Da burns did a great job at cleaning our Persian rugs. The first time it had a musty smell after letting them know they scheduled for a pickup cleaned the rugs again and delivered them back.
I am happy that they do whatever it takes to give the best customer satisfaction service.

The service technician was awesome. He got stains out of a wool covered chair (wool is difficult to treat). That didn't take long, so he had time to clean a bench cushion that got several stains on it, including wax.

The entire carpet cleaning experience was fabulous. Courteous phone and scheduling help, quick service and a thorough, reliable and excellent representative cleaned the carpets beautifully. The price was right also.

I had four rugs cleaned for $1000. One was a basket weave white wool rug from West Elm. One was a wool rug my well-to-do aunt gifted. One was a wool knotted rug from Ellen Degeneres. One was a cheap Ikea rug. They came through with a great clean and great communication. I left with a fifth rug I bought from them--a WWII-era Persian rug that a previous customer had abandoned. I loved talking with their staff about the nitty gritty details about rugs.

The rug was cut to order, and we paid extra for mold and mildew protection. The rug had a faint odor of mold/mildew when we got it back. Not sure why, as it was also cleaned, but at this point it seems to be dissipating. I hope that smell doesn't come back this winter. Otherwise, the order was perfectly fulfilled.

Edit: A month later and all is well. We're so glad we had the rug cut to fit our new environment. The smell is completely gone, the rug looks beautiful and again the order by D.A. Burns was perfectly fulfilled. Would definitely use their service again.

Everything was great as usual but the one stain we hired them for looks the same.

I had an excellent experience with in home carpet cleaning. Larry was prompt and professional but most of all his work was quality and he did it all with a big smile and kind manner. We had several Persian rugs we inherited that were over a hundred years old. D.A. Burns was recommended by several people as the place to go to get them cleaned.
They took about 10 days to clean them.
The rugs looked splendid with colors bright and vivid and looking better than ever.
Highly recommend their services.
They also came out to clean the carpets installed in our home. Again exceptional service from a very personable and skilled crew.

My mother was delighted with the results - her ivory colored wool rugs that had not been cleaned in 20 years. The result was extraordinary, brightened the rooms and feels so good to walk on! There were a few missed spots and rather than just cleaning those, DA Burns redid the entire house! We are equally satisfied by the results and their sense of responsibility and dedication!

Customer service is worth the cost. Workmanship was fabulous. Coaching on how to handle the problem was great. Unfortunately - not likely DA's fault - after we paid a ton to restore a rug, it started to unravel in other places, so I'm not sure the investment to repair will be worth it in the end. Next time I'll probably gamble for a new rug vs repair, but for repair they do an excellent job.
