These guys were just awesome. Finding out in the middle of night, that there is a drain leak, and water is getting spit out in the basement, whenever the sump pump works, is a nightmare.
We called every other 24*7 service for plumbing but no one had an opening for 5-7 days.
Pipe right (Kenny) responded to my request on thumbtack and was immediately available the next day. I was able to put a bandaid solution for the night.
Kenny's diagnostic, triage, and the hard work was beyond commendable. He mentioned a flat rate, and worked through the problem till he was able to fix it, without saying if extra work would cost extra money.
After removing lots of roots from the sewer line (old houses of Seattle), he also found out that there is a damage in the pipe.
Kenny came up with a flat rate to fix the broken pipe. Kenny and his team digged up 4-5 feet of soil, found the damage, repaired it, installed a clean out access point, and jetted the pipe. This overall took him 3 days.
The team charged me, what they quoted for repairing the broken pipe, instead of adding the work involved in removing the roots, and all the triage work.
Very professional, soft spoken and trustworthy team.

Sam was fantastic! He helped us completely re-pipe a 1903 home so now she works like brand new. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we we had an understanding of what and why everything needed to be done. He didn't take any shortcuts and made sure our plumbing system will last another 100 years! We had such a great experience working with Sam! He is very knowledgeable and really cares about doing quality work with quality products. He was on time, kind, friendly, and respectful in our home. He installed the toilet, vanity, and shower stall during our remodel of a basement bathroom and I am very happy with his work. I'm thankful how quickly they worked and showed up when they said they would. Love my new tankless water heater! It's perfect! Can't wait to hire them again when we get the new bathroom installed this fall. A neighbor showed me her bathroom done by Newline and I was blown away!

Had a clogged drain that I could not DIY. Made an appointment with Newline Pipe Solutions in the morning and Kenny was able to come over a few hours later to clean out the drain pipe. Good price and prompt service.

I was a little skeptical trying a newer business in the area, but I have zero regrets on my decision after having my sewer replaced with a new liner.

Sam does excellent work, at a lower price than the competition. Sam runs a small business and personally shows up on site and either does the work himself or makes sure it is done right by his small team. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful and responsive. If you call him, you get someone who knows his stuff, vs some of the big companies who may send someone more junior. It seems like he keeps lower overhead costs than some of the big companies and passes the savings on with lower prices.

Newline Pipe Solutions was excellent and quick to work with. They were able to replace four 60+ year old house bibs, add an in-house main water shut off, and replace a portion of exterior gas piping in less than a day. It was less than a week from initial contact to project complete. I would definitely recommend, and they'll be our first call for future plumbing or piping needs

We had a drainage issue and new pipe line solution was only vendor who inspected throughly, provided reasonable quote and fixed it promptly. They are very responsive, communicative, always on time and earnest. I really appreciate Kenny and Sam for their quality of work!

Newline Pipe Solutions was great! We needed help to re-rout our water main, and we needed to do this quickly, to prevent delays in a larger project. Newline Pipe Solutions came out the same day, and solved our problem immediately, in that same single trip. Then we ran into a new separate problem the following week, and again, they came out same day, and solved our problem in the same single trip. Can't say enough good things about these guys.

Great communication. Our water bill doubled so there was an obvious issue with the water service line. We called a few companies to inspect and received a few quotes for repair. We had an exceptional experience with Kenny and Sam from Newline Pipe Solutions for an urgent plumbing issue last week. After reaching out on the evening of 11/6 with no indoor plumbing, they came out first thing the next morning for a diagnostic. They were prompt, professional, and transparent about the problem and the costs involved, without any pressure to upsell unnecessary work.

They replaced our sewer sump pump on 11/8 and went above and beyond by coordinating an electrician when they suspected an electrical issue. They worked late into Friday afternoon to ensure everything was functioning correctly and even removed large chunks of grease from our catch basin—something that hadn't been cleaned in 20 years! We’re very grateful for their honesty, expertise, and commitment to resolving our issue completely, and we will definitely call them first for any future plumbing needs.

I have ony great things to say. My water main sprung a leak. Newline Pipe Solutions, responded quickly, and listened to my concerns. The gave me the best estimate, when compaired to others. They came out on the day and time they promised, took photos of the work they were doing, explained the work they had done, and even sent met photos of the project once it had been completed. Great people to work with.

We recently had a leak in a shower that the first plumber we called made worse so that there was actually water dripping onto the ceiling behind the drywall below. It was a mess when we came home and recognized the water damage and knew it had to be from that. We gave Sam and Kenny a call and they came by to check it out, said they could help, were quick and fair with their estimate and got right to work. They did an outstanding job every step of the way. They were responsive, professional and clearly very experienced. They explained what had happened and what needed to be done to fix it. They gave us a reasonable and accurate estimate, and finished the work in 2 days. We are very pleased with their work and would recommend them highly to anyone needing plumbing work.

Newline pipe solutions came out for my leaky gas water heater and Sam came out and gave me a few option to either replace the tank or go with an in demand tankless water heater.

We went with the tankless installation which we are beyond happy with, we never run out of hot water and in our utility closet he clean up a lot of space for storage.
