Plumbing reviews in Bellevue, Washington

Whoever answered the phone is rude. He said my phone made a horrible noise, and hung up on me. Wow. Guess these guys don't need any business.

I dealt with Alex on a business to business transaction. He was helpful, attentive and worked with me to make sure the problems I was encountering were resolved.

7 years ago, we bought a very expensive, gas powered, tankless water heater from them. It stopped working last night. We called them this morning. They were too busy to make a house call. No Problem. They were too busy to refer a plumber who works on these things they sell! BIG PROBLEM.

The worst ever. There is reconstruction happening in our home. Terry helped us out for an emergency a few days ago and I needed his help again for another job, that was not an emergency. I had fixed an appointment with his office for 2pm today. Nobody showed up or called to explain. @2:15, I called the office to find out what was happening. The lady said that Terry was delayed at another job and that she "meant " to call me and let me know. I asked her to re-verify with Terry and find out when he could actually make it. She was to call me immediately. 45 minutes I call back. She said 'Oh, you want to cancel the appointment" I meant to call you. What a bunch of baloney. Terry , you are with the wrong company. Truly one unreliable set of folks at the office.

Lauren and Troy did a great job installing a Neorest AH bidet. Lauren knows what she's doing and wastes no time getting the project completed in a very professional manner. Very satisfied!

Very skilled and professional. They aren't the cheapest, but they are certainly effective. I've tried cheap and I always got what I paid for. Roger and his crew came out to fix my complicated air-assist pressurized toilet and did it right the first time, with an adjustment that didn't even require any new parts!

Lauren and Troy replaced an old main water gate valve with a quarter turn ball valve today in our multi-condo building this morning, in record time. They are exceptionally efficient and thorough, cleaning up completely when the job was finished. I recommend them without reservation.

The whole experience with the company was a disaster! In Oct 2017 I have a leakage in my front yard and I used this company to fix it, they installed a valve and charged my $900 for it. Now it’s only 1 year and 10 months, the exact same spot breaks again, I called several times and asked them to repair it. No one showed up in the first appointment and I had to call and found out they are too busy. Today a guy showed up and told me it’s all my responsibility and they need to re-charge me to fix it. I really can’t believe this, it’s still less than 2 year, but I can’t argue with since they said there was no warranty on their service at all. Guys if you don’t plan to pay them $900 every 2 year, I won’t recommend you to use their service.

Such a bad experience with this company. What should have been a $280 job ended up costing over $700 due to their mistake. We called for an emergency service on Friday evening when we couldn't wait until Monday to have our water turned back on. They told us that it would only take an hour to fix. Unfortunately, the plumber cranked on the pipe way too hard and snapped it out of the nipple. At that point the hour had passed and the emergency rate was racking up (charged in 15 minute increments), so we agreed to live without water for the weekend (which is the whole reason we paid for the emergency service) and have him come back on Monday. It then took him over another hour+ on Monday to fix. When we got the bill they had overcharged us on the emergency rate and also refused to take any amount off the bill due to the plumber's poor handling of the situation. Huge waste of money and super inconvenient.

Lauren was amazing good prices clear communication and she got the work done. I will be calling them again.
She was able to trouble shoot my old house issues and make it all work again and look nice! -
The showroom at Bellevue Plumbing has a wide variety of beautiful home improvement products for your kitchen and bath areas. Roger and his team are super friendly and service-oriented to ensure you have a great experience. They are efficient and responsive to my questions. I know where I'll be shopping when I'm doing some home upgrades!

I have used Bellevue Plumbing for repairs at my home and at my shop. I needed a custom installation at my shop that I was afraid would have the shop without compressed air for at least a day and they had me back up and running in less than half a day. They are always punctual and get the job done right the first time out.

Hello from Bellevue Plumbing Inc! We changed ownership in September 2013. We've kept on our fantastic plumbing techs. We remodeled our showroom and moved our parts to our warehouse, so when you come into the space you feel welcomed and inspired. I encourage everyone to stop by and check out our new staff and the beautiful showroom!

Brandon and an apprentice (sorry....forgot your name), came out to do multiple projects. They were amazing! They managed to fix a hose bib, install a new hose bib, diagnose a bad toilet, move a drain and reroute a pipe that was in the way, install a new drainage line for an old failed french drain in our driveway, and reroute a problem pipe in the wall. In addition to this, Brandon gave me several very helpful tips for proceeding with my mostly DIY bathroom remodel. I will absolutely be calling Bellevue Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

Lauren and Tarin helped us with the installation of a water purifier we purchased, including a reset of the faucet structure in our kitchen. They were great at helping us figure out installation options and then over two iterations (parts needed ordering) got it installed quickly and cleanly. Knowledge, experience, and efficiency well worth the cost!

A complete rip off!
A leaky outside faucet. They came at 8:45AM to an 8AM appointment with no phone call to us. They worked for all of 20 minutes and the bill was for ... $462.00 (after tax)!
There are no details on the invoice other than "fixed leaky faucet - Qty 1".
We feel violated. We've heard stories of the stereotypical plumbing rip off but to experience it is something else. -
Outstanding service from initial phone call thru actual service. They are fast to respond, friendly, professional and know what they're doing. I do not impress easily and am incredibly particular especially when it comes to courtesy and professionalism. It is rare for me to give anybody a good review, but I highly recommend Bellevue Plumbing and plan on using them for all of my plumbing issues from here on out. EXCELLENT!!!

I had the unfortunate experience of having my pipes freeze. I called Belleview plumbing and a live person that works there answered the phone. She was polite and sympathetic to my plight. The service tech was at my home in less then 2 hours and started to work. He kept in complete contact with me via text and phone. He fixed the broken pipe as well as defrosted the remaining frozen pipes. He also responded to me when I had questions several days later. I am 100% satisfied and would use and recommend this company without hesitation.

Marcus came to my house and took care of a small issue. I appreciate his expertise as he took care of my issue in a timely manner.
He gave me a further estimate should I need a full replacement of my toilet. I feel the pricing was excellent and will use Bellevue Plumbing on any future pluming needs. -
Denver came out from BPI, and did a repair of our Toto Toilet. Figured out the issue immediately, ordered one extra part and came back 3 days later for a repair in one hour. These are complex toilets, and another plumbing firm wanted $800 to repair and couldn't even figure how to do the repair, kept trying to sell a new toilet. Highly recommended.

Dealing with Bellevue Plumbing has been a nightmare. A new water heater was installed incorrectly in my 72-old mother’s home, in the sense that the temperature controls were not accessible (a door from the closet where the water heater was installed has to be removed to set the temperature). A simple rotation of the heater would fix this. A plumber came to inspect, but said the rotation was not under warranty; he removed the closet door reset the temperature to what he thought was good, and then told my mom to not change the temperature again. This is ridiculous and unprofessional – my entire life we’ve regularly raised the water temperature in winter, and lowered it in summer to save costs. I disputed the no warranty coverage since Bellevue Plumbing installed the water heater – it’s not our fault that they installed it incorrectly. After calling the office, explaining the situation, I was told that the rotation would indeed be covered under warranty. A couple days later the same plumber calls and says it’s no longer under warranty, and that the person I talked to in the office was wrong. I’m not sure if it’s plumber laziness, poor communication in their office, a dysfunctional business, or just plain greed, but I think it’s criminal that they won’t reorient their poor installation so that my senior mother can regulate her water’s temperature. Avoid this company at all costs.
