Jay and the attic doctor team were absolutely incredible. They were professional, efficient, and extremely dedicated to making sure our attic and home was completely mold free. We were talked through the entire process and even shown pictures of the process as well. Our attic was covered in black mold, and it now looks brand new. I cannot thank Jay and his team enough for the hard work they put into making our home safe again. I have described them to friends as a boutique mold remediation service because of how much Jay the owner and the team of guys care about your home and your health. It really is refreshing to feel like the owner and team genuinely care about you as people and don’t just want to hustle through the job to get paid and onto the next. Great company with great communication and very helpful and willing to answer any questions we had on our project and what would work best for what we needed. Day of the job they showed up when they said they would and did great cleaning up when they were done picking up any and all garbage/debris. Attic Doctor did work below my house last summer. I thought I heard noises below the house so Eder and German came out this morning and crawled under the house. Spent almost an hour checking everything out and checked the garage and attic, where I hadn't heard noises, just to be thorough. Don't know where the noise came from but everything cleared and they were polite and helpful and said to call every 6 months until warranty expires. Nikki, the woman I spoke to at the office, was very polite and helpful, too.

The team at Attic Doctor did a great job, from the office to the attic workers. We had insulation replaced, mold remediation, and rodent proofing. They answered all my questions and were able to work with some difficult situations. I am very happy with the results and recommend them to others.

These guys were THE BEST!! Very professional and thorough! They set out traps and came back twice to check on them. All my concerns were addressed and they just wanted me happy. Jay and team are the best! The attic insulation, in my newly purchased home was, full of mold due to poor ventilation.
They quickly removed the contaminated insulation, in a safe manner, cleaned the attic and reinsulated.
Jay was not sure of the best method to ventilate the attic better so the mold would not return. Turns out our roof shingles are not standard, so cutting into them could damage them. He went above and beyond to research and find the best approach. Then, he had one of his guys recut the ridge vent, which was insufficiently cut when the shingles were installed.
He then told me to make sure to call him out on a regular basis, at no charge, so they can check and confirm the attic stays moisture free.

Chris came out to evaluate our attic and gave us specific recommendations for improvement. He recommended a roofer in the end that made more sense. He didn't upsell us and was honest. The company was very easy to schedule with. He followed up as promised with written recommendation.

I used the Attic doctors for mold removal in my attic. They came in sucked out all my old contaminated insulation ( which wasn’t nearly enough insulation) came in and sprayed all the moldy plywood(which now looks like new) put in fresh insulation through my entire attic, and much much more. Woody and his crew did an amazing job, they worked their asses off for the ten hours they were here. Their cleanup was impeccable as well. I am very pleased with the job. I think I paid a very fair price for the work that was done.Attic looks like new. I will use these guys again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Attic doctors. Projects mgr. We had a great experience contracting with the Attic Doctors. Their entire staff from owner, office staff, and project manager, were great. Their on site crew were the real stars. They were in and out so quick and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves and left our house how they found it.
I would highly recommend this company if you’re considering re-insulation of your home. I was a bit sceptical of spending the money to do this but was worth every dime.

After doing our due diligence we chose Attic Dr to remove/clean debris from the attic and crawl space, remediate some areas that had mold, remove all old insulation and install new R-38 attic insulation. Both attic and crawl space had all openings sealed and rodent traps were set in place. From start to finish we were very pleased with their process. Pictures of the entire attic and crawl space before, during and after the work was done were reassuring. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They were professional, responded to any questions we had in a timely manner and left the area around our residence neat and tidy.

We were preparing to sell our house and the crawl space needed a makeover. After several quotes we decided to use Attic Doctor and we are so glad we chose them. The team that came to work the job was very clean and careful to make sure no fiberglass dust got into the living space of our home. And the finished product was better than the day we moved into the house when it was new. We would highly recommend Attic Doctor for anyone looking for crawl space work, and would use them again if they would come to Texas where we live now.

Attic Doctor did an insulation job (and air sealing) at my home and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and answering all my questions clearly.

What really impressed me was their integrity. During installation, they discovered several exhaust vent ducts that weren't up to code. Instead of charging extra to fix it, they corrected it for free since they hadn't caught it during the estimate. This kind of honesty is hard to find.

The work itself was very thorough and well-done. The crew was professional, respectful of property, and left everything clean. Riley and Jay checked in often during the job to ensure things were being executed correctly. They clearly take pride in their work.

Jay and his team are wonderful! We had a horrible experience with our contractor and mold formed very quickly in our brand new attic. Not only did Jay and his team fix it, they move extremely fast so we weren't out any more time. I can't recommend them enough! Their pricing is fair too!

Talk about attention to detail, this company made sure that my vaulted ceiling was properly insulated code. After they left you could not tell they were there they were very tidy, courteous, efficient with their time, and offered great communication. Fair pricing was the bonus!

Lucky for us the Attic Doctor makes house calls and isn’t afraid to take on difficult operations! In two busy days our attic and crawl were transformed by skilled operators that did the difficult with a smile! Our Crawlspace was a mess of droppings and fallen insulation without much headspace so crawl they must, and they turned it into a pristine palace! The thicker plastic they installed is white and clean making a visit down there much more inviting! Our attic had its own problems with rat feces and black mold from excessive moisture! They sucked all the old blow-in insulation out, sealed the access points for the rats, treated and eliminated the mold, installed four attic vents to let moisture out in the future and put in clean new insulation! They kept things clean with plastic sheeting inside our house and cleaned it all out and vacuumed the floors better than we have done in a while! If your house is ailing, I recommend you call the attic doctor!

You'd be lucky to have this company working for you...at least, that's what they seem to think. Customer service is appalling!! They're done with you once your payment is received. Questions? Good luck getting responses. One star because there is no 1/2 option. Follow-up is essential in business...there is none here.

Performed light landscaping including planting and gravel, limbing trees, and helping with some work inside an outbuilding on our property. He was responsive and friendly, did quality work, and it was a good value. Would recommend.
