First, I had initially called about my dryer vents since my dryer was complaining about it, and I was worried since it’s a known fire hazard. But they offered me to deep clean the other vents too, and I gladly accepted since I’ve noticed a lot of dust too. Richard the technician did a good job with the air vents and I could tell the air was lighter at home.

However the dryer kept complaining days after. So I reached out and they had Richard come back again for second visit for free, and they realized my dryer ducts are extremely long and extremely clogged. Richard managed to extract a massive (see photo) bag of lint after a couple of hours of hard work.
