Farid is the man! Came same day, just over 1hr from when I initially called in. Immediately identified/fixed the issue (that a different plumber couldn’t figure out the day before). Job took just 15 mins, start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable, fair pricing, highly recommended!

We have used Washington Rooter on 2 separate occasions, have been impressed both times and would highly recommend. Farid, the owner, showed up exactly when he said he would, explained the problem in detail both times, and charged a fair price. I love supporting smaller businesses and this one is top notch.

These guys are awesome! They replaced two hose bibs in very little time, on the same day we were getting photos done for listing. Really took the stress off of my shoulders. I will always come back to Washington, Rooter and Plumbing.

He helped unclog a tricky sewage pipe that keeps backing up, and diagnosed the root cause. Highly recommend Farid, an obviously extremely experienced plumbing professional.

They did good work clearing some drains and the tech explained to me how all the drains tie together around the house. An issue was discovered and they will be coming back to do more work later and hopefully that goes just as smooth.

Farid's team member Sirous did an amazing job on my clogged main drain, which is an old pipe with a narrowing caused by tree roots in the front yard. This was my first time requesting plumbing services and chose Farid's based on reviews, etc., and I'm glad I did. The communication was clear, the service was prompt, the pricing was transparent upfront, and the job was well done within the promised time window - exactly what I needed. I also appreciate that Sirous explained to me each step in the process and patiently answered all my questions (which were a lot as I'm always curious). Farid gave me flat rate quote for hydrojet and camera inspection upfront, unlike other businesses that refused to give quotes and requested me to schedule appointment directly. Within one hour he cleaned my clogged sewer line, showed me the results from microcamera, and inspected my pipe design in crawlspace. Super professional and very fair price. Will hire again for all future pipe work.

Called this vendor at 1:30 PM on a Saturday the day after Halloween. 100+ unit apartment complex storm drains clogged severely flooding parking lot. At least 3 feet of standing water and 80 feet of line to clearned. They called me back at 4:30 and sent pictures of the drains cleared. The parking lot restored. I would recommend.

Excellent, professional, and fast service. Farid came out quickly to clear out a backed up downspout drain pipe that had been a problem for us last winter. Used a cool hydrojet tool that blasted away debris, roots, and the blockage so we are now set for the Fall rains. Will be calling him back next month for a water heater replacement.

Farid is great! Seems like an honest, hard-working man. Answered on the first call, got immediate service. Cleared out a sewer drain very quickly. Saved us thousands by not having to replace the whole sewer line. I am relieved and very grateful. He will be my first call for any plumbing issues in the future.
