Reza arrived promptly and debugged the issue with my toilet periodically refilling. Once the work was complete, he offered to take a peek at the other toilets in the house and adjusted all of the fill valves to make sure everything was operating smoothly. He even followed up via text one week later to make sure the issue did not occur! Super professional, courteous, and straightforward.

We are so glad that we were refereed to 425 Plumbing by our regular plumber who was unavailable. Our sewer lined was backed up and required equipment and knowledge that Paul and 425 Plumbing was able to resolve. A new clean-out had to be installed in our line and then cleaned out almost 90 feet away. The camera system helped me see the results of the work they did. I definitely recommend 425 Plumbing.

I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom that caused damage to both the bathroom and the ceiling of the first floor. I got their referral from a plumber we usually work with. Right from the start, Payman was incredibly helpful in outlining the work required for both mitigation and restoration. Once the leak was mitigated, they coordinated with the insurance and did all the hard work to redesign the bathroom, taking inputs from my family and ensuring all the accessories like the vanity, faucets, tiles, and toilet bowl were ready on time to start the restoration. Our vanity was not a standard size, so they had to source it from a store in Seattle, as we couldn't find it ourselves at Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. They wrapped up the entire work in a timely fashion, completing the bathroom restoration in under one week.

Impressed with their work, we decided to change a few other things, like fixing our inlet valve and replacing toilet bowls in other bathrooms, which they did at a discount.

Overall, it was a stress-free and satisfying experience in a very stressful situation. I want to sincerely thank Payman and 425 Plumbing for helping us out.

Paymen and Rez were terrific. They installed a new toilet seat and did a careful inspection and cleaning of 3 sink drains and the mechanical linkages to open and shut water flow. They explained exactly what they were doing. Got to the house in 1 hour and were done in less than an hour with repairs. Very pleasant and respectful in our communication. BRAVO. Paul and his team does excellent service. We had a broken sewer pipe under the foundation, and called a couple of different plumbing companies before we called Paul. The other companies had to walk away from the job because they weren't sure if they could handle the job. Paul and his team came in and got the job done. Excellent service and experience - The 425 Plumbing Team showed up on-time and were able to quickly clear my home sewer line and use cameras and professional equipment to further investigate and diagnose some bigger issues we need to address. Fair pricing and great to work with!

We had a bathroom leak that resulted in a complete bathroom renovation and repair of downstairs ceiling. Payman and his team worked with our insurance company USAA to cover what could be covered. They coordinated the complete renovation. We are very pleased with the final product. They were friendly, easy to contact, explained everything, provided quality work. Their tile guy is superb and a perfectionist which we appreciated. We look forward to having future plumbing and bathroom remodel work done with them!

I cannot recommend Pedram highly enough. We had a major main line blockage that turned out to be a nightmare scenario: a concrete slab had sunk and crushed into the pipe outside our house. Pedram came out late at night to hydro jetted the line to make it partial going so we wouldn’t have to vacate our home, which was a huge relief for my family.
He then returned promptly to handle the big job—digging out the broken section and replacing the pipe to fix the issue permanently. He was professional, fast, and incredibly reliable and his price is very reasonable. If you need a plumber who actually shows up and knows his stuff, ask for Pedram!
