I went to HD Fowler when I needed to pick up a 1-in backflow and a few other parts including two frost-free hydrants. These guys and girls are very professional and I was able to pick up everything I needed in one trip they have hot coffee and hot chocolate and soup plus filtered water which is great if you ask me. I also like HD Fowler because they have employees that get all of the parts so keep up the good work thank you.

-
I've always bought my farm irrigation supplies from these guys and I've never been unhappy. They have great customer service and usually have professionals on hand to give you advice.

Great company, good customer service behind counter, but it take forever for you to get your parts at Bellevue branch. 30 min just to get a valve box and over a hour yesterday to get a Romax and some parts. And it's not just yesterday and today it's all the time. Never had that problem in the marysville branch. Otherwise everything else is great here
-
Takes way to long to get parts. Plan on sitting and waiting for awhile. Even if you call ahead it makes no difference.

These guys continue to amaze me with their work, expertise, professionalism, and care they put into what they do! I appreciate them!

This is how business & service should be done!
My experience with Steve’s plumbing was friendly efficient and professional! Well done.
From the great phone customer service, easy and clear scheduling, to the same day appt I was able to book on a Saturday, and the arrival of two smiling, knowledgeable, and energetic servicemen (Charlie and Levi) who quickly got to work replacing my kitchen faucet and fixing a noisy/dripping bathroom faucet …the whole thing was easy & perfect!
Boys, hats off to you for being so good at your job and enjoying the work you do. Thats satisfying & well done work!
I will call Steve’s again for any and all plumbing services! -

Stan and Levi did an excellent job repairing a dripping water pipe in the crawl space. They worked quickly and efficiently, and also carried out a thorough full-house inspection.

Stan was quick and efficient. So grateful he was able to come so quickly after we called.

Dimitri was very courteous, on time and able to diagnose the issue quickly!

Dillon and Levi were exceptionally helpful at diagnosing and resolving my plumbing problem. On time and friendly. Highly recommend Steve’s Plumbing.

I’m leaving this review after providing feedback through internal forms and direct messages with no response. In early May, we called Steve’s for a slow drip in our shower faucet. The repair was done incorrectly, causing basement flooding discovered the week of July 4. Drywall was cut and water remediation completed.
After weeks of delays waiting for correct parts, technicians returned August 3, but the replacements didn’t work. They came back August 4 for a full valve replacement, during which the pressure release valve began leaking—a problem that didn’t exist before their work.
As of August 5, the plumbing issue is resolved, but we’ve paid over $3,000 out of pocket for two plumbing repairs and still have open drywall holes and damaged carpet awaiting repair. Given the prolonged lack of a working shower, the damage, and inconvenience, I expected Steve’s Plumbing to reduce our bill for the valve replacement or the pressure release valve leaking, which again was not an issue prior to the work being done. This experience has been extremely disappointing.
