Highly recommend. We are breathing so much better now inside our home, it made a tremendous difference. Sonic got us on their schedule quick, they are local, friendly, arrived on time, and cleaned up. After another company ghosted me, Sonic came through in the best way.

Kevin came to clear out air ducts. He was professional and made an extra effort to keep our lawn and house clean when moving equipment. House smelled noticeably better after cleaning.

We had all our ducts recently cleaned by Sonic and discovered that our dryer wasn't heating up as it should. We called Sonic. Kevin arrived a couple hours later, took the dryer vent apart and discovered a clog that was missed. He cleaned it out quickly and our dryer is back to normal. Kevin and Sonic were very polite and professional at every step and I recommend them highly.

Service was fairly straight forward and took just over an hour to do my home of about 2,000 sf. My recommendations in the future for Sonic are that they clarify scope once they arrive at someone's home, and that they have indoor boot covers available to all employees dispatched to do work in someone's home...

We engaged Sonic Air Duct Cleaning because they claimed to have an effective cleaning method (power brush and vacuum) and were mid-range in price. We arranged for our ducts to be cleaned prior to the replacement of our forced-air heater with a new furnace and heat pump. The person doing the duct cleaning completed the job and stated that there was not much to clean out of the vents.

When it came time to have our new unit installed the installer quickly told us "you should get your vents cleaned with this new unit going in". As they had the filter compartment open, I could see up into the air intake and saw a heavy accumulation of lint and dust that obviously had not been touched by the "cleaning." I then opened up our air return vents and passages and saw that the cleaning was not near complete in those areas either.

I was grateful that when I called Sonic to inform them of the problem, they immediately answered that this work was not done to their standard. The owner of the company came out that same day to check the work and stated that they would have a tech come and do this over. The owner came back with the tech within a week and repeated the cleaning.

I appreciate the response by this company when there was a problem. That showed great integrity. However I can only give them three stars for this, because a trustworthy business will get the job done right the first time. The repeat cleaning required me to reach back out to them and to take another partial day off work to be present while the cleaning was done.

Kevin was pleasant to work with, he got all 5 units done in about an hour working in tight quarters. Fee was reasonable, I'd use again.

Furnace has not been used in 6 months and still not in use yet!

Sonic Air Duct did a fantastic job cleaning our vents and dryer. From the start, they were extremely professional and easy to work with. Scheduling was super easy and their technician showed up on time. I even received a text letting me know they were on their way. Richard, the technician, is extremely polite and professional. He went the extra mile and cleaned some of our ducts from ceiling vents because some of our floor vents had accidentally been glued to the wood floor when we recently remodeled. I’d definitely hire them again!

Your man Kevin was here, got the job done efficiently and it only took a couple of hours on our little house. He was polite and explained everything thoroughly, and I'm very happy with the job.

I called Sonic Air Duct cleaning after another company left me hanging. From my first phone call to the interaction during the service I can only say great things. Every person I interacted with was professional, upfront in costs and very friendly to work with. For sure will recommend them to my family and friends and will call them again when I need it.

Fast and courteous! The guys were able to come out the very same day to clean out my dryer vent. They even gave us suggestions about how to better our coil segment and then offered to do it for us. After all was said and done, they hooked everything up and made sure it worked. Priced about $179-$199 currently without tip. Very happy with their services. Would recommend!

They are always prompt, and they make sure the job is done completely before leaving, every time! Scheduling is quick and easy, and their prices are very good compared to other services!
