We had a great experience with Mario and the FM crew. Started with a deck remodel which turned out perfect. They even dug out the old Cedar tree stump that was under the original deck.
While they were working on the deck I asked them about raising our living room to eliminate the step. The time and attention to detail was terrific. Plan to work with them again.

I met Mario when he was subcontracted on a major remodel of my home 15 years ago. His company did all the siding, roofing and painting. All work still looks great. His company has grown a ton since then. Last year I used them for deck repair/ painting and shed demolition. They do a great job at a good price, very happy with them. Strongly recommend F&M.

We have used F&M Construction for two projects. We are very pleased with the high quality of work that Mario and his crew have done. They have always been professional, respectful of our premises, and great to work with. They were collaborative and provided many helpful suggestions and solutions throughout the course of our projects. They are excellent partners to work with and we highly recommend them.

Our first project was a complete kitchen remodel all the way down to the floor joists, wall framing and ceiling rafters. Our house is 80 years old and Mario and his crew were adept at addressing the unique challenges and unexpected discoveries that arose during the renovation process. Mario and his crew handled the entire construction from start to finish. This included new flooring, insulation, drywall, windows, cabinet installation, and painting. They did a great job and we plan to use them again on future projects.

The second time we engaged Mario was to deal with water damage restoration at another house. Mario was able to provide a crew ASAP and they replaced drywall, flooring, a bathroom vanity, and did all the painting. The crew once again was prompt, efficient, and very respectful of the property. They did a great job and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Mario and company!

We are very fortunate to have a neighbor who has made fantastic recommendations for basically anything you need for your home. When we asked if he had anyone who did remodeling, he immediately mentioned Mario and his crew from F&M.

Our initial need was to have our kitchen windows completely reframed and replaced. The windows were old and close to leaking. The framing was rotting and it was only a matter of time. Mario and his team discussed not only replacing the windows, but redesigning the whole kitchen window space. Larger windows, an elevated ceiling/roof line to hold recessed lighting over the workspace and sink, and even creating a pitched roof overhang to protect the area. Additionally, they installed gutters which tied into our preexisting downspouts . I’m including before and after pictures because the after blows away the before and we are extremely pleased with the results.

The kitchen was our must do but because they did such a great job on it, we discussed with them our wish list item. We have always wanted a covered outdoor living space where we could spend time outdoors year round. Again, F&M came up with an idea that not only gave us this space but also created a second story sun deck that ties into our 2nd floor master bedroom and bathroom. The crew installed double joists for half the roofline and installed the proper electrical to host a small hot tub if we ever choose to go that route. It has the weight capacity to hold it and the proper electrical to plug it into. Again, it’s the creativity and sensibility that ultimately gave us something beyond what we were expecting. It’s absolutely beautiful and with the ceiling heating inserts we can attest it’s warm out there no matter how cold it gets.

We cannot recommend Mario and his crew enough. We have thoroughly enjoyed everything they’ve accomplished.

On a final note, the other little detail that goes a long way is their cleanliness. When you’re having your kitchen windows redone and you’re exposed, it can get messy with dust and debris. Everyday the crew vacuumed and picked up everything which made a huge difference!

Working with F&M on our major remodel, house addition, and DADU was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Mario and his team didn’t just build for us, they guided us, supported us, and made the entire journey feel exciting from day one.

From the design phase to permitting to construction, everything felt smooth and stress free. They walked us through every step, offered smart design advice, and handled the permitting process like true pros.

Once construction started, it honestly became the highlight of our week. Watching the project come to life was amazing, and the weekly meetings kept us informed, involved, and confident. The communication was constant, clear, and genuinely caring, you can tell they love what they do.
