day.

We are very happy with our new kitchen!! 12 Brothers Construction is the best! They were excellent with the quality they provided with the timeline and professionalism. We highly recommend this company!

These guys are awesome. They have great communication skills and their work is stellar. We have not had a ceiling, adequate lighting or new cupboards in our laundryroom since we moved in in 1988. They also removed and reinstalled tile in the master bathroom as well as fixing a faulty shower drain system. The tile work is amazing. This was the first time we had them do a project and we will definitely have them come back for our next project.

I would highly recommend Alex & his team.
I used them to remodel my down stairs in a studio apartment. This included them moving my laundry room & hot water tank into my garage. Putting a new bathroom in its place. Putting in a kitchen unit into the main space. They had to install a pump system to ensure good flow to my septic system. Besides the downstairs, they made a secured entrance into the main part of my home. I especially like the tile glass blocks that covered in opening going into my living room from the entryway. Alex, always keep me involved in all the decision making to ensure I was going to be 100% happy with the outcome, which I was. The establish goal was for one month but they finished in just 2 weeks & that was some parts I ordered had not arrived in time.
Hats off to how his team worked around my dog getting in the way at times while I was at work.
Experienced, flexible, good listeners, with high integrity!

12 Brothers have completed 2 projects at our house now and do fantastic work. They take great care to deliver the highest possible quality. I highly recommend them.

12 Brothers Construction completed bathroom renovations for us. Out of necessity , our quite small downstairs bathroom needed to have a wheelchair accessible shower. A difficult project but it turned out better than I had even imagined. They are great to work with, hard working and experienced. I now have them back to do another bathroom for me!

Ross & crew installed pavers in our backyard, including a pathway leading from the front yard, and we’re extremely pleased with the results. It’s hard to find reliable and trustworthy contractors, but this team delivered top-notch workmanship from start to finish.

The crew was professional, respectful, and paid close attention to detail. Ross even came back twice after the main job was done to touch up and clean areas affected by the work — going above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. He also made sure that weather-sensitive steps were handled properly to avoid any issues from rain.

The final result is clean, level, and adds a beautiful finished look to our yard. We’re very happy with both the experience and the outcome — highly recommend 12 Brothers Construction!

Extremely satisfied and highly recommend to everyone! Professional team removed old kitchen and installed new cabinets and countertops with precise finishing of all details including plumbing within the time terms and left my kitchen clean and shining! The team was responsive to my needs and wishes as well as gave me a lot of great suggestions!

I had a wonderful experience working with Ross during the bidding process for my basement remodel project. He was easy to talk to and had knowledge and experience to call upon about how to tackle the tricky issues specific to our project. Of our three bids, his was the most detailed and thoughtful!! Since our house is on a remote island with a private ferry, I had to choose another contractor who had easier access to the island and family to stay with during the project. But I can highly recommend checking out Ross for your remodel or new construction project! 👍

I recently had the pleasure of working with the incredible 12 Brothers Construction for a full renovation of my master bathroom, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the amazing team led by Ross and Alex.

His dedication to ensuring I was comfortable and informed throughout the renovation made all the difference.

Alex, the Project Leader Extraordinaire
On the construction side, Alex was an absolute rockstar. He led his crew with such precision and expertise, overseeing every detail from start to finish. Alex made sure the work was done on time, to the highest standard, and with minimal disruption to the rest of my home. His attention to detail was impeccable, and it was clear that he takes great pride in his craft. The crew he led was respectful, hardworking, and left the space spotless every day, which I greatly appreciated.

The transformation of my master bath is beyond what I had imagined. The craftsmanship, design execution, and quality of the materials are all top-notch. Every time I walk into my new bathroom, I can't help but smile—it's like stepping into a luxury spa!

Ross and Alex are fantastic! I never write reviews, I'm too lazy, but I felt I owed them one. Where do I start? They are extremely professional, their attention to detail was top notch. I was out of the country for a time during the project, I heard from Ross daily with video updates, any questions I had they explained my options and gave their advice. They were a pleasure to work with and I have no hesitation recommending them. 10/10 guys! Thank you
