Great customer service and affordability. We had a minor issue with our toilet and rather than trying to upsell on a replacement or big repair Josh made some simple adjustments and quickly fixed the issue.
We'll be calling Wezee's again. LGBTQ+friendly 😁

Discovered a big leak in basement; Wezee's sent someone quickly; Dan found the problem but couldn't repair it on the spot. So I agreed the water should be turned off until he could come back, which he explained would need to be in 1 1/2 days. We "harvested" a few buckets of water to use meanwhile. He got the parts needed and came back exactly when he said he would and had it fixed in short order. Very pleased.

Daniel did a great job. He communicated clearly throughout the process and gave me honest input on products. I also appreciated the little things, like wearing shoe covers without me asking. I would definitely use Wezee’s again!!

Josh and Dustin were great! I appreciated Josh's patience with me to share what the issue was and what I could do in the future to avoid a clog again or simple fix. Pricing was transparent. They were COVID compliant all along which I'm sure is hard with the kind of work they do. Plus my dogs really liked them. I've referred them to my HOA and my work colleagues. Will definitely use again when my bathrooms go through remodel.

Since buying a home on Beacon Hill about 5 years ago, I’ve hired help with a number of maintenance needs, including plumbing. This was by far the best experience I’ve had with anyone, in any trade, hands down. From the initial phone contact, to paying the final invoice, nothing but friendliness and professionalism. They even came in under the initial estimate by a significant amount, and adjusted it accordingly. We did call Beacon plumbing as well to get a second opinion, and they were quite clear on two points: the price previously quoted by Weezees was very good, and they are known to be great plumbers. Will definitely call them again next time I need plumbing help.

Tried to replace our main shut-off valve DIY style, but ended up with issues where we were without water. Called Wezee's on a Thursday in the late morning. Dispatcher said there teams were stuck on jobs, but one could come out first thing on Friday morning. A couple hours later, she called me back and said they could come at 3pm, which was a savior. We had another plumber lined up to come around 6pm, but really appreciated Wezee's accommodating us on such short notice. Two nights in a row without water starts to get old.

Thoren and James showed up, and were total straight shooters. They tried to work with the mangled situation that we presented them, and we had some good laughs with how we got to where we were. They were completely honest in their assessment and presented a couple different options which hit different price points. Once we all agreed on the best course of action, I green-lighted the work. They worked incredibly fast and had everything buttoned up and ready to rock by 4:30pm. No small feat when this job required getting into our foundation wall because of the short stub of pipe we'd left them to work with. They did this all while letting us watch over their shoulder, and giving us several tips along the way.

On the $$$ side, they were totally fair, and even gave us a considerable loyalty discount when I mentioned one of their co-workers had installed our tankless water heater. Wezee's is a class act, and before they left, I had them bid re-piping a bathroom remodel upstairs. We learned our lesson, and look forward to getting them back out here to give us solid work and piece of mind.

I haven't even gotten to use these guys yet (but I will) and I'm already impressed. they have great reviews from the Beacon Hill neighborhood group. I have spoken with Thor both times....once was a last minute dishwasher install that I needed to have happen and they were not able to adjust their schedule but his advice helped me find someone. Just now I called on a leak and he advised me how to proceed to go to a leak specialist first to save me the most money and time. I plan to call them when i find out where my problem is because they sound knowledgeable and honest.

We had a river flowing down into our garage from the bathroom upstairs. We thought it was from the tub, but Dan came out and quickly identified a huge hole in the main pipe under the toilet. He helped get the repair done quickly and professionally, which was a lifesaver for a family of four with access to only one toilet. We will definitely be calling Wezee’s plumbing again in the future if we have any problems again! Thanks Dan!

Dan and the team from Weezee's did a fantastic job. This year they have replaced all our old galvanized pipes, replaced our water heater, installed a new sink, pressure reducing valve and misc odds and ends. They were communicative, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Much appreciated!

Thoren and Dan were very professional and their work quality was excellent. I had a build out of a small commercial kitchen. Their knowledge and creative solutions really made the project possible. When timeline seemed plausible to be pushed up by a week, I pulled in a favor and they showed up! They put in so much work to make my job pass inspection in time! Thoroughly impressed by their workmanship and work ethic! Highly recommend them!

I have gone through many plumbing companies and none have matched Wezees Plumbing. They are efficient on time, clean, and very trustworthy. Prices are fare. I will be a returning customer.

The plumbers were on time, friendly, and were able to diagnose the problem, which was different than what I thought it was. They didn't have the exact item to fully fix the problem, so they left, got the part, and returned quickly to finish the job. And the cost of the call was very reasonable. I'll definitely be using Wezee's again!

Dan is just great. He is responsive, helpful, and sincere.

I first asked him to install a new toilet but it turned out to be much more complicated than one would expect. Dan was patient with me when I asked _lots_ of questions and was willing to swing by to confirm and double check my own measurements.

Dan has done several other things since then and for each thing he would provide me with alternatives to consider so I could weigh options that I might have not thought about. Additionally, he's just a nice guy. While he was cleaning up, he noticed I was struggling with something else (another project/fix that was unrelated) and he offered to jump in and help. Turns out he had tools that were much more efficient than what I was doing which dramatically helped!

First impressions are everything! Wezees made an amazing first impression! I had a water heater issue at my place of business which is a dog grooming shop so warm water is extremely important. I called Wezees and they were able to send somebody out within 30 minutes and had the problem solved within an hour and a half! Not only were they prompt and very professional, they are also very reasonably priced. In my line of work plumbing issues are not uncommon, going forward I will not use anybody else! Thank you Wezees for saving the day!

After an initial consult that included chiseling out concrete to replace an iron pipe, the plumber talked to others at the office and recommended a newer technology that was less risky, and saved me money. It speaks volumes that he made the extra effort to ensure that I was getting the best solution!

Additional pipe was found to be leaking after the first portion was replaced. Because the original replacement went quickly, and replacing next portion of pipe wasn't too involved, he did it without adding addition cost.

I'll definitely be calling Wezee's next time I need a plumbing services.

Our experience with Wezee's Plumbing was excellent. They responded immediately, came when they said, were knowledgeable and did an outstanding job on the repairs. The plumber that responded was very professional, gave us clear information and finished in a timely fashion. We would definitely call Wezee's Plumbing should we again need a plumber.

Dan was very professional, thorough, and did an excellent job of installing a new faucet for the kitchen sink. He was clear about all the estimated costs of the service, and recommended the best faucet to purchase. He understood the urgency of the installation and came much earlier than the scheduled time and did the installation. Overall, I was very satisficed with his service.

After several calls to a couple plumbers, Louise was the only one to responded back to me in a very timely manner. The appointment was made and Zach arrived on time. Zach removed an old under the counter refrigerator and replaced it with a dishwasher and installed and new bathroom sink faucet. I was worried about the dishwasher fitting, but he was very confident that he could get to work. Everything looks good and works perfectly. Price was very fair and reasonable compared to another plumbing company that I had used prior and whose prices were outrageous.
I highly recommend Weezee's plumbing and I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Wezee's totally exceeded my expectations. We had had a leak in a copper pipe and so we had Dan from Wezee's come out and upgrade all our basement copper plumbing as well as move a sink fixture and a laundry fixture for us. I also later asked him to add a new line for a fridge which he added with no problem (at an additional cost, of course, but a reasonable one). The price for all the work was quite reasonable, too. I had another company cancel the day-of on giving me a quote and other competitors wanted to charge me just to quote me (not to diagnose a problem, but tell me how much it would cost to replace plumbing that is largely visible), but Wezee's gave a free quote and stuck with it. They had an opportunity to increase the cost when the drywall was all out of the way, which I understood, but they ended up sticking with their quote. Certain aspects of the job were harder than anticipated, but they didn't upcharge me still and I really appreciated the integrity here. At no point did Dan cut corners - if anything, he did even more than I thought was possible in that space. I would definitely hire Wezee's for other plumbing work. Dan was very professional and patient throughout, and the work was completed on schedule. (Note that the electrical lines hanging out in the photos were not Dan's fault, and some of the sewer piping, like the white ones, were pre-existing)

Ruben was great. He diagnosed and cleared a clog in a line coming out of the dishwasher and helped me understand how various parts under the sink were connected. While we were running it to make sure it was working, I asked about another (unrelated) issue and he gave me some good general advice. Other residents in my condo building have used Wezee's and had good things to say about them, will definitely use them again for future issues and work.
