Dave was truly amazing! He explained everything in a non-descending manner, kept the work area clean, and was on time (way before our appointment). We’ve finally found an honest, hardworking, and reasonably priced plumbing company and thank you, Dave. Thank you.

They were great. David is so nice and did a beautiful job installing my new hot water heater. I had called another company prior to Kaizen and their cost was almost 2 grand more. I will definitely use them again.

Would highly recommend Kaizen Plumbing. Great customer service. Dave was very professional, informative and friendly. I really appreciate the dedication he put in to trying to help us with our clogged sink and the information he provided. The office was quick to answer the phone and their text reminders and tracking was accurate, fast and super helpful. We will be using Kaizen again if any new problems arise.

We had a plumbing emergency and needed quotes. Kaizen came immediately (within the hour), assessed the problem, and quoted us a fantastic rate- they were available to do the work, and finished in an hour. Extremely professional. I dearly wish I knew of other professionals as capable, and I wouldn’t worry about things going wrong. You want this team working for you- they’re great.

Was very very disappointed. The owner was just not letting me talk. As soon as he heard that I have Rheem he started mumbling some nonsense about not getting paid from Rheem.
I have all the parts. I am paying for the job not Rheem.

Usually the best plumbers are busy and don't need marketing. Walt is knowledgable and affordable.

The owner showed up as promised got the job done fast and left. He replaced our old valves and faucet. Kept his number for our future repairs.

Just called him to repair sink. He said he was too busy to come today. I asked when he could come. He said he was pretty busy. I asked if he was just disinterested in doing the work - and he mumbled something and hung up on me,

Horrible! Rude! Would never call him again! He spent two minutes (literally)
at our house...said he couldn't fix our toilet....told us that would be $25
(and if I didn't pay him cash right then...he would add sales tax!) and walked out.....When I asked him a question...he said..."You weren't listening!"....The worst repairman we have ever had at our house!

Rude! Also very strange way of attract customers, I called and try to schedule an appointment, he said he will call. He did and said I'm coming now...I said but I'm not at home, promised to call next day. Did not call next day. When I called again he said he is busy for two weeks now....

Very reasonable price and I was able to get a second day service. I definitely recommend Walt to anyone in need for a plumbing service.

What plumbing services should look like. Got a sink clogged, called Walt and got the problem fixed at a very reasonable price. Not like the ones you'd get from the 1800 companies. Recommended for such service.
