While doing laundry last night the water from the washer came through the bathroom and flooded my bathroom, hallway, and bedroom. It was an absolute nightmare. I called several places, but because it was so late in the evening I had to wait until the morning. I had someone come out and charge me a fee only to tell me know that I had something stuck that he wasn’t able to get to and
wanted me to wait until tomorrow to have his boss come and look. Meanwhile I only have one toilet and it is an inoperable. He did suggest that I have my septic tank cleaned. So I had the septic tank cleaned and they also told me that I have an obstruction that they can’t get to and that I needed to call a plumber. So again, after calling four more places for them to tell me that they couldn’t see me for another week or longer, I googled one more time and came across Roto-Rooter. I called and they had somebody out within 30 minutes. Kenny was very knowledgeable. He explained step-by-step what he was going to be doing, showed me on the video what the obstruction was, and how he was going to go about trying to get it cleared. After Hydro jetting, he found It was tree roots that were causing the problem. He was able to get them out and showed me videos of the water properly. I now have every thing working again. Called Roto Rooter this morning, and they were able to come out same day, which really surprised me! Jesse, Service Technician 2201, did a fantastic job unclogging my MIL's kitchen sink drain (50 ft of power auger cable!). He was very courteous, had some great tips, and was really great to talk to! Ask for him by name!

The service I received from Rotor Rooter from the scheduler who contacted me with up to date ETA (I am sorry I don’t remember her name)- she was so kind and patient thank you 😊 When Drew and Christian arrived they were professional and respectful of our home. I asked many questions and they listened and responded with detailed information. I am so grateful for the integrity and honesty of both Drew and Christian. Drew alerted me to an issue I was not aware of, and with quick action was able to solve the problem! My plumbing started backing up in the basement yesterday , we called Roto Rooter at 7 am today and our tech Jesse tech #2101 showed up today at 10 am right on schedule. Jesse cleared our clog and showed us on camera the plumbing all the way to the street. You can really tell Jesse has been in the business for years! His experience and knowledge allowed him to explain everything so well. He also was able to provide tips and tricks to help us out in the future! He was respectful, funny, and very knowledgeable! Our garbage disposal started leaking while cleaning up from brunch. I called for service and in 2 hours Drew was at our home. He was friendly and informative. After inspecting it, as expected it needed to be replaced. He had the same model with him and within an hour it was installed and he was all cleaned up leaving the space as clean as he found it. It would have taken me a lot longer, quite a few scraped knuckles and more than a few curse words! All with time to spare before preparing dinner.

I'd never called Roto-Rooter before, but when I had a stubborn clog in my main line and nobody else could fix it, I decided to give them a try. I'm very glad I did! Jesse came out and got my entire situation sorted in one visit, at a very reasonable price. He explained every step of the process, told me what to expect, and helped me understand how the whole system works and what was going wrong. He was competent and cool the whole way through, making sure the job got done right. I have a lot of respect for skilled workers like that. It wasn't an easy job, but he kept my mood up, and in the end everything was fixed. I am so happy to have running water again! You don't realize how much you need it until you have to go without.
