Justin came over on a Sunday morning and was able to readily identified the leaking toilet that the competitors missed. He remounted and fixed the leak within an hour and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable to boot. My whole experience with the Ready Rooter team was first class. Excellent response from this company. We had a drainage crisis the day after Christmas and they came out in in less than 24 hours to fix it. The name of the service guy was Santino and he was very polite and professional. He kept our wooden floors clean and did a great job in fixing our issue. He had all the equipment and was done in an hour.

Nate and Zane came out quick and were efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. On a later occasion when I needed a section of pipe replaced, Jared and Lana were great in walking me through the process and getting all work done nice and quick. I appreciated how he was respectful of my time and property.

Andrew was one of the very best home service technicians I have hired in 40+ years of being a homeowner. Yes, Andrew is that good. He was professional, personable, thoughtful and skilled. He conveyed not only that he cared about his work but also that he cared about us and our home. It felt like we had reached out to a knowledgeable friend and neighbor and that neighbor had showed up to help us as though he was working on his own home or his parents’ home. He cared that much, certainly while he was on our job. That level of attention and integrity is rare. Now that I’ve found it, I will not hesitate to call Ready Rooter again and to ask for Andrew.

I had a very disappointing experience with this plumbing company. Communication was consistently poor, calls and messages were often unanswered, and when responses were given, they lacked clarity and professionalism.

Pricing was another major concern. Costs were not clearly explained upfront, and the final charges did not align with what was originally discussed, which felt misleading and unprofessional. Don’t get me started on there finance either.

The quality of work also fell short of expectations. The job was not completed to a standard I would expect from a licensed plumbing service, and follow up to address the issues was minimal.

Lastly, I was uncomfortable with how employees appeared to be treated. Based on my interactions and observations, there seemed to be a lack of respect and ethical consideration toward staff, which reflects poorly on the company as a whole.

Overall, I would not recommend this company and encourage others to proceed with caution and just encourage others to go elsewhere.

Ready Rooter is the best! I inquired online about a kitchen sink clog I could not resolve myself. I received a call within an hour and had an appointment set up that fit my schedule. The plumbing technician, Nate, arrived at my home and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He explained my options and resolved the issue in less than an hour. The pricing is reasonable in comparison to other companies. Nate took the time to explain best practices for preventative maintenance and pointed out concerns I should watch for in the future. Ready Rooter is polite, professional and thorough. I highly recommend contacting them when searching for a plumber.

Justin S. Reached out first thing this morning and confirmed our appointment. He said he would arrive in about an hour and a half and he was about five minutes early. Super friendly and easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable and helpful about our issue. We needed him to fix a leaking copper pipe. He did so and gave us some useful tips to finish our toilet install. He tidied up and checked to make sure we didn’t have any other questions. We really appreciated his service.

Ready Rooter was extremely prompt in scheduling my outdoor leak detection and replacing the water line between the meter and the house, saving me from an astronomical water bill. They also did a complimentary inspection of my sewer line and determined that that needed to be replaced as well due to several encroaching tree roots. Every member of the Jared's team was so courteous and professional. I will definitely be contacting Ready Rooter for all my future plumbing needs and I will be recommending them to my friends as well.

Our water heater went out so I relit pilot light, but still called ready rooter. When the tech double checked me, he saw a small leak in the pipe above it, and that it did not have a pressure tank per code. We also saw it expelling some water from the relief pipe. Time for a new one! Then the plumbing tech camera’ed our sewer to verify and earlier camera effort by PSE and found the same root clog, but this time he marked the exact location and depth to help make an easy quick repair. We had just moved into our home and found that the plumbing for our washing machine was old and leaking and needed updating before we could install our new washer. Salem from Ready Rooter was able to come out the same day I called and installed an updated system for us so that we could install the new washing machine as soon as possible. He was friendly, informative and completed the work in one visit. I also appreciate that he took the extra step to put on shoe covers when he came in our home. We’re very happy with our service and highly recommend!

We are very satisfied customers. This company was both friendly, professional, expedient, reasonably priced when compared to seven other estimates of similarly equipped companies that we had meetings with. Without doubt, Patrick, our Plumber/Technician was way above and beyond what we expected.

A little background on the job that we needed accomplished. Approximately two weeks prior to the work beginning, we were approached by a utility worker from the city who informed us that our water meter readings were higher than normal. It was determined that we had a leak somewhere between the water meter on the street and the main shut off to our house. It was confirmed with a leak detection company. After seven estimates to have the line either totally replaced or just to have it ‘spot repaired’, we hired Ready Rooter. We gave this decision very serious consideration as to their professional presentation, the Q&A that we had with all the technicians, and their overall friendliness/approachability.

Again, without doubt, Patrick and Ready Rooter as a whole, was top shelf! We had conversations after the job was done with Patrick to basically retain them as our plumber going forward. I highly recommend this company specifically Patrick…OUR plumber. Thank you sir for a job well done!!

They came out on Christmas! In the evening!! Sure it was an emergency, but they came out and checked out the problem at no charge. Nobody else was even picking up their phones. I then had two other companies give me a quote and Ready Rooters were the most reasonable by far. Fernando and his crew were amazing. Showed up at 8 AM sharp (the earliest time they can make noise per ordinance), worked hard as heck, and left it clean after the job. Then followed up afterwards. I was and am impressed. Courteous, sympathetic, and through. Talk about professionals. All through out the process, I felt like they were on my side.
I am really glad I found them. In my house, any plumbing issues moving forward will be attended by Ready Rooters.
