We had a kitchen garbage disposal that needed a rest and restart. Xavier from HomeService was super nice and dropped in the same day and fixed it for us. I have used home service plumbers for a long time now and they are quick and very helpful!

Justin came out and fixed the clogged kitchen sink, made sure there were no leaks, suggested a maintenance cleaning product, and went on his way. He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable! Very reasonable price too! Def recommend!

Jacob was on time, friendly, professional and efficient. We scheduled to get an estimate for more services we will be needing soon because he was trustworthy and the type of person a don't mind doing business with. They cleaned up after, reassured us, and charged a fair price.

Jacob was fantastic today - he came over to check our kitchen drain and ended up doing hydro jetting to clear out our old cast iron pipe. He was thorough and explained everything along the way. The cartridge on one of our showers gave out at midnight, leaving water running. HomeService answered promptly and setup an appointment for the next morning. Xavier arrived as promised and it took about 90 mins to fix. He regularly gave updates, explained what he was doing and why, answered our questions and gave some tips. Can’t comment on the pricing value, but appreciate it all went smoothly when we need it. Much better than a big name (beginning with a B) company we had a bad experience with during our last plumbing emergency.

Ethan came out to do an estimate and fixed my leaking bathtub pipe right away. The initial guess and estimate was for a broken gasket, but we only found out the pipe was actually cracked once the job started and he pulled the pipe out. Ethan didn’t adjust the price at all. Fixed the problem rather quickly.
Great, fast service for a great price for the amount of work he did. I’m keeping Homeservice Plumbers’ magnet on my fridge.

Jacob was great today. He came by to inspect our kitchen drain and assess whether hydro jetting was needed to clear the pipes. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything along the way. In the end, he determined that hydro jetting wasn’t necessary and was able to resolve the issue by snaking the pipes instead, which saved us money. He also recommended that we clean our grease trap to help prevent future issues. Thanks again for coming out today—we really appreciate it.

We were greeted by Winston, who came across as extremely knowledgeable and took the time to assess our issue and provide a transparent estimate. He explained that the work could be completed that same day and even offered to compete with other estimates we had already received. When the rest of the team arrived, everyone we interacted with was friendly, courteous, and most importantly, respectful of our space and our pup.

They finished the job efficiently in just a few hours and left the area spotless. It was a pleasure working with them, and I would not hesitate to reach out to them again for any future plumbing needs.

So glad I decided to go with Homeservice Plumbers - I looked at a few others and decided they had the best overall reviews. We had a leaky/dripping shower for about a year and Xavier was able to fix it right away! He was super helpful, went out and got the part we needed for it, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving! Will definitely be calling them for anything in the future. Super clean and positive experience!

My friend recommended Homeservice Plumbers because she had a good experience. My garbage disposal quit working and the drain was backing up. I called and made an appointment, and was able to get one quickly. The office called about 20 minutes before the plumbers were going to arrive, within the window they had given me and they arrived exactly 20 minutes later.

Once here, I explained the problem. Apparently the blades on the garbage disposal had quit and that was causing the backup. They fixed it and were done within 10 minutes. Because it was so fast and so easy for them, they didn't charge.

They are now at the top of my list to call. Jacob was professional, quick and gave a great explanation. But I'm sure anyone that would come from this company would be wonderful. I couldn't be happier. I will recommend them to all my friends.

We recently had a bathtub installed and noticed the hot water pressure was getting weaker over time. We called for service and they sent James the same day! He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything as he diagnosed the issue. Thankfully, he figured out the problem quickly and saved us from having to open up the wall and replace the valve — a huge relief. The $99 trip charge was well worth it for the honest and efficient service. Highly recommend this company for their prompt response, clear communication, and expertise!

Ray and his team provided great service. They removed a very heavy bathtub without scratching our hardwood floor and capped off the pipes below our flooring. I will use Ray for our future plumbing needs.

Had a clogged kitchen drain called got an appointment for 1hr later. Jesse showed up within the time given and was able to get his snake 60’ where I could only get mine about 8-9’. He cleared the line and we are go to go again. Jesse was nice, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. Little expensive but what isn’t these days. Breathe in breathe out move on. Pleased with the results and would use this company again , though hopefully won’t have to. Aloha

Roto came out quickly and was supportive in taking responsibility for their work. Drew did a phenomenal job of listening to the problem and explaining what was needed for it to be repaired. He communicated the progress of repairing a leaking toilet and sink. Things went smoothly with the repair and we would go to them again.

I had an issue with my water heater that became urgent when a different company couldn’t come until Monday I called Roto rooter as I’ve worked with them in the past. Joshua was at my house within 45 mins of calling and was incredible at fixing the issue and also educating me on how to do it myself in future along with tips on how to keep things going. He took extra time to truly make sure all was okay and even asked if I needed anything else while he was there. I’m keeping his card and definitely working with them and him again, if needed

Toan 6849 was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He was transparent about the process, pricing and gave thorough advice for the future. He was able to address the issue quickly and fixed our toilet clog.
