Ramin did a great job on a tough job inspite of a lot of hurdles. His persistence and focus to problem solving and getting the job done was commendable. We needed replacing the microwave and building exhaust to go out of the house. We ran into several obstacles to get the exhaust duck out of house like heating HVAC duct, electrical, etc. Ramin persisted to solve each problem with us and got the entire job done in ONE day. Impressive !!!

I had an issue with my shower temperature and initially thought it was time to replace the shower handle. Unsure of the root cause, I called Ramin and scheduled an appointment. He provided a precise arrival window and showed up right on time. After diagnosing the problem, he identified that the issue was with the old cartridge. He quickly went to get a replacement, returned, and installed it—all within a couple of hours. Throughout the process, Ramin was professional, efficient, and friendly. I am very satisfied with the project completed by Eastside Repipe & Plumbing. Ramin responded to my request for a quote quickly. I wanted to replace an outdated gas hot water heater with a new design heat pump hot water heater in Bellevue. Many contractors I contacted had no previous experience installing this style of tank. Ramin very capably removed the old tank, closed existing gas pipes and installed the new electric tank according to manufacturer's recommendations and current code standards. He and his crew finished the project within the promised timeframe. Ramin was professional, respectful, and communicated clearly about the scope of the project. He left the work site clean and the resulting project looks very professional. I would recommend Ramin and I would hire him again for future plumbing projects.
